Tonya was great. It was my first time and I think shes convinced me to come back for sure. Everyone there was super friendly. We all had a great time!

This place was awful. I was having my acrylic nails painted black because he told me they did not have black dip powder... Fine. I wanted matte so he painted 6 of of my 10 nails with the matte black, ran out and painted the rest with glossy black. I had huge bubbles and smudges from him and he didnt bother to fix any of it. Shapes were all off and everything. I went back and they still couldnt fix it properly. I still had to pay for it to be fixed too... and they were so rude about it. I wanted a new nail tech to fix it but they made him do it. He also made me bleed... a lot. No thanks!!

I would not recommend going here. They left nail hardener on my finger and it started to burn so they pulled it off. Then proceeded to file it causing my skin to start bleeding. I paid 52 dollars for a full set. Then refused to give me a full refund and gave me 10 dollars back. I am hoping it does not get infected.

Mindy the nail does my nails. And they are beautiful every time. But I see others with beautiful nails also. This place is the best.

They do great nails but I can set an appointment and they will take in non appointments. I’ll sit for an hour after my appointment time and honestly just not good service

Was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed and the tech was so nice and gentle. I have sensitive skin and the redness was gone within 30 mins. Best experience yet and will definitely be coming back.

I ask for dip powder and received just that with a handful of glue,super thick spotty nails. I had to cancel dinner plans and this place could have cared less. I dont mind paying for mine and everyone else that is this establishment at the time I was there but this time the service was horrible and they cared less for my dinner plans having to be canceled because one of their employees was in competent. Sad

This was my first and last experience at this business. 45 minutes after our appointment time, they get us back. They left old polish on my nails. The nails were dipped and not even the color I asked for. Not even one week later, the nails were coming off and cracking. For $55, I expected better quality.

I have been going to this nail salon for two years. The nail techs really take good care of my nails. My nail tech is Mindy. She’s a excellent tech who pays attention to detail. She’s always available to take care of my beauty needs. I enjoy being there because they all are friendly and when they don’t see you for a while they notice that you have been gone. What I mostly love about it is that they know you by name which is so important because it’s not just money for them; they actually do care about you and the work they perform for you. Taylor is a sweet receptionist, she makes herself available to the needs of the guest and often go around complimenting the work of the nail techs making the guest feel extra special. Rena is awesome as well: she knows how to take care of your eyebrows and eyelashes so you get everything in one place which I really appreciate. I really enjoy being in the atmosphere. The service is great, but the company is greater.Keep up the excellent work guys because with the services provided I’ll always be a customer.Karen Beckman

Me and my 4yr old went for mani pedis and they were so absolutely wonderful with her. So kind and sweet to her. We will be returning.

Their prices and their quality while doing my nails personally weren’t equivalent. My acrylics broke leaving damage to my nails within a week. I definitely would not recommend this location for acrylic nails. Very pricey for very mediocre work.

I have been using Manhattan Nail Bar for about the last year and a half and I have gotten at least 20 friends and family members coming here, I have left them 5 star reviews on every platform I possibly could in the beginning because they were the best nail salon I’d ever used and that’s saying a lot after keeping my nails done for nearly 20 years now however they have went down hill terribly over the last few months!!! Everyone I introduced to this place has stopped using them and unless something changes I will not be going back either. For the first year I could walk in and allow anyone to do my dip and pedi and it would look amazing every time, about 6 months ago that stopped and I began using one of 5 nail techs who were all great though sadly nearly all of their good techs have quit and moved on elsewhere meaning it’s now VERY difficult to get a good set of nails from Manhattan now. On top of them losing all of their good staff they don’t seem to be able to keep appointments now either…whether you call a week or a few days or a few hours in advance it never fails that you arrive for your appt and either you have to wait an hour to get started or they tell you that your requested tech won’t be able to do your nails or they start each member of your group 20 mins apart so that the first one started has to sit there finished for over an hour for everyone else to get done but it’s nearly always a combination of these failures. The last time was the final straw for me after they screwed my nails up and made them look awful because the tech working on me was spastic and not able to control his movements and the tech that did my pedicure left me pinky toe nail cut in a way that makes it stick out from the side of my foot. I always go with a large group of friends because we use that as our hangout time so typically they make at a min $500 when I walk in there, but lately we have all treated terribly and walked out with nails we hated. I tried taking this up with t he owned numerous times and while she use to be helpful now it seems like all she cares about is money and not providing a good service.

This place is great! We got 3 things done and they are very fast, nice, clean, gifted, and kind. They give great massages!!

Usually love getting my nails done there but this last time I went the glued my skin to the nail and now I have 4 cuts on my fingers from her pushing where they were glued and they hurt so bad. Also the shape of my nails are horrible.

Normally a great place. On Saturday Johnny did my fill in. He cut several of my fingers and burn others. Not sure what happened, could be because I wasnt one of his regulars. Extremely disappointed..BTW he wasnt even concerned with his actions.

Stellar as ALWAYS! Everyone there is very nice & polite! The entire place is very very clean & everyone wearing masks, so it felt very safe to be there. I highly recommend these folks!! Doesnt matter who you get, they treat you like youre their only customer! A+A+A+ service!

I love this place. Ive had my nails done for years and had almost given up. I was so tired of paying for gel polish that came off a day or two later at other salons. I was tired of rhe attitudes and smart remarks at other nail salons. I absolutely love Manhattan Nail Bar. Ive used them for nails, pedicures and lashes. The staff is always so nice. Ive never had the same tech twice and my gel polish has always stayed on at least a month. They are so friendly and honestly a breath of fresh air. I love it here and have no intentions of ever going to another nail salon. Quick great service is hard to find, but they have nailed it!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I came in on Tues May1st with my girlfriend she had her eyelashes done while I had a mani pedi. Johnny did my nails and toes. He had an attitude. Doesnt matter... Im happy and usually rub off on people. 😊 He didnt offer me anything to drink..which I thought was weird. Its the Manhattan bar? No, water and it was a hot day. So, I notice he is really not caring about the detail in my pedi. I am critiquing him about the job. He gets offended. I explain to him how Id like my pedi. When we discuss color I gave him 3 colors. He said WHY SO MANY COLORS? I wanted just 3 colors. I explained I only wanted 3 colors in my fingers. 1 color in my toes. He wanted to charge me. Even tho I explained the receptionist said I could have a different color on each nail if I wanted...there would be no extra charge. Long story short. My polish was really thick and not as smooth as it shouldve been. I did not have time to stay so it could be fixed properly I was going out of town and had another appointment I was late for because I was in the shop almost 2hrs for a mani pedi ☹️. The polish started coming off the VERY NEXT DAY. My friends eyelashes where coming off and stuck to each other. I had to pull eye lashes apart so she could open her eye. I called and was told they would take car of it even tho it was against there rules. But since we where out of town theyd fix it. When we arrived they acted as tho I never called them. I explained the situation and my girlfriend was sent to the back after they said they would fix it. 5m later she is walking to the front saying her eyes are burning and they are charging her that out the eyelashes on. The lady said her eye was burning because she kept blinking. This is her job. Im sure everyone she encounters blinks? She leaves never to return. I literally had to grab a nail tech to ask could she help me. Because the front counter lady kept saying she didnt know anything. The nail tech not only applied the nail polish MUCH smoother than the nail tech I had in the original mani pedi but it was detailed. I gave her a yup just for helping me out. I will NEVER return here. I work HARD for my money the neon yellow and white nails are the first mani set by Johnny. The other set of neon nails is by the nail tech I just grabbed. The red set is a set I did and the pink set is also a set I did. I had to show them this because they tried to tell me it was chipping because it wasnt dip powder or gel polish. The polish I used on my nails was LA GIRL. So.. its pretty cheap and they lasted over a week and a half.

Disorganized. I was asked what I was getting done by no less than 4 people and I kept having to explain what I wanted. I got a Mani and pedi and both messed up within hours. I wait 4 hours to put on shoes and my big toe on both feet smudged like they were wet! Horrible service. Will not return.

Went to get my roommates 11 yr old daughter and also for me. I requested to sit beside her and the lady who took us back said as soon as the lady to her left got done I could sit there. Well as soon as she was done they were about to sit another lady there. I spoke up said I was next and the man said no sorry. So we got up and left.

Awesome pedicure, hot stones, decent massage. Everything was clean. They were super friendly. They had wine. And normal drinks. No nicks or cuts. Overall pretty great. Id come here again if Im ever in this town again. Only complaint is that the paint job wasnt that great. I had a pic of what I had done before on my nails and wanted the same again since I liked it so much. I think I could have done a better paint job myself; to explain how I think my skills are... Maybe I should say a 5 year old could do better? It feels odd, thick, and lumpy in some places and doesnt look like the picture I had shown. Granted... maybe its slightly my fault for saying... oh, yeah, it looks great, thank you? Maybe my anxiety/insecurities about being rude and the lack of me wanting to deal with the language barrier is slightly to blame? They may have accommodated me had I said I didnt like it? I would give them a 4.8 considering that. But 4 or 5 are my only options. P.S..... Dont judge my feet....everyones are ugly, theyre feet. 😐😐😂😂☺️☺️

First time at Manhattan nail bar and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had asked for a fill and they cut and filed my nails too short, nails were too thick because of the acrylic and when I said I did not like it lady said they look good to me. Even though I was very unsatisfied and left with an incomplete fill, I was still expected to pay for an incomplete service. I do not recommend going to Manhattan nail bar.

Manhattan Nail Bar is such an amazing business! This is my second time attending this particular nail salon, and they are so warm welcoming and very friendly! They accept walk ins, which is tremendous for a busy mom like myself. During COVID, they have followed all of the rules and regulations, which is spectacular because I feel safe going there. The nail techs and aesthetician that works there are absolutely amazing! They work well with children, they are on time, they will work around your schedule, they will do any service that you ask, and they were actually talk to you during your service which I absolutely love! I definitely rate this place as a five star!!

Delena is so creative! She went above and beyond to make sure I loved my mani! She was professional, friendly, funny and attentive! And best of all fast but she did not rush through my manicure! I got a ombré dip and let her do whatever design she came up with on my accent nail. BOOK WITH HER! If in Oak Ridge, she’s the best you will get in the area!!

Great Nail Salon! They were able to quickly accommodate three walk-ins. Offer great pedicure services. My step-daughter said her nails are the prettiest they’ve ever been after her fill. Prices are super reasonable too!

We sat there for 40 minutes when we had an appointment at 3. We where gonna get dip and they never gave us it. We ended leaving with our nails not done.

They have been so welcoming and they are so good at all the designs that I want to do every 3 weeks that I go. Chris does have phenomenal job. They are super clean and very nice. I have been going faithfully every two weeks for 3 years now (even after I moved from Oak Ridge to Kingston and then Knoxville) and have always had a great experience. I have had nails, pedicure and brows. Always a pleasant staff. I get many compliments on my nails and am always happy to refer people. Its worth the drive.

I went to get a French manicure, instead a nail dip they said my nail would grow better because this procedure would last longer it only last 2 weeks before one broke. They don’t touch up this type procedure they replace the entire nails another 50.00 so I spent 100 after that I’m growing my nails back now. They didn’t explain that they don’t fill in dipped nails and they’re heavy on top of your nail.

Horrible I Took my stepdaughter here they was trying to take Advantage of her making her get stuff that she didnt ask for ...Im Just glad I was there so We left they try to put gel nails on her that would cost more and thats not what she asked for 🤷🏾‍♀️ They had her looking at Gel nails and she said I want regular Acrylic made us move and they acted like they didnt wanna do her nails kept switching people to do the service so we left never got a service done at all ...Just horrible feeling no telling what would of happened if I wasnt there ....
