Worst place! I showed TONY a picture of a regular French design they said they can do it. When they start doing the line he said oh I can’t do it. Even though u showed the picture at the beginning and he said he can. My nails are one color now bulky and ugly! Save your time and money AND DO NOT COME! The fist picture of course is what I asked for and the other two pictures is what I actually got! I told the lady that because if this they get bad reviews and her answer was: Oh honey that has been like that long time ago. Very rude the lady.

They are horrible do not come to this place. i had to lie about my nails and that i liked them. there rough and my opinion is there not professional. i showed the person a picture of what i wanted and he told me to pick a color even though i wanted the colors that were on the picture. I got a new set with gel polish done with Tracy at this place and before she started I let her know that I wanted thin nails. When she finished they looked all blotchy thick and ugly and I asked her to fix it but she said she didn’t have time. When I went back I spoke to Brian and he was very unprofessional he was charging me an extra $30 to get my nails fixed. I paid 50 just to get my full set and had to pay more. This place is unprofessional. I am not happy with the results and professionalism. Then Tracy’s excuse was she was new at this location. Very unhappy with how they handled everything.

Unless its gel, it looks horrible before you leave the store and the gel last a week. Im upset bc I told the guy to fix my nail after cutting and he acted like he didnt understand. All the sides are scratching me and I have fix it a few hours after.

Do not go to this place!!!! Do not waste time! I have been to this place multiple times to try to give them a chance because they were close to my home. I had four different people do my nails just for a simple gel dip powder and no tips!! From the beginning I told him I wanted to design. They said that would be fine someone else will have to do it. As I proceed and pay I asked them everything I’m paying for it I assume I’m paying for my design I pay my $75 and tip $10 even tho my cuticles looked horrible. Then I go to the other person and they tell me I have to pay extra $12 for the design after I already had to wait for three hours and paid for my services!! I told them I would rather not pay for the design and just tip the lady since a whole separate person had to do it they said no that is not how it works here.I overall am disappointed in my experience here! I will never be back. They lost me and my mother as a client over $12.

I wish I could give negative points.. they shouldn’t get any stars in my opinion. One star is too much!! The service given to my daughter was by far the worse I’ve ever seen. The amount of imperfection that I pointed out that they felt was perfectly fine was unbelievable!!The lack of care in the service given is extremely sad. I wouldn’t go there if you paid me to go. My daughter is so uncomfortable and the nails are being removed. Save your time, money and most of all your peace of mind!!!! It’s not worth it, the turnover in employees leaving is proof not only is management bad which I witness first hand the workmanship and service is too.. Johnny was the nail tech, he is an amateur and should not be doing anyone’s nails..

Been going here for 2 years and normally Alex does my nails... went in for dip nails and its HORRIBLE, definitely not good for that.. gel and acrylic theyre good... they dont do designs at all!! Simple sunflower couldnt be done...$50 down the drain.. Ill wait for my original nail tech to reopen from Covid...I have to add my own stickers for it to look at least decent or soak off completely... never had an issue until now..i didnt get what i asked for plus charged a Covid sanitization fee when they should be sanitizing properly anyways, extra length fee when i said i wanted them short... very disappointed... will not come back

I was in a last minute rush for a destination wedding. At 7:30pm I thought there was no way that they would take me when they close at 8. Well the owners sure did! Not only were they friendly but Alex did an amazing job! Im so happy with them and how cute my nails came out. Normally people woud make a fuss or give an attitude even if they take you but they didnt. He was happy to do my nails and we had a lovely conversation.Thank you so much again for the great service! Off to the wedding I go!

I’m giving it 5 stars not to the business but to one special lady Janine. I’ve never met anyone like her she is the only one I allow to touch my feet. The others no thanks. I been doing my nails for two years now and she never disappoints me.

There’s a rude girl who works here. She typically does nails and eyebrows. A short woman with dark hair. Some of the other staff here are rude as well.

Pedicure $35 plus $2 extra for the REGULAR polish out the gel box. No design no extra fancy nothing. Over priced. I won’t be back. Last time I came it was $25 pedi now it’s $10 jump. That’s ridiculous.

The first time i came here i had a bad experience with the same tech who did my nails. I came back the 2nd time, and once again I am not satisfied and would not come back. My nails are not shape right, thick and UGLY . i whether go out my way to another salon to do my nails. My nails are ugly and on top of that I had to tell him how to apply the glitter to my nails. Since the new owners took over they stop using the crystals in the pedicure bath but the price is the same.WHY!!!!! and theyre using much cheaper products on your feet and nails business dont last when you cut corners customers go where service /product and prices are good . You guys need to check how you talk to customers dont forget without them your business will FAIL remember customer satisfaction

Don’t waste your time there your nails won’t last in one week your nails will be falling off.

Removing a set, first cuts me while trying to take them off then fingers start burning in the acetone, I was literally in tears when he was taking off the acrylic, service was so horrible and painful I couldnt even let him finish hours later hands still hurt . I can’t even imagine how much pain I would be in if I let him finish

I was looking for a new Nail tech so I went to Pro Nails and the gentle man at table 22 was not friendly at all! He would snatch my my fingers and wasn’t very thorough! I had to show him where he had gaps then to top it off he left a big gap between acrylic My nail and Cuticle So I brought it to his attention once again and this man cuts my nail off into my cuticle bed! So I was NOT happy then Paints over what he done! Needless to say two days later my nail lifted and I went back for them to fix it! Lady at front who was very sweet sets me at table 16 and this man takes of my gel and pulls out super glue to just super glue the nail on then goes to repaint my nail!!! I said “ You just gonna paint it” He said “Yes” ummmmm NO!! I got up to leave. He says no he will fix it! But all this is done very rudely! I just would never suggest the pursing at table 22 or table 16 everyone else was very nice!

I been going here for years. Alex is the only one I let do my nails cause he so good. He have done my pedicure and 1 lady said I must be special cause she been going 4 yrs and never saw him do any one feet!! 😁

I am actually currently in the salon the man did not even inform me that a gel coffin set would be 70 dollars including the glitter I added on top of a 40 dollar gel pedi set the charged me 5 dollar each nail of glitter which was 20 dollars in total I spent 110 dollars for a full set that’s not even what a gel full set and pedi cost, DO NOT GO BAD QUALITY WORK FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRICE TERRIBLE

I’ve been coming to this location for a few months and I love my nail tech Dana she’s awesome I’m never disappointed. She always does a great job I highly recommend her.

Ive been coming here for years but today was my 11 year old daughters first time there. Dana was her nail tech and was very unprofessional. Very rough and had a nasty attitude. From the moment we walked in she looked annoyed to service my daughter and said some very nasty remarks to her. Ive never had a problem with management but I left very disappointed today. Overall the service is okay but I recommend seeing anyone else but DANA! shes short with tattoos. I wouldnt even let her service me for free!

I was so impressed with this place. I’ve gone to many nail salons in the area and could not find one that had good quality or services. I’ve gone to Johnny and Sophia here and both of them were amazing! The salon is beautiful, I will be a continues customer here with these 2 techs.

I have recently come back to Pronails and am treated with the utmost respect. The technicians listen to my needs and do everything they can to give me a great experience. I highly recommend.

I went for the first time last week to get a French pedicure. The tech was super nice. But felt it was rushed. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet with the pumice rock. When I got home and was able to take a closer look the white line of the French tip were all uneven she didnt clean it up I could have done a better job. And overpriced for sure.

I’ve been coming here for many years and I can honestly say that I love this place. The staff are pleasant and the place is very clean. My nails, toes and eyebrows are always done to perfection here. All the staff there are all perfectionist.

Very disappointed in Pro Nails. Ive been getting my nails done here for along time now and it just seems to get worse every time. Now that they have opened the new space the new tech just do your nails any kind of way. I got a manicure and the water was cold the lady didnt do everything she was supposed to do. I had to tell her hey you are supposed to do this or that. She didnt even give me a massage not to mention she put lotion on my hand and didnt rub it all in. She was very rough and acted as though she didnt feel like doing nails . I cant say everyone is horrible because John, Sophia and the older lady with the glasses do a wonderful job. Also, Sophia is very good at waxing your eyebrows. I wish some of the others can get it together.

I went to Pro Nails Sunday to get my eyebrows done. It was my first time at this location. I forgot the Lady name but she was so aggressive moving my head side to side. After getting my brows waxed, I felt a burning sensation. I ignored it at first. Then the burning wouldnt go away. I went home to rub alcohol on the area. It burn the Sh!t out of me. I realized I was burned by the wax. I cant even touch the area without feeling pain. Never again.

The first time I went there I got a pedicure .The lady was fantastic.I was very satisfied with the service. But, the second time I went I got a French and a layover. The guy kept drilling to close to my cuticles and I started bleeding.His work was good. I also got my eyebrows waxed, the lady rushed it and was not satisfied of how it looked.

First time at Pro Nails and my pedicure was completed in under 20 minutes. I felt as if the nail tech did not clean around the cuticle and remove the dead skin leaving my nails look un even and bumpy. He didn’t ask if I wanted them cut and went ahead and made all my nails short which I hate. Then my second toe nail was cut slanted and noticeably uneven. It was so bad it bothered me and I had to say something! This establishment is very eye catching and clean but the service isn’t worth the price they call. $25 for a pedicure, I’ve had better for my $20. Pedicures used to be relaxing and at least 30 minutes long. Now they’re asking for more money and you’re given less time

This disgusting poor excuse of a man charged my mother $80 for a manicure and pedicure. Whats worst is that his work was subpar and thats putting it nicely. He says its because she had gel on her hands and feet. Who puts gel polish on their feet??? He charged $40 for each service. When has a manicure and pedicure EVER cost the same? He took advantage of my mothers inability to even understand his English A little weasel! Then Ann the owner backed him up KNOWING he overcharged. Stay away from this salon. They moved the nail salon to a larger one and I guess they are trying to compensate for their increase in rent there! Raised prices tremendously. So sad. Lost 3 customers! Hope it was worth it

When to this place with my whole family. Everyone was disappointed with the service. I paid 65 for pedicure and nails. My toe nails look like a 2 year old painted it. And the gel power. He didnt even do a good job around the edges. I put nails on like 2 times a year. but this was beyond poor service. Spent 135 in this place and it would be the last penny I spend here. plus they are not even apologetic for anything.

Worst customer service EVER. I will never go to this place. Got my nails done by “Jennifer” on a Saturday it took her nearly 2 hours to do something that usually take 1 hour. After mentioning to her that I felt like my nails were not shaped correctly and were too thick she ignored it and said she knows what she’s doing. Needless to say the following day (Sunday) two nails came off I didn’t have time to stop by so money comes and another nails falls off I stopped by on break to let them know the situation they removed all nails and I told them I could com on Saturday they said ok. I come Saturday and they try charging me 40 dollars. For what? For the mistake YOU guys made? She went on to say she will charge 20 only ya this point I’m just shocked because I couldn’t believe they are charging me for redoing my nails as if it was my fault. First trip I paid 50 dollars and now 20 for a set of normal acrylics? Do not bother going here. Waste of time & money. There is always a customer arguing with an employee. This is not how you run a business.

I never have any issues with the service. I go frequently on a Sunday; they are very attentive. I had my nails done by every employee since 2014 and never had any complaints. Once, my nails lifted within a week but everything has been smooth sailing ever since.

Horrible experience, i told the eyelash lady whom is the cash out lady as well that i wanted the other man to fix my nails she told me he can’t because he didn’t do it, the can’t polish or shape nails well let me not say they HENRY cares more about smoking a cigarettes than making sure nails are well polished an proportionate i don’t care about nail beds being different lengths

I got a manicure & pedicures on 6/5/2020Had to back 6/6/2020 because The polish Came off My toes I paid $45 on I came today got Polish change they charge me another $45 so in total for manicure pedicure I got charge $90 they are price gouging people I would not recommend ever going there

I go here on and off when I cant bother to go to my usual nail Salon because of the distance. However, I am fed up with their horrible customer services and they treat their white customers with more respect, my money is just as good as theirs. To make matters worse whenever I do my gel nail s there it starts to peel within 2days.The one who never speaks, I assume she is the owner, has so much attitude more than anyone I have ever known in my entire life.No wonder they always have so little customers.

I really wanted to like this place since its close to where I live so I went a second time and this time was just a joke. I got dip and it came out looking like a kid did them. They dipped my finger 7 time and it turned out lumpy uneven and thick. To try to fix the horrible job the guy did, he tried to put gel and I refused. My sister also went with me and they cut her three times and ended up with glue all over her hands.They knew about how upset we were and they did nothing about it. It was truly a horrible experience I will never go back.

Place looks clean and neat. However, the service is terrible. I went in for a mani pedi. Pedi was awful. The lady took like 5 minutes in total to do the whole thing. Practically she just cut my toe nails, rinse and paint. There were smudges on the toes skin. Manicure was as bad. The guy that did it went straight to put the acrylic on my nails without cleaning them, or take care of the cuticle or skin around my fingers. At the end my nails were super thick, bumpy and all in weird shapes. I paid $75 for this. Im surely wont be back to this salon.

The girl that did my nails spoke english, yet did not say a word at all to me. However she would talk to her coworkers. She did a terrible job on my nails. I asked her why the glue was sticking to my fingers and one nail was already looking like it was lifting, she answered that is the way it is. Normally I get my nails done every 2 weeks and have no problem with them breaking, 1 week later and I just broke my second nail. Never going back there again.
