I had a good shopping experience when purchasing my 2020 Corolla and it came with free maintenance for the first 25,000 miles. The sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. However I would not recommend the service department. When I called to schedule appointments I waited 10 before someone answered to make the appointment. Even with an appointment you still wait an hour an a half for the oil change. So why make an appointment? When it came to the 5k/15k mile tire rotation and inspection I was told they topped off fluids but they didnt even check them during the inspection. However the service persond told me they did when I asked. During the last 20k mile oil change they checked the fluids and filled the windshield fluid but not the coolant. When I asked about the level I was rudely told that Toyota recommended the level to be on the low mark not the full mark. Generally not friendly service.

My mom had a light she didnt understand light up (uneven tire pressure) and they took care of it, no problem and no charge.
