Charged me 40+ dollars to change a tail light bulb that took him all of 9 minutes to replace. About a week later the bulb went out again so I just took it in to the dealership thinking it was something electrical. Turns out he put a used/bad bulb in. They charged me 25 dollars. Its hard to want to frequent local mom and pop businesses when they over charge and do shady work. Wont be going back to Rogers. I called and spoke to Dave, expressed that his price was ridiculous and he lost a customer, he made it clear he didnt have an issue. Bad business!

Im a fan hands down excellent. I took my car there and it runs better than ever. I was educated on the problem, shown the old removed parts plus got a fair price. My mom is now a big fan after taking her infinity there as well. I highly recommend good homest hard working knowledge mechanics.

Had my car towed to them, had I left the lug nut socket with them, the vehicle would have been repaired within a week. Knowledgeable on imports, had my impreza wagon serviced and they knew exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. Would recommend to anyone needing service. They also allow you to bring your own parts if you want custom service. Very reasonable hourly rates.

My car was making or horrible noise. After just a few days the guys here had it fixed. They came in right on with their estimate, no 11th hour labor charges. The guys are very service friendly, I’ll plan to visit them again if need be.

My Honda Pilot blew a transmission cooler line out of the radiator randomly and inexplicably. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and the guys rolled it directly into the service bay from the flatbed at Davids request. He had a new radiator installed and completed in less than twenty four hours. All fluids that were lost were replaced and he even used the genuine Honda Z1 transmission fluid. I definitely didnt expect the turnaround to be so quick given it was a freak accident. These guys are communicative, honest, efficient and, most of all, professionals. I was recommended to them by a long time customer and am now one myself.

Went there to get a blower replaced and he had me order the part online from his recommendation vendor. Part was installed and lasted about 100 miles and started blowing fuses again as before. Went back to see if there was a warranty and was told it wasnt his problem because I ordered the part so he wasnt liable. Maybe it wasnt installed correctly or there was a problem causing the blower or resistor to blow that he didnt bother checking. He got his 300 dollars for installation and I guess thats all that mattered to him.

Trust them with my cars and thats very important to me.
