I first met the owner Ina when she worked for a different wax salon, which I honestly didn’t really like but kept going back because of Ina. I was BEYOND happy when she finally opened the Wax Lounge and I have been going ever since.Wax Lounge has the best wax technician, who is pleasant, professional and very skilled.Wax Lounge is quick, clean, fair in price and is always accommodating when scheduling or changing appointments.I recommend the Wax Lounge to all my friends, family and even my co-workers.The Wax Lounge is truly the best wax salon in south Florida.

Ive been coming to Wax Lounge for 4 years already and service here just amazing,very clean and has a great atmosphere .Prices very affordable .Ina is absolute best for bikini and eye brows,you need to go to her!!!Not to mention, she is so much fun to talk to,she makes you feel super comfortable.I sent all my friends and family there !!!

Waited over a half an hour while she took TWO other clients who arrived after me. One had an appointment 15 minutes before mine and the other customer arrived at 12:40 so how exactly could that appointment have been before mine! The girl saying she was running a little bit late is roughly 10 minutes, if youre going to make your customers wait more than a half an hour you need to say that NOT a little bit late! Not to mention it was obvious the second customer she took was her friend. I called back to make another appointment explaining she took up my lunch hour from work and she wouldnt accommodate me. Great customer service this place has!

Made a trip here after calling an speaking to her to just find out theyre closed and by appointment only, not only did she not mention it in the conversation but she also told me to come when I said Id be on my way! Hung up when I tried to voice my frustrations and tell her she should have better customer service.

Very disappointed!!! I tried to use a groupon voucher and she didn’t accepted. At my first visit I waited 30 minutes and when I got she just told me to have a sit, no apology or nice welcome....then when she finished with the client she had she told me that I came to early, that I came at the wrong time, but even so she was still late for 10 min and no apology or nice attitude. I thought maybe she has a bad day... After the waxing I asked about the voucher on groupon and she said is not for what I had and I can’t use one so I didn’t. Second time I bought one voucher because the description and the price was the same that I had first time, so ... she lied.... but she didn’t accepted because it was my second visit and the voucher is for new clients only. My opinion is that she doesn’t really want to accept voucher because for her means less money and she is using groupon just for publicity.On top of everything her attitude and costumer sevice are very bad!!! I don’t even mention a priority in costumer satisfaction. She doesn’t care!!! This was my last time there for sure!

Called to make an appt for Thursday. A worker called me Wednesday asking if I was coming to their appt for Wed. I said no, as I was working. Why would I schedule an appt for a day that I work? The woman was rude on the phone. I will find elsewhere for my services.

Takes walk-ins before appointments. This place is run by a mean Russian lady who wont honor the groupons shes selling and makes old ladies cry...at least while I was there. She says its her business and she can run it how shes fit. I agree, but I couldnt recommend the experience to anyone. Life is too short to patronize establishments that treat people terribly.
