Absolutely amazed by the service offered. I rolled in at 4:50 with a car that barely started, they were friendly and accommodating and ran the tests resulting in needing a new battery. They called and got it right away and I was on the road again by 5:15. Kyle thank you so much for your help and calm demeanor. It meant a lot to me as someone who gets incredibly stressed out with car issues, especially when her husband is on a trip. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

Very professional and friendly service! They knew the needs of our vehicle and gave the time needed to explain what they felt the problem was and what they were going to do. We receive d same-day service from when we place the call for an appointment and it was done timely and a call was placed to us when it was finished with a quote for future use that we asked for! I live out of state and my daughter attends college in Little Rock. She needed repairs and from the beginning to the ending, Kyle and his staff were very professional, timely, and explained all repairs in detailed. I love how they werent trying to gauge us out of repairs to hike up the bill. Mechanics get a bad wrap a lot of times but this business is one of the good ones. I now have a service repair place for my daughters car since she is past her warranty.

I needed new brakes and couldn’t get in at my normal spot for 2 more days but I was in desperate need of repair right away. I walked into Meineke and was diagnosed immediately and they began working on my car right away. They even found and let me use a coupon. In about an hour, my vehicle was done and I am super pleased!! This is now my new normal spot!

Went to Meineke on yesterday 6/29/21 paid to have a diagnostic exam of my air done. They said there was a leak in the system and they could replace the seals. Since the car was there already I asked the price and said sure fix it. A few hours later they said we have you ready I was so excited to finally have the air fixed in my car. A few hours later got in the. AR and the air was not cold like it normally was when working. Didnt panic Figured it was just due to being a hot day. NOT the air was blowing half way cool by then. Went out last night it was 80 degrees outside and my air was hotter in the car than outside. Take the car back TODAY at 7:40 (they open at 7:30) the person whos supposed to be there to fix the air conditioners is not there. He ends up coming in at 10:00!! So after they piddle around with my car they call me to say that its still leaking (duh) and now I need to replace the whole AC system. I ask how much will that be and he Patrick says oh around $1,600. I said oh no sir! I replaced the compressor system 2 years ago to the tune of $1,100. My thing is this WHY is it so much more at Meineke than Carters Radiator Service? So to sum it all up I paid $120.00 yesterday for absolutely NOTHING and now they are talking about $1,600.....um NO THANK YOU and I wont be doing that. You could have told me that yesterday! I am VERY DISSATISFIED !!

Took vehicle in because had no cold air, flashing AC light, hot air blowing out only. Kyle was very courteous said he would try his best to find out what the cause was. About an hour later I was called and told that my air was cold now in the vehicle. Kyle told me to bring vehicle back maybe in a couple of days because he wanted to make sure everything was still working ok.but before a couple of days had passed I woke up to drive this morning and had no cold air. AC light began flashing again. Not good at all.

They went above and beyond to take care of my truck and make sure I was back on the road safely. They fixed what a different shop said they fixed but didn’t.

The staff at this Meineke location on JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock near the Indian Head Shopping center was very courteous. The gentleman answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge; if unable to offer an answer, he made sure to give a response upon my return to pickup my vehicle. Also, I appreciated how prompt they were to contact me with the cost and list of recommended repairs that I needed. Additionally, they even tried to assist me with saving a few buck by reminding me to look up Meineke Online coupons for my service. I was getting my vehicle (2006 Honda Odyssey) prepared for highway travel. Instead of dealing with the various delays Ive experienced at the local Honda dealer service dept, this Meineke location gave me good ol fashioned auto mechanic service I could trust. Well worth my money! Definitely will return to this Meineke again.

Every person I spoke with, 3 in all, on phone or in person, was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I understood what I was getting for what they were quoting. When I was cutting it close returning one offered to stay a little late so I could get my car. Also it was finished same day, an ac compressor, condenser and associated parts like dryer etc, a big job. They also came in less than what I had been led to believe itwas going to cost. I was planning on getting a quote from Nissan but Meinike was so nice and Nissan was so flippant I didnt bother. They also enrolled me in their customer parts program. I already qualify for free wipers!

When Nissan wanted to charge us $100 to diagnose the problem with the transmission but couldnt even look at it for 4 days, we headed to Meineke. They not only diagnosed the problem, but ordered the part, waited for the part to come in, fixed up the truck and had us on our way within that 4 days!!! They were very courteous, professional, and came across as genuinely caring! They have earned my trust and loyalty!

I had my radiator replaced with a new radiator I was very unhappy cause my hose came a loose from the top part of my radiator cause the clamp wasn’t replaced properly in the right position therefore my car started to run hot but I put the hose back on and clamped it down properly

My Break and ABS lights have been ON on my control panel (on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500) for almost a year and just recently my rear brakes seem to lock up when I use them when just driving at a normal speed. I have gone to several repair facilities. They all said my breaks and ABS were working fine, but no one could tell me why the lights were on. Shops ran diagnostics and even told me that they took apart my ABS module, but still couldnt find the problem. Meineke Car Care Center took my truck for a short drive and recreated the problem I was having. After the mechanic examined the ABS system they told me I needed a new ABS Control Module. They ordered one and it came a few days later. They installed it, and everything works great again. They were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. They explained everything they did and afterwards told me about other maintenance conditions which may require attention later on down the line. I could not have ask for a better automotive experience!

Kyle and his team got my vehicle in for inspection and done with new brakes, all in the same day. I was glad to have this checked off my list. The only complaints I have are 1) the intense smell of cigarette smoke in the building (thankfully, this did not transfer to my car), and 2) the technician left greasy fingerprints on my interior door and on my glove compartment. I feel like that’s really unprofessional.

I went in for an oil change and they were backed up. They asked me to come back at a certain time and when I did they got right to me. I was in and out with no problems and the wait was long at all. The guys were nice and professional.

I had an oil leak and they did a thorough job of making sure they figured out the reason and replaced the seal. Kyle was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and kept me updated while I waited. Great experience!

I took my work van in for brake repairs. I arrived at the shop at 7:30am and was told to come back at 10am and that they would get me in at that.time. At 10am I realized they had not held my place inline as promised. At 12:30 p.m they called me with an estimate on repairs. At 1:30 they call me back and said that youd only be part call Dave repairs because the mechanic did not know how to change out the back rotors. I instructed them to go ahead and do the front brakes and do the pads only on the back. They told me the van would be ready at 4 p.m.. when I arrive at 4 p.m. to pick up truck they told me damaged one of the calipers and it had to be replaced. The job is ended up costing me $300 more than it should have because of the inability of mechanic. I will never repeat the Never nearest Meineke again.

Meineke of JFK always does a wonderful job! They are my go to auto shop in town! I had a tire blow out one evening, called the next morning and they were able to get me in. Remind you this was a Saturday morning (business day for an auto shop). I spoke with Kyle that morning he had two new tires ready to go, I drop my car off and a few hours it was ready! Kyle and his crew are the best in NLR!

Kyle and the team did a great job by diagnosing my vehicle’s overheating issue and repairing it the same day, all for a great price.

I called this shop in hope of a clean diagnosis prior to visiting regarding an 09 cobalt blower motor and resistor replacement. Cal told me the diagnosis check was 79.99 on the phone. I arrived at the shop Cal took the car keys started the car turn on the ac nothing came out he then proceeded to bang on the top and bottom of the dashboard and stated it needs a blower motor and resistor. As the shop was near closing i set an appt for the next morning to have the car serviced as per the diagnosis. The following morning i returned the car for repairs Cal was not in office. I showed my estimates to the other team member working. I was told i had several cars before me yet the day before Cal told me the car would be first in line. I didnt make a fuss i agreed and waited in the lobby for 2-3 hrs. After 2-3 hours the team member states he replaced the blower motor and resistor but still no A/C he think it could be a ground wire but would need more time to look at the car once the tech return from lunch. The tech tested some wires and got the AC to come on its stuck on high and will not shutoff unless the car is off. I agreed left the car at the shop and went home awaiting a phone call for full repair. This shop did not call me I had to call them after another 3 hour wait only to be told the tech Tim whom worked on the car did not return from lunch as he had something that came up. I was charged $407 for them to rig the AC in the car. My questions were not answered. The car is a mess and Im unsure if the car is safe to drive. Im very very dissatisfied with the treatment and service. I do not recommend this shop just do it yourself.

I have visited this location on several different occasions everything from oil changes to tune-ups but this particular oil change I asked them to look at a heater hose and see how much itll be to change it out if I had the part they quoted me a price and told me I did need to get it done and theyll be ready when I was ready upon leaving my vehicle started smoking extremely hard and I can see a trail of fluid pouring out behind me in the rearview mirror. After stopping and popping the hood I noticed that a second heater core hose that didnt have anything to do with the one I initially asked them to check on was split in two. This was definitely not like this when I dropped the truck off and there was no way it should have happened with them just checking the heater hose to see how much it would be for repair

Kept my vehicle for a ridiculous amount of time. Their shop smelled like weed and kept vehicle to diagnose a electrical problem that they know they couldnt even fix if they diagnosed it.

Horrible! Get a call at 1230 am Sunday night from police telling my car is in middle of road. They received my car Friday. Somehow they let it roll out of lot to highway. Then charged me 200 for tow bill. Said it wasnt their liability. I will never never use again. They then proceeded to refuse to even look at the vehicle. Hectic and so unorganized

I had my oil changed yesterday at Meineke on JFK Sherwood AR. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I had an appointment and they began work on my car exactly at my appointment time and finished more quickly than I expected. The guys there were extremely nice and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Although it was easy to schedule an appoint and overall my oil change was completed in a quick fashion, I was really surprised that there were no COVID-19 safeguards seen at this location. I saw no employees wearing masks or gloves and since they are getting into vehicles and greeting customers I found this alarming compared to what other businesses are doing. The same apples to their waiting area. Not sure if that’s a corporate practice or a local one.

They are always helpful and friendly. Kyle makes sure you feel comfortable walking out when they are done whether you choose to get things done or not. Great place!

A good Samaritan flagged me down on my way home to tell me I had no break lights. I called at 5:15 to make sure they were open. The recording said they were open until 6. I pulled in at 5:20 and the lights were off. I called again and again got the recording. There were 3 cars lined up which I would assume were employees cars. Thanks, Meineke. Had to go to Auto Zone. The employee there was super helpful. I will never spend another dime at Meineke.

I always leave good reviews for this place and I drive a pretty long ways just to come here but I didnt like the fact that I found a coupon on my phone after my arrival for 30% off and wanted to use it. The man honored my coupon but not until he let me know that the coupon stated I had to show it on arrival. I felt like a child being berated by their mother whe he finished. He let me know that he was doing me a favor by honoring the coupon. Sheesh.

Went in for squeaky brakes. They replaced my rear breaks. I also had an oil change where they said they would check the other fluids. When I got the Jeep back the washer fluid reservoir was bone dry. I returned to have it filled. When I left and began driving down the road I heard the same squeaking as before but they were too busy to look at it again even though I had just payed $300+ to have the brakes replaced. I will never use this business again and I strongly recommend you don’t either

They did good work and follwed their word. I was told over the phone a price on a radiator flush with dexcool coolant and was given the price for regular coolant. They honored the price and I would take my car back. Make sure to get the price on services up front so there are no misunderstandings. They charge a fee on top of everything for the materials they use to keep their shop and your car clean. The price is good until that extra tax is put on there and then its competitive. This is the only reason for 4 stars.

I worked here for all of a week. Still havent been paid and thought Id share my experience since they want to play with my money. Withing the week I was there I saw things that I wouldnt see in other professional shops. For one there was a kid doing an oil change that required 0w20 oil and since we didnt have it they used conventional 5w30 even though the customer paid for full synthetic they put walmart plugs in the tires they arent even the patch plug combos and to top it all off there was a Saturn Aura that had a power steering leak from a previous job they had done on it and when they took it apart one of the rubber seals was cleary ripped.. instead of buying the seal they just put it back together. The next week after myself and another tech left he got a picture of that same car being towed back to meineke. Dont waste your time with this shameful no integrity having company. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

I took my car to meineke for a tuneup, oil change and AC check. At the time my ac was working, but not get ice cold so I thought it might need freon. Afterwards the manager told me they found the problem. I needed a agitator, the agitator door was stuck open allowing heat and air to come in at the same time. Cost would be 190$ after replacing it they told me it was the wrong one and the one that need to be replaced was more labor and the cost would be 451$. So I brought my car back in on the following Friday to get the correct agitator fixed, they kept my car for 4 days. I had to catch rides to a from work and grocery store. When they called me Tuesday the told me I needed a air compressor and the cost would be 1197$ So I asked would you not know if the air compressor was bad when you did the AC check. No answer, I told him my air was working when I came in just not blowing ice cold and my air compressor was working. He told me he couldnt remember. They gave me a card for a free oil change and told me that they werent going to charge me for agitator labor, just the agitator. No direct answer about my air compressor. I called the 1 800 number to file a complaint and no response yet. It was a horrible experience for me.

They replaced my shocks and struts last year but it still feels like I have no shocks when I hit a bump. I paid $2,000 for shocks and struts.

Jim at the front desk was really nice and helpful when I brought my car in over the weekend. Nation was the tech who gave my car an oil change, patched my tire and replaced one of my fog lights that was out. He was very efficient and got me in and out quickly.
