This was the most terrible experience I’ve had at a nail salon Came in on 7/15 with 3 nails missing for a filling the replaced the nails 3 dollars a nail during the session I told the owner who was doing my nails that this nail feels weird (which happens to be the nail that popped off the replaced nail she proceeded to belittle me and be extremely loud to embarrass me I let it go and proceeded with the service it is now 7/21 less than a week the nail that replaced at there salon popped off and two other nails lifting I go in to ask to get it fixed and the owner is immediately angry proceeded to raise her voice and tell me it’s something I did to cause my nails to break it’s my fault nothing to do with them as she continues I tell her I don’t want to argue just want these replaced she starts to fill in one nail and I ask her about my other two nails that are starting to lift and she just tries putting glue on it instead of fixing the filling and I tell her I would like her to fix the filling not just add glue she starts to raise her voice once again and belittle me and tell me it will be $5 a nail now and it’s all my fault so I simply leave! If you’d like terrible customer service and to feel small and terrible nail work this is the salon for you otherwise I’d steal clear from this horrible place 🤷🏽‍♀️

Service was quick and professional. Three different persons worked on me and they all did awesome work. I will be a repeat customer. Pardon the old lady hands. They cannot do anything about that.😆8-6-2021Apparently last weeks good service has been totally wiped out by this weeks service. This tech was upset because I gave him the number for the color I wanted and it didnt match and he had to change the color. The same thing happened with the 2nd color. He then rushed me through my pedicure. No hot towel, no massage and he man handled my feet. This service sucked.

TO POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! If I could give zero ⭐️ I would. I’ve been going to LA NAILS for years . I Have Never had any issues before. I would ask for my usual guy. But today I was told he no longer works there. I went in today August 27 2021 for a pedicure. And That will be my last time ever going to LA Nails again. Poor management and lack of professionalisms all around . At the rate they are going they won’t have any customers left! And the female manager was arguing with as if we were in a relationship 🥴. To future customers avoid this place at all cost!! Your Better taking you’re business elsewhere!!!!!

If you have healthy toenails DO NOT come here. One of the ladies tried to shape mine to her liking rather than it’s natural shape which caused bleeding and pain. Manicure wasn’t as bad (slightly sloppy, yes) but I may be scarred forever from the pedicure.

This was the worst salon experience ever! I was yelled at and humiliated by the nail tech because I didnt like the length that she cut my nails. She said she wasnt changing anything so I asked her to take them off. She threw a fit and took one of her instruments and ripped my real nails off, so I yanked my hand away from her and said nevermind Ill take them off myself. She tried to charge me $10 for just the nails that she put on with no acrylic, that I did not like. Then when I paid for my daughters nails that happened to look terrible, but we didnt complain, the nail tech snatched my credit card, charged the card, then slammed everything back on the table. They will never get another penny from me!

Horrible customer service! From the moment I walked into the salon it took them a couple of minutes before even acknowledging I was there. Owner is very rude and snappy! On top of that another worker (woman with tattoos) is the rudest..most loudest employee Ive ever seen at a nail salon!! A customer of hers came back because he said the service was not good! Then, she starts yelling at him so loud..customer was speaking firm, but not that loud. Everyone is staring at this employee who continues to yell at the customer..meanwhile the manager is not saying or doing anything to try to resolve the matter!! Never in my life have I ever encountered such RUDE employees!!! Walk ins BEWARE!! If you want excellent nail service go to LUX NAILS in Corsl Springs!! Check out their Instagram!! Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been going to Tony for years, and it seems as though he’s the only decent one there. I had another skinny, tatted lady do it today. She literally put my toe nail clippings on my foot and left it there and proceeded to have me put my foot back in the water and have my toe nails float in the water with me. Will never be going back here again. Extremely dissatisfied.

The nails are nice but she over charged me for a simple short acrylic nail set $50 bucks seriously how is there’s $50 but everywhere else is $25 and the other shops do way better. If you want your bank account drained then you can go there otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

I love this place! I drive from Hollywood to Tamarac to come here. That staff is wonderful.....

Cindy does nice nails. She can be rude at times. They do be over charging on a daily bases and then try and act like they giving a discount. Dont let her husband anywhere near your nails. They do not offer wine, massage seats needs to be upgraded. They dont even put the blue stuff in your water.

Worst experience I ever had in a nail salon. I told the young lady to do my nail a certain shape. She did it in a completely different shape. Before she even finish I told her I don’t like it, it’s fine ima just pay the amount for starting the nail. She started yelling at me saying “what don’t you like about it” very rudely yelling at me. so, I was gonna pay half of the price because I wanted to be fair to her. But this other lady (I’m guessing she’s the manager) she stop me. Telling me not to leave and she gonna do it over completely.I was really trying to be nice and respectful but she ruin my day by me not even saying a word to her because I know myself would’ve probably curse her out. So if anyone wondering who it is. It the mix Chinese looking young lady with the curly hair.But i learn from my experience, they would never see me again. The second lady that did my nail was really nice.

Got a $20 pedicure. It came out great. The customer service was good. They are friendly and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back - this is my new go to salon. I recommend if you are in the area

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I brought my two young daughters here for a simple polish change. We were treated rudely, rushed, and the nail job was horrendous. Not only that the head lead tech filled to paint four of my Charles nails. When I went back to ask if they could finish painting before they did not paint, I was told that I would have to pay again. Worst customer service ever. And What makes it worse is that they actually do not do nails well.

I got nail fungus from the owner not properly cleaning her nail equipment. I will be suing. If you are looking to be treated with respect and have a safe experience, follow the advice of the other reviews and go elsewhere.

The only reason why I give this place 1 star is because of Tony who does an awesome job with the pedicures. But unfortunately, I wont be returning because of the shop owner who sits at the very 1st table. She is extremely confrontational and rude. She treats the customers like cattle and pushes them around in the salon. She barks at people all day long. She really should consider taking a seminar on how to treat her customers if she wants to gain repeat business. She is downright disrespectful. Im not the first and wont be the last to make mention of it. On to the next nail salon!

I recently moved in The Village of Coral Lakes which is in walking distance from this nail shop. I started coming here regularly for the last 6 months and I just cant taken it anymore. The owner is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LOUD, OBNOXIOUS and I can go on. I seen it on several occasions with other customers but I had my own personal experience last week. My daughter and I went in for service. I was getting an mani and Pedi and my daughter wanted lashes. I was getting my service done and my daughter was waiting. So she didnt take my daughter right away but I didnt say anything so as time moved on other customers came in and I looked up and she was taking one of the other customers before my daughter so I said no wait my daughter is next. She got loud and telling me Yo daughter wait because u not finished. I replied my daughter service has nothing to do with me. She has her own money and shes a customer u dont make her wait because I am not done. Her husband didnt say anything he stood there looking dumb founded like he is scared of her. If I was not in my work uniform I would have cursed her out. And the young man that was doing my service said you are right and I dont know whats her problem she better be glad u was nice because someone young would have jumped on her. And she is wrong she doesnt realize youll pay our bills. I will go back to him only she will never get any service to me. I took my daughter to the shop we use to go to before we moved and the service was super. She thinks she so big she can be rude and disrespectful to people. I hear from several people they use to go here but not anymore because of the same issues.

I go there every week. Theyre very professional. Ask for Cindy for finger nails or Tony for pedicure. The price is good.

Just moved to the area and this is the closest to my house, been there 3 times, little to no wait, friendly staff, reasonably priced, havent been disappointed yetUpdate: 2 years later and I use this place as a back up, I’ve never had any issues with the staff being rude, no matter how much time goes by she remembers me. Always clean and they never rush me (I don’t allow anyone to rush me when I’m a paying customer), only thing that I don’t like is that they don’t know how to do designs. So if you want basic then this is definitely the spot. Prices have gone up a lot but that’s due to Covid and all the salons in the area have gone up drastically but if you want service, you pay it 🤷🏽‍♀️ Shop could be a little bigger as she’s getting more customers.

I got my pedicure done there several times before. They are always changing techs so you cant everhave the same person twice. Last time the lady spoke little English, didnt know what she was doing and on top of that, had a very bad attitude. The owner had to intervened and show her how to cut my nails! 😱. Her name was Azu. Not going back.

The lady in the front desk took less than 10 min to do a full set. It came out horrible & my polish was coming off the next day.

The woman and husband that owns this place sits right up front. Shes very rude!! The husband it ok. Great location. She forces service on you! When u say not today, she calls her customers broke! Shes Not a nice person. Talk about her customers in her language and laugh!

The last at the 1st station is horrible my nails are un even and my cuticle is filled with nothing my jell powder my nails are not smooth she Is so busy doing so many things she couldnt even pay attention to what shes doing I so not recommend this place

Ratchet. Went for a gel manicure because its close to my job. Got french. White tips turned brown!!! Looked burnt! Went back to have them fix it, same thing happened again. Probably using some off brand. Never wasting money here again.

This is the worst service i have ever received. I have never felt the need to write a review until i had an experience at L.A nails. They do not treat their customers with respect at all. The lady that is short (probably mid 30s) and sits at the front desk is the worst, she does not treat ppl with respect. I wish i had her name but they would not give it to me. She grabbed my hand And squeezed my fingers in attempt to show her anger through her work, once i told her that she was being rough she then argued with me for 5 mins, at the end of the day i am a customer. Why are we going back and forth about being gentle. DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR MONEY. Im sure i am not the only bad review. Honestly if my regular nail salon was not closed I wouldnt have experienced such hatred. But to who ever is reading this, please take the extra 5-10min drive somewhere else. It will be worth it.

I get my eyebrows done and gel nails with pedicure. Hanna is my girl & shes great, fast, & efficient. Cindy does my eyebrows & they look fantastic all the time... I like this place!

The WORST nail experience EVER ..The nail tech had the worst attitude ever ..She literally filled my nails in 7 minutes being rough and when I told her the drill was burning me she kept going and said nothing.. Then she got upset and started yelling at me for ten mins in front of my daughters because I wanted two designs and she gave me 4 rhinestones ..I told her I didn’t like it that’s not a design and she starts yelling at the top of her voice and a man I don’t know if he was her husband started yelling also at me all cause I didn’t like the design and told me go somewhere else.. I started to worry about my kids safety with him acting as if he wanted to hit me .. My nails didn’t dry and when my daughter gave her the money because my hands were wet she threw the money at my 13 year old daughter.. I only went there because my normal nail salon was super packed and I was in a rush but now I see why this nail salon is always EMPTY horrible service and customer service.. Beware they should be CLOSED down!!!

So I have given this place numerous chances but this time is it. I was so dissatisfied with how crappy my nails look I didnt even get them polished. I just paid and left. I want to cry. My cuticle area is covered with extra acrylic that I now have to go home and file away 😣

I love this place...they are really convenient with the hours open late during the week. I ignored reviews since some people sometimes dont maintain their nails after ...that has to do with how the nails last.

This place doesnt deserve any stars. The service is the worst I have ever experienced at any beauty bar. I went there for a pedicure and was being attended to by a younger Asian guy there with spikey hair. He told me to sit in a chair where the basin was already prepared. While he was cleaning up the dead cuticles, I noticed he never once wiped the nipper while he did all ten toes. To make matters worst, when he removed the dead cuticle from my big toe, he showed it to me and wiped it on my foot and left it there! When he was completely finished removing the dead skin, he wiped the nipper on the towel and used the same part of the towel with the dead cuticle skin from the soaking and buffing and wiped it back onto my feet. He saw that I was uncomfortable but he just kept going. I asked why he didnt even use any cuticle cream and he said because the water was enough, but said if I wanted it he would put some on--which he did. But I wish I hadnt asked him because from there he just really started to handle my feet in a rough, uncomfortable, and even sloppier way. The final straw for me was when he continued to use the dirty pumice stone on both feet without washing it off in the basin, even after I resoaked my two feet. At that point I told him to stop as I didnt want him to continue with that unsanitary sevice. He went up to the woman at the front desk and started speaking in their native language. She asked me what was the problem although she seemed to have already clearly determined it was me. I tried to explain what had happened and said I was not happy with the guy because he was using the same dirty stone and tools without ever rinsing it off. Well, she promptly took offence and said the srvice wasnt dirty, and that it was I who was dirty!!! I lost my temper at that point! I had to tell her off and even though I did, I cant believe that these people are running a service where hygiene and cleanliness is so important and they dont seem to care!!! I have never written a negative review before, but this place did it for me. I will never go back into any of these nail salons where the staff think they can treat you anyway, even though you are putting money in their pockets.

My man brought me to this place and I got my feet and hands. The lady that did my feet cut my big toe and she did a horrible job. Got my hands done and the guy also cut my freaking skin with the filing tool plus he wasnt paying attention to my hands while filing them. He stayed on his phone. I dont even live in the area but I would not go back again.

Went there for back to school and got a pedicure, full set acrylics, and my eyebrows done . My toes came out really nice and I loved my eyebrows . My only issue is the man that did my acrylics. He was rude and never asked for my preferred shape for my acrylics!!!!
