This place is perfect. I have been waxing here for 3 years and I would never change it. Lana, the owner is professional, she listens to you, and makes the waxing not painful. The location has parking and the prices are affordable and reasonable, with amazing quality wax. The place has private location rooms and everything is clean and neat. THE BEST!!!

I had an appt booked 2 days before my bday and when I arrived, the place was closed. I literally spoke to the technician a week prior on the phone and she told me specifically to come Aug 27th at 1pm. Unorganized and will never recommend.

I get waxing services almost every month. I have had an excellent experience. Lana uses wax strips which help prevent ingrown hair. She takes her time to explain how to use scrubs and numbing lotions if needed. She is very accommodating with ones schedule. Highly recommend.

Listen. Ima huge cry baby. But this ladys hands are made of GOLD! Shes so sweet. And she takes her time. She uses strip wax so its less painful than hard waxing. You can bring company...for support. Its private. Clean. And she has great conversation. Very funny. I recommend everyone I know.

This is the worst waxing experience I have ever received. Not only was it unprofessional but she had a random little girl running in and out of our waxing session while I am getting a Brazilian wax! To top it off she answered her cell phone every 5 minutes and put her phone right near the area she was waxing me so she could talk on speaker phone to some random lady. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism when getting a wax in an intimate area. And at the end she had the nerve to ask if I was coming back. Never again! I barely wanted to pay for the service that I received. DO NOT COME HERE even if the price is cheap it is NOT worth it!
