Did my last 2 oil changes here because its close & not bad in price. So far its been a great experience overall. They have a very awesome indoor space n they do offer you a cold or hot beverage while waiting on the service being done n they sometimes have snacks also. In other dealers & oil changing places Ive gone to they dont so this is a bonus coming here.

While Greg checked to see what may be open, Kevin, the Srrvice Manager was walking by and enthusiastically said they’d get me in.I was out within 45 minutes. Great atmosphere! First, I went in without an appointment to see if they could help me with the problem I was having with my blinker. It was fixed in minutes. The cost for the repair was amazing. They even washed my truck. Whoop whoop!!! I love All-Star Buick. Thank you for the fabulous service!!!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE AND THE STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY NOR SPEAK. I went in at my schedule appt time, 7:30am. To get a diagnostic and look into my engine for oil consumption. Tyler asked me to leave my car, that was unexpected. My car was here for 9 hours, no update, communication and my car was never looked at. However someone named Zach kept calling me to because they wanted to buy my car. I ended up picking my car up and the store manager was just as RUDE, didn’t apologize or anything. Please don’t take your vehicles here.
I went to the all brand new All Star Buick with a strange problem with my 2017 Buick Encore. Just drove in. Service advisor, Mr. Tyler Hinz, took care of me, in the most professional manner possible. Extremely grateful for his excellent help, in getting this weird problem solved. There are no perfect service advisors out there, but Tyler was perfect. For me.
I just bought my first brand new car with the help of salesman Isaiah. It was a great experience—start to finish. There was no pressure, though he worked hard to understand what I was looking for. Manager Manny helped us finish the deal and Magda in finance was a dream to work with. Have had a positive experience with Calvin each time we have visited ASB GMC. Rest of the staff and mainly communication with patrons needs to improve. We called 4 times to get status of vehicle repairs with no call back. We stopped in to get status of our vehicle and were shocked when Tyler went to get us a status and then walking out to his car for the end of his shift without any updated on car. (Car was ready about 1.5 hrs later) after we returned home. With two vehicles in our household at 170,000+ miles, will need to seem improvement on the communication front if we decide to purchase from ASB GMC
They did have the vehicle ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, while they stated that the vehicle had been detailed, it obviously had not. Maybe vacuumed, but it was pretty bad. Windows looked like a kid or dog had smudged and smeared them. Not one surface was wiped clean. It was DIRTY. How someone could even trade something in that looked like that is rude. Vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke and a very bad air freshener. Parts missing. Rear hatch inoperable. Everyone was just surprised that we brought these issues up. I mean someone got in this thing to drive it up front, correct???
Got our car back in March, detailers missed some things but not a big deal. The issue is with the service department, have been trying to get ahold of the service manager for a month because there is an issue with my vehicle and every single time I call I get told that someone will call me back. Here we are a month later, still no phone call back and still an issue with the vehicle. We have a warranty so we have to go to the dealership and we don’t even know if what needs to be fixed is covered because no one will call back.
This is one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with. They made the process of purchasing my new Buick Encore so easy. First time in many years buying a car was not a dreadful long process. All-Star Buick GMC is amazing. I highly recommend them!!

All-Star service department serviced my car due to a major code from check engine light.They were very professional and discussed exactly what work would be done on my vehicle. They kept me informed on the progress of their work.Work on car was completed and car was washed before me picking up.I would go back!
STOP SENDING ME SPAM EMAILSome disconnect between Janet and the employees at the location. After Janet gave me great prices for leasing over the phone I was excited to go in and get myself a new car. The sales rep and manager were very polite and friendly, however the price I was offered was nearly 3x the amount on the phone. I did appreciate the manager recognizing the issue and not trying to push the car, completely out of my budget, on me. Pretty sure I was just duped by a shady sales tactic to get me inside the doors.*** follow up, the dealership called me back. Again very nice. Instead of being $325 more/month they gave me an offer still $275 more/month than what I was offered over the phone. Unfortunately will not be doing business with this dealership. Follow up was a joke.

Everything has been great here. From my purchase experience and now service. I’ve purchased at least 12 vehicles in my life. This has by far been the best experience. Jake and his team are excellent and service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Just got a GM certified truck from All-Star. The sales consultant Nick and the Manager Jake were great to work with. Jake listened to any issues and concerns I had and worked with me to make sure I was good to go with the vehicle I was interested in. Its a very chill place and everyone was quick with a smile and head nod or a hello. Although its early in my purchase, so far Im very happy with it.
This is our second purchase at All-Star. The staff at All-Star are fantastic. Jake and Magda are amazing and willing to do all they can to help. Isaiah was also very helpful. Everyone treats you as a friend and they know you by name when you come in.
First time visit for Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Made the appointment online. That was easy and they were available the same day. Drove in and was met right away by service advisor. Did not introduce himself to me so I had no idea what his name was. Got me in and showed me to the waiting room. Different feeling coming in here. Not busy at all and was not bumping into anyone. TV was on and Nat Geo was on normally would not be a problem but the episode was on the predators in the wild eating their prey?? Lots a blood. Maybe not the best to have on in public waiting room. From what I can tell a few employees were milling around without masks and walked by me several times without it on. Made me uncomfortable. Again not busy here and I’m the only one in waiting room. No one said hello and or welcome to the place?? Refreshments were available in waiting room. Hot and cold beverages and some snacks in a basket. Sales floor was all new and clean with 4 cars on the floor. Service advisor came out to let me know they were almost done which was nice. So far I would say things are good here. Just wish a little more friendly since they are new and trying to make a good first impression.

Brought car in for oil change. Service writer could not have been nicer, oil change was prompt and done in a timely manner. When we went over suggested repairs I had cabin filter and engine air filter listed as needing to be replaced along with a couple other items. Disappointed by recommendation on filters as I installed both filters new one week ago. Did they not check and just recommend?

We are so thankful our negative car shopping experience ended on a positive note at All-star GMC. We worked with Keith and didnt feel pushed or rushed. We didnt get a BS sales vibe from him, which you find at a lot of dealerships. It wasnt just about a kick back for them. We truly got the impression they cared about what WE wanted and could financially afford. We will be going back for future vehicles.

Not much new or used to look at. I had not looked at Buick cars in the last 15 years and did not even know they do not make any cars. I only stopped here do to a picture that came up on Google showing a slick looking car that was labeled as an Envision. The problem is that vehicle is not a car and it looks nothing like the picture. What a huge disappointment!
After 3 years of having my Yukon Denali purchased at Sullivan GMC in Arlington Heights IL my service writer left the dealership I’m devastated because I don’t trust a lot of people, I called this morning to schedule an oil change at the All Star GMC in Oak Creek/Franklin dealership in WI and when I showed up 15 min to 4pm I got the weirdest looks because it looked like everyone was ready to go home for the day at 4pm must be nice. A gentleman approached me and asked what I needed and I stated I was scheduled for an oil change at 4pm and Parker set it up funny thing was no one knew who Parker was, so I became frustrated and I have a short fuse so I think this gentleman sensed I was about to lose it. He said he would take care of me gathered some info asked me to wait in the waiting area inside and to help myself to snacks and coffee and my truck would be ready in 40 min. Right at 4:40pm he came and got me and said my truck was ready right on time as he promised so I thought I would mention that Gregg the service writer was awesome and saved the day.However I would like to point out that many employees walked by me and even a manager and no one says HI to you the dealership is very empty no customers but me and very not warm and fuzzy, Both of my brothers work at 2 very large dealerships in IL and the customer service is above par not so much here at All Star GMC.Also all the cars and trucks are covered in snow making it impossible to see what is underneath all that snow.Not impressed at all with this dealership and would never look to trade in/buy anything here, however Gregg was great in the service department.

Purchased a certified preowned vehicle at this dealership and was conflicted with whether or not to go through with the purchase. Stopped in multiple times and there seemed to be no communication between representatives. I was in negotiations with many dealerships but finally decided to buy the vehicle from AllStar.I was out of town when I finally made the decision to purchase (I had told them I would be going out of town too), called the sales manager whom I had spoken with before and asked if I could put down a deposit to purchase on the following Monday when back in town, I called on a Thursday. Was told “I’m in the car sales business, not a bank here to take deposits” and was further told I could come in on Monday and purchase if the truck was still available. This response was the main reason for the rating and salesman interactions, this was an extremely expensive purchase and there was clearly no desire for this dealership to “earn” any business. EVERY other dealership I was working with offered to take a deposit if I made a decision while out of town. Needless to say I was very unimpressed with the purchase process.Certified pre owned vehicle purchased two months ago, salesman realized two sets of keys (required for certification) were not available with the purchase. 2nd key was ordered but still have not received.The service department on the other hand has been a joy to deal with. Greg is great and has handled my every need since purchase! Would give him 5 stars, just wish the purchase process was the same.
Very friendly staff. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. Went for an oil change and they let me know about a tire problem. They gave me a recommendation for new tires and gave me some options but werent pushy about a sale. Will be back next month for those tires. So glad they are In Oak Creek .
I went the first time for a airbag service, and they broke my dash they didnt fix the dash, didntfix the airbag really bad service, this person Greg incharge of service department was really bad at his work he lied about the dash, next day accept it then lied again he said the dash was already broken and the airbag was ok, all they do was damage to my truck so irresponsible people. Hope never come back to all star Buick GMC.

I currently have a 2015 Chevy terrain 4000 miles on it and I brought my vehicle in because my wiper was not acting right it was stuck so I am not a mechanic so the next best thing to do is take it to a GMC dealer service department so they can help you with that the guy in service was very rude and the wiper is still not fixed I would not recommend All star GMC!!! I’ll just stick with my John Paul’s GMC on Highway 100 Just an update on my situation at all star GMC and Buick I was contacted back by Calvin Williams the gentleman left a message on my phone I immediately got back to him twice and I still don’t get a response from him so obviously they are not trying to take care of this. Not only the Service advisers have terrible customer service I’m beginning to think that the whole place does if they can’t even contact me it’s been four days since I received a call from Mr. Williams and I still have not heard back from him would never recommend that place to anyone!!!

Came in on a Saturday and scheduled an oil change with the service manager for the following Tuesday. Came to my appointment 10 minutes early. No one around, one guy working service who ignored me for 15 minutes then asked how he could help. Told him I had an appointment and he said there were no appointments, was I sure. Showed him the managers card with my appointment on it. Oil change guy left at 4:00, service is open until 7:00. Complaining in front of me about the manager but found someone to do the oil change. Shows me to the waiting area, only one employee out of the seven I saw had a mask on. Showed up at 4:20 for a 4:30 appointment, car was done at 5:51, only one in the place. They got two stars because they washed my car. It’s a shame, new dealership close to home but never again! Terrible customer service!!
All Star found the problem that 2 others Dealers stated wasnt an issue (couldnt find anything wrong). Kevin & Greg were both very Professional & Kevin took it a step further ( very personable) & they now have a return customer....thank you for a job well done!

Called to find out my options for dropping off my car for an oil leak and a coolant leak. Chose the service option and was transferred to a scheduler. I asked about my options and was told I had to talk to a service advisor, which is who I wanted to talk to in the first place. Left a message on an advisors voicemail. 2 hours past with no call back, and now they are closed. Ill find someone else to be my GM dealer for future purchases and service.
