Just tried to call and get a quote for a windshield replacement and they couldnt/wouldnt do the work since their one single supplier didnt carry the windshield. I offered to buy the glass myself and bring it and they still refused, seriously?! That alone told me I need to move on and find someone else to do the work. They said they wouldnt do the work because they couldnt give a warranty since it wasnt from their high dollar gouging supplier, its GLASS!!! Im sure there are some slight differences between different manufacturers but its a very basic car component, Im sure the one I would have brought would have been just as good. Honestly probably better from the list of complaints I see from these guys. As long as it didnt leak and wasnt cracked when I left I would have been happy...Per your REPLY: Im going to have to start audio recording people when I talk to them. The woman I talked to said flatly they WOULD NOT DO THE WORK PERIOD if I brought my own windshield. She said they wouldnt do it because they COULDNT OFFER ME A WARRANTY. SHE DIDNT SAY WE CAN DO IT BUT YOU WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY OR LIMITED WARRANTY. I know what I heard I could just about recite the conversation word for word even now.

My truck there to have the windshield replaced at 12 o’clock went to go pick the truck up not saying that nothing was done they have poor communication didn’t bother to call there’s two women that sit inside the office didn’t bother to call to tell me that they couldn’t do it not to mention I called four days before that and scheduled the appointment to have it done I do not recommend this place at all I am highly disgusted and highly upset
