Maria gave me highlights and a haircut. This was the first time I had highlights done to my hair. It came out perfect. My boyfriend and friends loved it. This was last year I hope to do it again this year. I hope Maria still works there.

Worst hair cut 💇‍♀️ I’ve ever gotten!I wanted a even cut! The lady clearly doesn’t know how to cut evenly .. my mother in law had really long hair in layers. She went in just for the ends to be cut off. The guy that cut her her cut it so short!Very disappointed!!!!

The owner works there along with his son and they take good care of customers. I used to go to the barber shop to get faded but this place is outstanding.

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded, I said I wanted just a clean up. She shaped my perfectly shaped eyebrow differently which I didnt want a different shape, I just wanted a clean up. She just didnt change the shape, but she spaced out my eyebrows to much as well. While she was doing my eyebrows, she was on her phone and she kept walking back and forth to the front counter to say something to a customer and to another worker. My eyebrows are now messed up, I now gotta buy oils to make my eyebrows grow more faster so when my eyebrows grow back, Im gonna walk all the way to the mall to get them done instead of going somewhere closer to my house. I tried it once because this was close to my house and only $6, but I wont do it again. I was gonna get a haircut too, just to get some fresh layers, but luckily I didnt because imagine what they wouldve done to my hair. Im really fixated on my eyebrows, I like when they look nice and everything. But thanks for me trying to try someplace new, Baci has ruined my eyebrows, and this experience for me. No wonder why they are so cheap. Cheap prices = Cheap Quality at the one and only, Baci Hair and Nail Salon.Based on the reviews I read, the haircuts they do SEEM good here Im guessing but I dont think I will be coming here for a haircut either because my eyebrows and hair is very important to me. Theyre eyebrows they do, are not good at all. But hey, dont believe me because reviews are all opinionated. Go here and see for yourself. All I got to say to you is good luck.

I begin coming here for long time, they cut my son hair perfect All the times, also my family comes here to they don’t have any complaints about anybody working there.

The nail stylist didnt seem to know what she was really doing the manacure part was good but i noticed the equipment she used was not cleaned after she cut my cuticles. She put it back in the drawer. Makes you wonder how many people it has been used on. She also didnt know i had on acrylics with a gel overlay of colors. I would not go back and never recommend this place.

Wont go there again for nails. I could of done my nails at home if I wanted these results. Nails look horrible. Starting to chip already and I havent been home but 3 hours. Big waste of money.

Went for a no chip mani pedi and i will not be going back. Pedicure chipped in a week, my manicure was all lumpy and the woman was a little more than aggressive with my hands that it hurt. I went back to get them fixed only to have three of my natural nails break off a week and half later after the polish change. There is also no wifi or any data in the back rooms to contact ANYONE. will not go back

This place was horrible! I went there for a haircut. I asked for a deep side part and she preceded to part in the middle. I told her again that I wanted a side part but she went ahead and cut it in the middle so now its all uneven. The back wasnt even straight. Wont ever be back.

I never go to a hair salon, I just do it myself, but lately found myself in a hair rut.So a friend tells me to go to this place...I figure, what do I have to lose...$6 and my hairll grow back...FIRST IMPRESSION: Its calm, quiet, an honest mom & pop--they got it on Disney Channel, a father is waiting his turn while his son is getting his hair cut...its a big, open, clean space.A young lady comes up to me and in the chair I go. Didnt even have time to browse the hair books (didnt come in with an exact idea in mind). That doesnt matter though, because she listened to me as I talked about what was going on with my hair. So she says Ok we will add layers and Im down with that because I have split ends and just want healthy hair...She combs through it, sprays me with water (it was sweet smelling water, like they added jasmine to it or something) and before she cuts she shows me how much shes gonna cut. I said yes and she goes to work.The best part is that I could see she was very focused and careful. She was calm, unpretentious and confident. In fact, she seemed so serenely into her work that I didnt want to talk. I normally dont like to anyway, Im glad we didnt have to suffer the small talk that could usually happen in other salons.A few people came in after me, two older women and an older man. I think it was the women who were getting a cut. They greeted them, seemed to know them from before. Since it was only the man and woman working, they had to wait. I saw how this didnt affect their countenance at all, or their attention to detail. The woman who cut my hair never rushed, but took much pride in her work, cutting calmly, never glancing away. And heres the OTHER best part: she even blow dried it (hair still damp from the water spray) and styled it, adding a few spritzes of hairspray to my bangs and meticulously sculpting them in a way that I can do everyday....all this while there were others waiting. She never rushed through it. QUITE HONESTLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY $6 IVE EVER HAD IN MY 30 OF LIVING.Ive been to other $4-6 salons and they just let you walk out with your hair still wet and neck itchy with hair. Not this place!Furthermore, after the cut I had my eyebrows waxed. Im an OCD freak about my eyebrows, I pluck them daily but can never trim my own, and anyone who knows eyebrows knows its very hard to get all of the hairs. Well, even though there were people waiting she led me to the other end of the salon where I laid back in the chair and she went to work again.I told her what I needed, not too much, just cleaned up and a small trim, and she went to work again. She never rushed, took just as much care as she did with my hair before. The wax experience was relaxing, I totally trusted her even though Ive never been here before. She went back with a tweezer, trimmed, and then tweezed again. Usually people only do one trip with the tweezer, especially if people are waiting because they just want to chase that money. Not these people, not her.I usually hate peoples eyebrow work--they always leave some obvious stray hair and it aggravates me that they dont just pluck it out because I go home and fix it myself AFTER I just paid someone to do it for me. BUT NOT THEM--The young Albanian lady who took care of me the whole time took such pride and care in her work. Honestly never saw anything like it before. I was thrilled with her work.I loved my experience so much! For $12 I got a high quality hair experience and one of the most excellent eyebrow waxing experiences Ive ever had in my life...obviously because Im gushing about it.Believe me, Im a visitor to Oak Park and wish I could take this whole salon back to New Orleans with me!They also do nails, and threading I think. They are an all-around family hair and nail salon...for men, women, children and their nail and depilatory needs. I hope they will continue to be around for a very long time so whenever I come back here I know I have people I can trust to get the job done right.

The old spanish guy messed up my eyebrows. Made them look into a deformed rainbow. If you dont know how to do eyebrows. Then dont do any eyebrows. Same for the haircut.

Never coming here again. We came here to get a trim for my son and ended up with no hair at all. They dont listen to what you want. They cut your hair the way they what to.
