LJs Auto Service and Repair is the only place I go for quality mechanic work. The slogan here should be, Come for the work, and stay for the people. I love small businesses, and this place is a classic example of what shopping locally should be. The prices were the lowest Ive seen for mechanic work in the area. The work was done quickly and well under budget. The crown jewels of the business are the people. John and Amanda are a great team. They are both friendly and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Pam is a new addition and has the office operating efficiently. I will be going back to have all of my cars needs met. This is the only shop I can recommend in good faith. The work was great, the people were greater.

This place is just a hometown repair shop that does it all. Friendly folks who fix your car and are completely honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Amanda is amazing. Not fancy but it didnt need to be. Be sure to pet Chewy the shop dog while youre there!

LJ is the best mechanic in Arkansas. We had been throwing parts at my car without any luck. I finally decided to take the car to a professional. The dealership price was way too high and the other local shops did not inspire much confidence. When I went to LJs I knew I had found my mechanic. They were able to get me back on the road for much less money than I expected. I will definitely be back. Also, loved Jacob and Amanda in the office. The real treat is the little dog that is so friendly. Come for the vehicle repairs, but come back because you are treated like family.

Came into the shop and nobody would come and see what they could help me with literally stood for 10 minutes this place was recommended by the customers but I didn’t feel welcome 🥺🥺🥺🥺 Thursday the 22nd around 4:45pm

I had a very pleasant experience when I took my car in for front end work and they also discovered that I needed brake pads. I got a very fair quote on the repairs and the work was done on time and a little under what the estimated price was. I went to Gwatney Buick GMC and received an astronomical quote for service work on my Acadia. Im so glad I decided to shop around and found LJs Auto Service and Repairs. Amanda at the front desk has been wonderful to work with, their mechanics have been great and communicated well about the work completed AND it was 1/6 of the price Gwatney quoted me. I saved thousands (yes, thousands) thanks to LJs. Highly recommend.

Ive been using LJs for years. I live and work in the Sherwood Area and when I asked around I was given LJs as the first choice by a local Police Captain. They do excellent, fast work and even talk themselves out of business by making reasonable recommendations. They always fairly price the produce and work hours. They give you options and you make the choice what you want done and in what order. Ive taken all of my work there including work for my kids and friends.

I had an electrical problem going on with my Jeep & I came in on a Friday evening during rush hour. They had me in and out within a hour with no appointment. LJ & his staff were nothing but nice & professional. Would definitely recommend them & I will be back with any other issues with my Jeep.
