Worked with me pretty well over all, but does some scary stuff from time to time like leaving you eviction notices if you forget to sign a check. Mind you, they didnt evict me, but it was a bit of a scare that was unnecessary. The apartments are at low cost, and with that comes poor quality neighbors, but the staff are alright and do what they can, and the pool is nice when its open. Sometimes they even host events with free food to liven things up!

I rent here and they are good....I enjoy it. Though still looking for my own house with my husband.

A real bargain for the price. Despite drafty windows, the apartments arent hard to heat. Great staff. Laundry facility on site. About the only other negative is the kitchen is small.

Too expensive for the quality of the apartment.

Staying the night with Morgan and Johnny....Just hanging out and enjoying my peace an quite with them.....

Pest control issues and the rent is too high
