Katie did a great job understanding what I was wanting and cutting my hair the way I wanted. Even my 19 year old son gave a completely unsolicited compliment when I got home saying ‘I like your haircut mom’….that never happens!! I will definitely be back and will ask for Katie again!

I love this place. This time I had a Brazilian Blowout and haircut appointment with Katie. She was lovely as ever and as it was my first time getting BBO, I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them very patiently. Treatment went well, Karie was very gentle with my hair and did not rush or tried to finish her job quickly (she put all the effort and took her time to give me my best first BBO experience). I was happy but after 2 washes my frizz is back and it seems like I just wasted 200 bucks. It’s not the salon or the stylist, I think its my hair (which were extremely great before moving to Tennessee but now just puffy, dryness and frizz 🥺) and just for once and before first wash, getting such a lengthy procedure saddened me.

I have been calling everywhere trying to get an appointment for two facials for my mom and I. I finally found this place and spoke with Jessie, although I have not been here yet, I called several different times with different questions in regards to the facial. Jessie was great she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions in 50 different phone calls (not literally). With how Jessie answered the phone today and how nice she was we will definitely be back. Can’t wait for our facials at 4 and 6!!!

Hannah Lee did a wonderful job on my hair cut and style. She listened to what I wanted and made me very happy with the final product. Very affordable.

I loved my blonde highlights that Savannah gave me. She nailed it the first time! Shes really sweet and a joy to work with. Jessie, the esthetician, gave me a great facial and patiently answered my questions about the products she was using. She recommended the dermaplane facial. I was a little nervous because the process is to use a surgical scalpel to scrape the dead skin and tiny hairs. She was very gentle and I relaxed in her capable hands. This salon is a great asset to Oak Ridge!

Savannah was amazing! She did exactly what I asked and took care not to do anything she felt wasnt necessary or that wouldnt do well with my hair type. I am very happy!

Shop is handicapp accessible with restrooms. The staff are some of the best. The prices are very competitive. All beauty salon tasks are completed on schedule and all work is guaranteed. Your stylist are eager and ready to serve you, at your requested date and time. Stylist are school trained and certified.

Love my new haircut! Hannah did a fantastic job. Salon was very busy, physical distancing in some parts of the salon were better than others. I appreciate the efforts everyone is going to ensure customer safety.

Anna bleached almost my whole head last summer it was absolutely terrible. Looked good while at the salon. I got home and it was orange yellow and cheetah like in some areas. I shouldve called and complained or went back to speak with the manager my mistake for not doing so. I had to dye my hair several times to get it back to its normal color.

Best haircut Ive probably ever had. Taylor was great, both in her personality and her skills. Definitely going back.

In my 32 years of getting my hair done I have never left a salon crying until I left salon 327 in oak ridge Tn, I went in with long straight hair down to the middle of my back to walking out with it butchered up to my shoulders, my color wasnt even close to what I asked for and after 6 1/2 hours yes you read that right 6 1/2 hours and the owner attempting to fix it the following day i finally just left in tears please just do your self a favor and just don’t go there I don’t recommend it.

This business gets five stars in every category. When I go there I am greeted by the staff in such a sincere and friendly manner. They make me feel LIKED.The staff is competent and professional. They know their craft and give their clients their best.

I went to my hair appointment and planned on getting a color and highlights but instead I received a touch up of the roots but My roots are the same as when I went in the hair salon. I got my hair shaped up. This cost me $109.00. I waisted 4 hours for absolutely nothing but a trim. I was so disappointed in the salon that I thought was good. I will go to Walmart and get hair color and do my own hair for $10.00

What a great place to go. I went in with damaged multi colored hair and came out with soft blended colors. Definitely would recommend this place. There were multi generations getting cuts and color while I was there. These stylists care about hair. Big shout out to Ashley!

I absolutely LOVE my hair! Im in the area on business and reached out to 327, I was promptly answered and invited in for a consult with Luke. We came up with an agreeable plan and he went to work. Luke didnt miss one detail and stayed after hours to make sure my hair was perfect.My only sad face was in my Welcome kit I was of the belief there would be samples of product but there were none.I would highly recommend this salon. Their store front is amazing too with lots of products to chose from.

I needed a haircut desperately but with my 12 hours shifts, I had a hard time finding a salon or hair dresser that would work with fitting me on the schedule. Googled salons near me and just went down the list until I got to this salon. They were wonderful from the moment they answered the phone. After explaining I could only do it on certain days, they took the time to find a hair dresser to cut and color my hair even on short notice. I was nervous when I arrived for my appointment, I hadnt had a style, color and cut in an embarrassing long time but they put me at ease immediately. They had me fill out a detailed form about my expectations, past hair experiences and concerns I may have and took the time to read my answers. My stylist is amazing. She explained everything along the way and I enjoyed learning the science of hair (which I had no idea was so fascinating) because she enjoyed teaching and made it easy to understand. She took her time even though it caused her to run over for next appointment and I loved that she radiated knowledge and love of her profession. Plus she was fun to hang with while I got a hair makeover. She even set me up to get a brow wax before I left. When it was done, I was amazed at how beautiful my hair was. A few weeks later, it still amazes me how healthy and pretty it is. She added visable diminsion to my hair with highlights and gave me a stylish but easy to care for cut like I wanted. She listened to my needs and fulfilled everyone of them. Plus I havent even mentioned how affordable it was. I had full foil highlights, olaplex treatment, shampoo, cut and brow wax and it was right at 150. They made a new customer that will definitely go back for my style, cut and color needs. I love that they only use the best and want the best for their clients
