I would highly recommend Lina; shes attentive and extremely gentle. Today my service was the full Brazilian wax and the armpit bleaching. I would highly recommend both services with a deep facial. Nancy Norma is such a Phenomenal waxer. This was my first time getting a wax and let me tell you this, this will not be my last as long as I’m coming to Marras Beauty Bar. Ariel was very sweet, kind, polite n gentle all at the same time throughout the process of the service. She always was aware to me throughout the process the experience as a first toner person who getting a wax and she completely explain to me the process while she was doing the waxing. She made my experience comfortable, the process was very gentle and some way a little bit painful but at the end of it she made me feel relaxed and less painful but it was very worth it too. I would definitely would go back to her to do my wax again.

Marra and my waxer, Nancy, were so warm and accommodating. They provided a mask for me (I left mine at home), were swift at attending me, and my eyebrow and lip wax came out great! The BEST Miami has 2 offer.! When u walk in the decor is very chic, u r welcomed w/ a smile & immediately offered a bottle of water. I have never waited more than 5 minutes 4 my appointment & even that is rare. The staff is warm, friendly & very professional. The rooms r always immaculate as r the people that work there. Guys! This was amazing! Actually, the experience was brutal I’m not going to lie. Kimberly was BEYOND great. I did my first Brazilian wax Ever! She talked me through it the entire time. It was the most painful thing I’ve ever done.. even worse than child birth lol but Kimberly was so great and knowledgeable tHat I’m going back!! Even the front desk girl was kind. I walked out not intending to come back and I came back. She was sweet. To be honest sex was amazing after too. I felt a different confidence that I didn’t feel before. Walked in and didnt wait that much time at all but if you do have to wait there is water and coffee and magazines in waiting room. I was able to have Nadinis help me. She was very nice and very informative too.

Today I tried Starsoft was for the first time. I had my eyebrows done with Orianna and she did an amazing job. The salon is beautiful and very clean and the wax was the most gentle I’ve ever used. Will definitely be coming back.

Jessica was amazing! Most painless bikini ever!Edit: its the night before my wedding and my sister is literally tweezing tiny stubble hairs out of my bikini and tummy trail. My underarms and bikini line also have started growing back already, only 5 days after my wax. It seems that Jessicas amazing technique youre so proud of it is to break the hair and leave the follicle still in the skin. No wonder it was so painless! Thank you SO MUCH for letting me pay you over $200 for you to actually screw me over!Side note in case you were wondering, no, my hair does not usually grow back that fast, and yes, it was the perfect length to wax.Ps, Id like a refund.

Marra was absolutely amazing! I’m a softy when it comes to getting waxed. I get anxious before the process even starts and often find myself crying during the process. But Marra was so gentle and took the time to make sure I was never experiencing pain the whole time. She was amazing. You can tell she’s very experienced with waxing from making sure the temperature was perfect to taking extra pre cautions with my sensitive skin. I appreciate her services and will be back very soon.
