After making an appointment I called To let them know Im 3-5 minute late And by the time I got there she was already with someone else just started to clean her old nail polish -means she got a walk in after I calledI was so disappointed, I Arrange a babysitter for my kids and all for nothing!!They did ask me if I want someone else but she was the only one can do my nails good. They didnt even though of getting me the lady I had an appointment with and to the walk in get someone else (when I ask they said no!)

I called on a Sunday asking if they had any availability for a regular pedicure. Most places in the area said they were fully booked for the day. I spoke to a man on the phone who told me to come in 30 minutes. I said I couldn’t wait and had to get it done as soon as possible. He responded to me by saying I could actually come by as soon as I wanted to, so I did. I arrived and he told me to take a seat. I was waiting in the seat for 20 minutes without any recognition. Then I realized he was working on two people’s nails at the same time. That’s when I got up and asked him how much longer I would have to wait and he said that there were three people in front of me. I asked him why he would tell me to come in the first place and he either didn’t care or was having trouble understanding my question so I left. I wasted time and ended up just going next door where they didn’t lie about their availability.

Mike the manager did a wonderful job of dip manicure. Glad I got there right when they opened at 9:30. It got teally busy fast on a Wednesday morning. Child friendly too.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible service from Sandra. Couldn’t even do gel nail. When my GF told her the mistakes, she got mad and became rough in removing the nail. Now I got to wait for a different technician. Now they are prioritizing other people over her because they keep wanting to take new people in. Avoid her and this place at all cost. Not an upscale location although it’s across the street from luxurious beach resorts.

Just recently moved to Sunny Isles and highly recommend Beyond Nails! Sandra is excellent, very professional. Everybody nice and friendly.

Sandra was terrible with nails painting + had a terrible attitude. She got mad when I pointed out that she painted my nails unevenly and missed several spots/corners...so she blamed it on the color I chose - light pink 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. If you cannot paint light colors then say so from the beginning. Another technician took it off and redo them for me and it was fine with 2 just layers of the light color polish...Wei painted it beautifully and she was gentle. So the problem was Sandras skills NOT THE COLOR....and yes I got that same color for my nails all the times...and none of the technicians did my nails have problem...except Sandra. STAY AWAY FROM SANDRA..SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE SKILLS NOR A GOOD ATTITUDE.

We was so nice and careful to make the nail look exactly how I wanted! It looks amazing!!

They did my nails and in the next hour it was all gone and when i returned the the nail shop, i received a bad attitude and she yelled at me. Bad service and bad nail quality. DO NOT GO THERE!

So I decided to try DIP nails for the first. Cost me $42 and a $10 tip. Anyway, this was Tuesday night. Right now its Thursday at 6AM and 4 of my nails just literally broke off. Maria was in a rush and had attitude because it was late but she was told to do my nails. AND my right index cuticle is infected!!! Im fenna get my $ back as soon as they open! They NOT worth the few bucks in price differenceGo elsewhere unless you want broken& infected nails, ladies!!

Horrible service. I went to Terry who came 20 minutes late to my appointment and was mad about it. He did my nails and then made some of them crooked I had the owner redo one who gave me an attitude and just made the nail thicker and worse. They were rude for messing up the job that they did.

Great manicure and pedicure. They had a special. I paid for one foot and they did the other foot for free 😀

She helped me feel right at home with her staff members, sat me right away, plus had an amazing selection of colors. Love when you have CHOICES! I have had my nails done here for many years. Last night I had a regular manicure done. I saw the nail polish must have been old ant even when it was applied I asked the woman doing it if the nail polish was bad because it was sort of clumpy. She reassured me it was fine. Well, after it dried Completely while I was in the nail salon, the polish started clumping and looked terrible.This morning I went back for them to fix it. Their answer was “it is your fault. I tried to explain that the nail polish was not good. They did not care.I ask anyone who is thinking of using Beyond Nails-Do not go there. They do not stand by their customers.It wasnt the $15 +the Very genouras gratuity that bothered me as much as they could not care less about losing a customer. I do not even give them 1⭐️.

Teri has done my nails for over a year now. He is an expert at gel nails. Fast and very precise. My manicure lasts 4 to 5 weeks. I would recommend this salon.

Best place for padi and gel mani every time Im in Sunny Isles. Moon is the girl I always go to. Shes extremely meticulous and does an amazing job. Great and updated selection of colors from various popular brands.

No Good- I went here for a manicure and pedicure on aFfriday morning. By Monday when I got back to Chicago, the gel polish chipped and peeled horribly and it was a no-chip. They must be adding some type of solution or water to their polish because it was still extremely thin after 3 coats. Dont waste your time and money here.

They completely ruined my right eyebrow, i have been getting my eyebrows done forever at salons, but they basically waxed half of my right eyebrow off by accident, i am super pissed at them. and they even charged me half price for it. it was awful and my eyebrows are also very unproportional now. never go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
