If you have never been to this salon I would recommend that you make an appointment with Lee. In my opinion he is the best one that does acrylic nails, however the other employees are great as well. These are two set I’ve gotten by Lee before.

Honestly I did call before hand 30mins before they were going to close and asked “are you guys still taking walk ins” dude on the phone said without hesitation “yes” after that I then explained that I was 5 mins away …as soon as I walked in nobody greeted me so I just sat down… 20mins went by before I had the owner’s attention..I then explained and also showed him receipts of my call log the time I called which was 7:00pm on the dot…he then explained to mi that he didn’t take my call and he doesn’t even know who did..whatever… he then sat me down and started chopping away at my nails..after that he tried to take a tool to rip the acrylic off my nails ..I quickly pulled my had away and said “that technique is really damaging to the nail can u please soak them off” he starts yelling at mi saying “it’s faster way to do it I have a family to go home to” I tried explaining that I understand that but someone told mi that I was able to come in and those 20mins iv waited my nails could’ve already been soaking off ..now his employee whose name I didn’t not get but has orange yellow tat on his forearm got up from his chair where he was with a client to talk over mi while I was talking to his boss and yelling in my face not even letting mi get a word in ..boss sat and watched ..now I’m by myself and have two grown men yelling at mi ..I then explained that I was uncomfortable..the owner then said “GET OUT” I left that place crying with my nail all chopped off

Too expensive for NOTHING! david was the only friendly one! Nails was done okay, Pedicure was done so quickly and my brows was not done right & when explained the lady had an attitude! Would never go back!

I took my daughter in to get acrylic full set with a photo of what was wanted. What we got was not what we showed them. I wish I can post a photo of what we wanted to what we got. I also paid $53.00 and left the nail tech a tip but I regret it because its not what I asked for. The picture on the left is what we asked for and the picture to the right is what we got. Trashy

Ive been going to this location for almost 2 years and love it!!!

They did a very poor job with my nails. All I went in for was a simple dip... the tech made zero effort to clean up the nails after she applied the powder. Its all caked under my nails, and there is dried powder stuck to my finger tips/fingers 😐. The powder had stray pieces of glitter in it. Safe to say, I will not be back. Waste of money.

4/25/21 Sunday- This was my first time here and I can say without a Doubt, that This will be my new home. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with hello how can we help you and they were happy to get my services started. My pedicure was done by a sweet lady named Hannah Who nearly put me to sleep in her chair. Then I had the pleasure of having a full set of extensions with dip powder and designs done by David. Let’s just say my nails are phenomenal 😍 and From what I could see there are a few other techs in here that are worth seeing as well if David was not available, like Bee, Lee, Nick, and I think here name is Teresa? That was good for me to see because the one place I was going to had only one tech that was really great at doing any kind of art. At Lee’s Everyone seemed to work nicely together, and I felt welcomed. Anyway I am glad I went and booked my next appt already. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For this establishment.

Best nail service I have received in years! I was greeted when I walked in and David had friendly and fun conversation. My nails look terrific!! The salon is modern, bright and pleasant. I really enjoyed my visit to Lee nails. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Came here with my cousin to get gel pedicures, was not worth the 40 we spent . I got cut on my toe and was bleeding because she was there talking and not focusing on my feet. I wanted a relaxing pedi being 8 months prego and that wasn’t what I received . Won’t be returning here!

I will never step foot into this place again!! The nail technicians are so disrespectful, they literally started talking about me in front of me… in ENGLISH. The man doing my nails started making up prices off the top of his head. My nails look absolutely horrible! Ive never paid as much as I did, and I still wasn’t satisfied. Horrible, horrible service. Do not get your nails done here!

It was clean and nice, but service felt rushed on a busy Saturday. Totally understand they were hustling, but paying for a deluxe for a bday celebration you hope to get a slightly more relaxed experience. Deluxe on menu was supposed to give a choice of treatment fragrances but no choice was given and the wax treatment wasn’t allowed to sit on very long. Still would go back but for a special occasion perhaps not on a busy Saturday.

Terrible experience, absolutely horrible. The owner lee was outright rude and insulting and all products have been obviously swapped to cheaper quality ones. Went with my sister and her nails chipped literally immediately with the dipping powder. Never happened to her before until coming here and to add insult to injury the manager Lee was extremely rude and condescending and when asked to fix it, he started to curse and mumble under his breath and ultimately made it seem as if I’m wasting his time, sorry the unhappy customer is wasting your time Mr Lee. Horrible service, but a worse human being. Never allowing her to come back here. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere.

Zero stars if I could! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and although their customer service needs quite a bit of work, I continued to come due to their good work. However, I was there on 6/21/21 and it was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. No greeting when we walked in, and although I booked an appointment, they had no record of it. My sister and I both wanted Lee (the owner) to do our nails because he’s always fulfilled our expectations. However, this time it was honestly just terrible. He constantly kept changing prices and even when I asked him “how come” and showed him the prices on THEIR brochure, and how they’re not consistent, he just kept saying “prices going up, they always change”. That was just unreasonable but I let it slide. Lee did my 15 year old sister’s nails first and it was completely obvious that he rushed through it. She asked for ombré and what she received was a different color that she asked for and each nail with its own look. After she was finished, my sister looked at her nails and saw that they were nothing like she wanted and when she tried saying something, Lee refused to acknowledge her thoughts and said “I think they’re good, all nails are different so they can’t look alike” which is completely ridiculous. My sister got a little bit upset and when he saw her reaction he said “what’s your fu****g problem man” to my 15 year old sister, which was completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire time we were there he kept saying that we were “difficult” and “hard to manage” and constantly kept complaining that he’s been serving us for 3 hours, and when I told him it’s only been 1.5 hours, he got upset and said “no, you can’t tell time, it’s three hours”. Not just that, but Lee does not use fresh nail files and tools on each customer, but uses the same tools in everyone. This is not sanitary at all! In the the end, my sister got acrylic full set and I got Nexgen (dip powder) on my natural nail and not only did her pinkie nail fall off the same day, but my thumb also chipped the next day. Overall, absolutely terrible, just terrible experience and I’m upset to say that I am never coming back, they just lost not only a reoccurring client, but also my closest family and friends that I’ve recommended to try this place. Do not try this place, there are better, much sanitary, and nicer places than this.

Lee Nails are no good both me and my 3 daughters has visit this nail salon on 2 occasions and each time was disappointed our nails didnt last a week my nails came off like the weekend I got them done my pedicure wasnt done completed the nail tech. didnt polish my toes correct I had polish all on the outside of my toe and the polish started to peel off and the polish was gel polish on both me my daughters nail. Lee Nails is horrible and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and spend money we actually lost a lot by going there.

I got my nails done last week and the nail tech was extremely rude. My nails look disgusting and look extremely cheap for the money that I have paid. Had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes. Was asked by 3 people what I want and no one helped me and helped 6 other walks. I would not recommend. Very rude.

I had an appointment with Be today at 11:30am for a full set. I got there at 11:25am and waited patiently for her to finish up with a client until 12pm. Once I finally got in her seat, she tells me that I need to soak my acrylic nails off (which she could have told me to do as I waited for 35 mins to finish her last client). It didn’t take much time to soak off the acrylic maybe 15-20 mins. At this point it’s 12:20pm, my nails are soaked off, and she has moved on to another client. I waited another 40 mins for her and she still was not done so I left. There’s no reason why a client who had an appointment should have to wait so long. She didn’t even acknowledge me nor communicate in anyway, very unprofessional. After I left the nail salon, the receptionist calls me to ask if I was still coming for my appointment, as if I wasn’t just there for almost 2 hours.It isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait for Be with an appointment scheduled. Two weeks ago she sent me to someone else after waiting an hour for her and that person could not deliver the style that I specifically wanted.

Salon is clean. Follows social distancing protocols. Im always satisfied with services rendered.

Im going to be nice and leave 2 stars because they were nice to me and my friend but my friends nails were done so sloppy (a kid could of done the same job) and the paint is already chipping. We paid $160 for both of us and it wasnt even close to being worth it. Oh and they were Gel, Not regular.

This was the first and last time going here. The nail tech was the worst nail and for her to be a nail tech her nails were horrible. I had my nails cut down with a fill. My nails are uneven and each nail looks different. She was heavy handed and caused me pain. I was supposed to get a pedicure and eyebrows done, instead I left. She did not represent this business well at all..

Terrible terrible service. The kind of pedicure I got I could’ve done a WAY better job at home. I told the lady that I didn’t like it and she just told me to go dry them because she was in a hurry to help someone else. Please if you want a good job done, just go somewhere else.

I went to do my nails at Lee’s Nails, I got a gel manicure. When I was seated the guy was completely rushing my manicure and when it came to choosing my nail color I wanted to show him a specific color and when I pulled out my phone he then walked away and Instead of looking at my phone he threw the list of his own colors on the table. I left it alone because I thought i’d be able to find the color I wanted. He was staring at me as I was picking out my nail color and made me extremely uncomfortable and hurried. He completed my Gel manicure in less than 15 minutes. I called ahead of time and they told me Gel manicure was $25, I ended up paying $27 not including tip. The next day, I noticed the gel from 3 nails were completely lifted. I called Lee’s nails and they had me come in. The lady was very rude and instead of taking off my gel with acetone and carefully removing it, she ripped it off and obviously it hurt. She had me find the color that I have on my nails, after a while I couldn’t find it she then snatched it and found it herself. Very Unprofessional and rude. Will NOT be returning. If anything with this service, I’d like a refund.

I was going to go Walmart to do my nails but decided to walk in lee nails and see what it was like. Best decision I’ve made all year!!!! The staff was extremely friendly great customer service. I got my nails done by David and i have to say best nails I’ve ever had in my life. I stopped getting them done because i couldn’t find a good nail technician but i can now saw i have the best nail technician. I went in with a picture of someone’s nails off instagram and David took his time to make sure they were exactly what i wanted. I also got my moms nails done (purple ones) This was only her second time doing acrylic and she absolutely loves them. The lady took her time and made sure my mom was happy.The service was so well i took my husband and father the next day to get pedicures they also loved the service

NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DAVID!!! $150 DOLLARS FOR HORRIBLE QUALITY NAILS AND EXTREME PAIN. I had a terrible experience here. I walked in and asked for a long french set with a few rhinestones. Idk her name but I showed her my reference photo, she even took a picture on her phone of it. she used the wrong tips but instead of taking them off she clipped them and glued over and added new tips over the old. She burnt me 4 separate times due to using too much monomer (purple liquid) before dipping the brush into the acrylic powder. It causes a chemical reaction. First time I didn’t make a big deal about it but i was wincing in pain since it was burning. I asked her politely to use less monomer next time. It burned so much that she had to spray alcohol on my nails. After i requested she use less monomer, she ignored me and kept doing it and had to continue cooling off my nails and with the alcohol 4 DIFF. TIMES. She cut 2 of my fingers and she was very rough on my nails with the file. For the actual quality of the nails: she was PILING the acrylic on my nails to the point where it was dripping off. That’s also why she had to file so much. The application was terrible and she blamed it on the fact that the nails are long when i asked her to make them thinner. i asked for french with different shades of brown as the tips. She chose some of the wrong shades which wasn’t a big deal I asked her to find a different shade but she continued to do what she wanted to do but I let it go. Instead of using full acrylic she hand painted the french with gel.. but didn’t do them even so she offered to cover the lines with rhinestones. she filed the nails AFTER applying the gel which messed up the polish. the thumb nail had a lot of scuff marks so i asked if she could fix it real quick and add more brown to cover it. she said yes and covered the whole french tip in glue before i could even tell her to stop and added rhinestones. She started free styling and took out these butterfly stickers to put on my nails. I politely said “oh no thanks, that’s not really my style but thank you” and she put them away. she took them back out later on and added them so in my mind i’m like “um ok”. I was already tired of it at this point so I let her do what she wanted. She put a butterfly sticker on that was stained with white nail polish and I know that she noticed because she tried to slickly scratch it off with her nail. When it wasn’t working, she gave up and was about to put the top coat on and I stopped her and I said “Can you try and get the white off please” and she again tried to scratch it off. So I picked out a different butterfly because she obviously was doing what she wanted anyways so might as well have some type of say in it smh. When the job was done she tried to charge me $200 DOLLARS FOR THE SET. I flat out said no sorry. I was there for over three hours in excruciating pain and didn’t even get the nails i wanted. She goes the lowest I can do is 150. I heard $115 (which is still entirely too much) and i said whatever. She ran me for 150 I walked out because I was just tired of it. But when I got outside and really looked at them there was missing polish and scuffs allover the sides on top of the bad job and pain I had to go through. My friend walked back in with me because I really didn’t want to cause a scene and start yelling because I was really upset. I spoke to Jimmy I think that’s his name and he basically blamed it on me and said that I should’ve spoke up (when I did multiple times but she was gonna do her own thing regardless) and I told him everything I listed above. I asked him “If a celebrity walked in to your salon right now and gave them this experience would you say this is worth $150 and would you have told them that they should’ve said something?” He stood quiet and then changed the subject. He said that he’d give me $50 back, so I went in the car to get my friends card so he can reverse it and I walk back in to a gift certificate.. I was so over it I just left. BUT OF COURSE THERES MOREEEE. 1/1

Its very rude when the nail techs speak in their language whenever a customer ask/request, or voice their option if theyre not doing what was requested by the customer it becomes a very uncomfortable situation for the customer especially if it your first time visiting the salon. They also need to take their time and do your nails and not hustle your nails, my cousin and myself was not happy with how our nails was done, I believe they nail tec was angry because we let him know that we didnt request for the type of service he was rendering and he did not do our nails properly because he was not happy with freedom of speech.

Do not get your lashes done there they are the worst. I hate the service it was suppose to be $18 they charged me $28 for this mess.

I did my nails here and I could say that I left the place with a big smile in my face. The place is clean, comfortable and with a really professional team. The picture below shows the work done by Tyler and Nini, and couldnt be better. I love it! I highly recommend this place.

I have had my nails redone by 2 different people because they’re employees are unable to perform their job duties up to par. I came to get a mani and pedi for my wedding and the quality was really bad. My toe nails look very bad. I can do a better job myself. I had to go home and finish them. Never going back! For the price you will expect something good. Don’t waist your time going there.

I went to lee nails and spa for my first time to get a fill because I went to pa nails after I made an appointment with someone and he never wrote it down to confirm it. So he wasn’t able to do my nails, the other person that did it for me did a horrible job and they didn’t fix it for me after I told them that I don’t like my nails. I took my 14. year old daughter to get a full set of acrylics. I have gone to this place a couple of times and they charged 22, but have since raised their prices by 3 dollars which is fine. I told the lady that my daughter wanted a full set of acrylics with regular polish(I didnt want to pay 40 dollars for a set of nails for a 14 yr old just trying them out for the first time.) At one point a guy came up to me and said why dont you get the gel polish it will only come out to 38 dollars? And I said no I dont feel like spending that. for my daughters full set. When it came time to pay the man said it was 28, and I said why, she got regular acrylics. He said no, we used gel powder on her. I said thats not what we asked for and he stuck to that. The fact of the matter is there IS NO SUCH THING AS GEL POWDER. THERE IS GEL, OR ACRYLIC OR A NAIL DIP. But if the product is a gel, its gooey and a UV light is used. This is a scam many nail salons use to charge extra. I usually leave a 5 tip, and so I decided they want to be dishonest and unprofessional, then they just wont get much of a tip and left 2 bucks on the table. This place wants to nickel and dime you and try to add service on service and are dishonest. I had a similar experience with them but thought it was just a misunderstanding, but I now know this is how they operate. Shame cause they are close to my house but would rather go somewhere where they are honest and act in a way where they want to keep your business....

As far as keeping you safe, they are taking precautions...hand sanitizer before entering, masks required during entire visit, stations 6 ft apart, shields blocking client from nail tech. Now as far as nail places go, the paint job for me and my sister sucked. I could have painted them better myself.

Just got my nails done and it’s only been three days and there’s already a major nail gap and i already need fills. Most nail salons cut the skin under your nails so u won’t get a gap but this place didn’t even touch the u see skin at all. They push back ur cuticle with the drill but they never did it.. They did that so i’d have to get fills after a couple days,.... scam

My stepdaughter and I were there this past weekend and had the best experience. Their prices are awesome. The staff is very friendly. JimmyLee did my nails which are phenomenal! David gave me the perfect pedicure and Lin did waxed my eyebrows and did my lashes and they turned out really nice. My step daughter received the Princess Pedicure and it was too cute. I definitely will be back.

I love my nails, Ty did a great job! I will be making this my go to nail shop. Lucy did my pedicure and couldnt be happier. Great staff & super clean, cant go wrong. I will make an appointment next time, they are busy!But overall great experience.

The wait time was short but service rushed and poorly done. My gel polish was smeared and rough. After bringing this to their attention another customer walked in with the same issue after leaving moments earlier herself. Will not recommend as the supervisor clearly indicated the work was good when the nails were jagged and polish unevenly applied. Training on customer service and attention to detail needed

First time, will not be the last. I had a very precise, perfect french tip pedicure done by John and I couldnt be happier. I am super picky. He met every expectation. Dont think he knows a word of English, but he got every detail perfect. I am very happy! I honestly have never had a man do my pedicure, but Im a big fan of John now thats for sure.

I love coming here. Jimmy does an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. Today I was a little upset. I made an appointment for 3PM, and he wasnt inform. I had to wait over 45 minutes for him. He apologized and made me feel better. And of course he did a great job on my nails. I will definitely keep coming back here.

I went to get my pedicure and manicure it was so horrible. The lady that did my pedicure rush me I started after three ladies that was there and I finished before them she skip a lot of the steps with me. When I went to get my manicure the nails were badly painted, I was so mad I didn’t want to speak because I didn’t want to make a scene. Then she had the nerve to shout out no tips. No you don’t deserve it learn to have better skills and customer service before you get my tips. As for me and my friends we will not go there again.

Ty does great nails . I wish he did toes and nails because I would literally ONLY go to him. TY is the best!!! The only reason I put 4 stars is because I didn’t really like the way Lucy did my pedicure . It felt rushed, she didn’t really seem confident in the way she was polishing my toes and my big toe was a little crooked.

Jimmy lee did such a great job. If you have any doubts about coming to this place, don’t . I am not exaggerating when I say every single one of these workers are hard workers. They make sure to give you exactly what you want and is better for you. it’s very clean, friendly, and affordable. THANK YOU JIM, can’t say thank you enough for the awesome job.

Shop closes at 7:30 I walk in at 6:43 .. I came for a pedi and Gel mani instead of telling me to come back tomorrow they take me in and did a disgusting rushed job !! Water was not used on my legs until I spoke up, polish was rough, bumpy and all over skin, I kept having to tell them to fix things and they still wouldn’t do it properly.. I’m not a hard customer but this was hideous the way they left my nails .. never again ! Money wasted!

Staff isn’t friendly at all. They are money greedy and told lies on me saying she mentioned a certain price when she didn’t. The men there are friendlier than the woman but the whole staff could work on being more friendly overall.

Lee? You shouldnt be taking people hard earn money when you have no clue as to what your doing. Twice Ive dealt with Ty and he did an awesome job but the third time having to deal with you was disappointing. Not only did you not replace my nail polish with the gel; you also charged me gel price for regular nail polish, my nails are chipped and six out of the 10 ten nails are now bare. They started peeling the following day. What the heck?!!! Not worth the money. I woke early to get my nails down last Saturday and today their looking like doodoo.

First time coming here, I thought I found my new nail spot because the young lady who did my nails was so nice. Until, I went to go pay and I believe it was the owner who took my card, swiped it and threw it back at me like I was some kind of dog. Work on your customer service and dont throw peoples card so that they can fetch it. I will drive to Coral Springs to get my nails done, where I am treated like a human being.

I have continuously given this salon the benefit of the doubt. Why post promotions that will not be honored? My friend and I came to get our nails done together and she got the discount and I did not. Keep in mind we checked out at the desk at the same exact time and the promotion was mentioned. Furthermore, I was given an appt when my technician wasn’t even there and I wasn’t told by anyone at the front desk that he wasn’t there at any point during my appt. Lee ended up doing my nails and still did not apologize for any inconvenience whatsoever. Anyways, I was cut during the process which happens but I left with at least four sore nails and after two days the top coat was coming off and nails were breaking. I called the salon to see if this could be fixed considering all of the inconveniences caused to me already and I was basically told no. 90+ dollars for that kind of customer service. I think not! On another note, Ty does a great set of nails.

For my first visit, I was extremely impressed with the services provided. There aren’t many nail salons in the Margate area that provides a wide range of options (ombré, mood change etc.). It’s very clean and the staff was great. While I was there someone left their credit card and they called her to let her know. They were able to do so because you register on your initial visit, with name, number & email address. Overall great experience

Staff is rude and acts entitled. Never again. They do okay nails but not worth it with the rudeness! No thank you. Also they dont know how to differentiate appointments online and over phone.

Wonderful attentive service. My daughter had her nails and toes done. Customer service top notch and beautiful salon. This is the one outside of Walmart.

Never again. I was looking for a nail salon near my house and I was excited to see a new salon open up near me. Its really clean and nice on the inside, I’m impressed. I was unimpressed with my nail tech. The nail tech was extremely rough and cut me twice. I had to ask me 3 times to not be rough, politely and he I guess didn’t understand. I am not sure. I initially asked for an overlay & the nail tech refused to do the overlay, he wanted me to do the dip powder set. The owner had to tell him in their home language to do the overlay and not the dip powder set. When I came in the owner had my hands soaking in acetone for 30 minutes which was fine because they were busy and i understood. However when it came time to do my nails the dip powder from my previous set had softened then hardened all over my hands. It was just messy. I was trying to personally pick it off my hands and the my nail tech didn’t really seem to care. I was extremely disappointed with my service because I paid for a service and left with my hands covered in old dip nail products and my nails weren’t cute. You would think being that the place has only been open for 3 months they would try and do their absolute best. I personally didn’t want to make a scene. I paid what was owed and I just decided I will not be returning. I think the owner Lee does great nails if anyone plans to go, and a woman who is there. I wish I got my nail techs name.

To everyone whos placed a bad review like myself at 1 time or another, you have to believe in 2nd chances. Yesterday I went in to the nail salon and walked out unhappy. After getting off work today I went back to get my nails fix. Without asking any questions the GENTLEMAN called me over to his station and RE-DID my nails. And I must say he did a wonderful job. So thats why you should believe in 2nd chances! PLS dont be like me and leave a bad review before giving someone the opportunity to make it right. With that said...THANK YOU LEE NAILS!!!

The pedicure was a 8 but it could have been better.

I will not return here.. When I originaly went I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish for 22. Today I went and was charged 35 for an acrylic FILL. Any place Ive ever been has been 25 or less for acrylic fill ins.. I asked before I got there how much and I was told 20.. 15 for fill, 5 for gel polish.. That is not what happen.. Not to mention my nails are uneven and can still see the previous color on some of my nails and the new polish has parts that are see through... Was very pleased 2 weeks ago with everything, today they totally did not do a good job and lied on their pricing...

I made an appointment and when I got there, the person who I made the appointment with was too busy so the owner took me and my friend and did our nails at the same time. He rushed . And both my thumbs ended up bleeding and he did nothing about it ! He did not even apologize . Then for my pedicure they tried to tell me there was no more nail polish and tried to force me to get it in gel.i then had to tell the lady just change the color Becuz I did not ask for gel. Just HORRIBLE customer service. Never again !

Great designs and decorations but Jimmys nails will fall off faster than glue on nails and he will blame you and be rude when u come to fix them twice in one week a total of 8 nails just popped off didnt even break in 2 weeks Im never going back. I dont even do hard labor Im a house wife and Ive been getting my nails done since I was 16 thats NOT NORMAL literally glue on nails stick longer and its a real shame because the nail art is great, but whats the point 🤷🏼‍♀️ if it was any quality it would last 2 weeks to a fill, or atleast break not just completely come off like a glue on 🙄

First time customer, went in for a French ombre dip manicure and reg. pedi. I showed them a picture of the simple french ombre that I wanted. Bee did the first ombre set and it was terrible. Nothing like the picture I showed her, and she put way too many top coats making the nails thick & bulky. I asked her to buff it down to make it thinner and was put in Jimmys (owner) seat. He buffed off the entire ombre and attempted again. Again, the ombre did not look how it was supposed to and when I explained this, he said Its just nails. The french ombre is very hard to do with dip, even though I had shown him exactly what I wanted when I got there and they said no problem. He finally fixed it for a 3rd time and eager to leave (I was there for 3 hours), I paid and left. My cuticles are cut and raw and one hand has a shiny coat and the other looks matte. Very disappointed.

Took my wife there to get a mani n pedi and they did a good job she loves it we will be going back agaim and again

The only reason I came here was because I received a gift certificate..I tried to use it a week ago and after waiting several minutes without being acknowledged I walked out. Went back today and was greeted promptly, ok much better than my first impression. So I showed my gift certificate to the guy that greeted me and all was good. After I finished with the mediocre mani pedi, a different guy cashed me out and questioned the authenticity of the gift certificate (after it was already approved) and went so far to suggest that maybe I stole it (apparently the person who sold it did not sign it...not my fault). The person that bought it gave me the original receipt, which I had. I found the comment to be unnecessary, unprofessional and insulting, infact the guy even said he was just kidding....really??? I dont think so. I will never set foot in this establishment again and neither will the person who bought me the gift. I will tell everyone I know about the unprofessional conduct I experienced, there are many better places to get this type of service so dont waste your time or money here! Zero stars!

Laziest color change ever. Only giving two stars for the technicians humor. Nail shape is uneven. Very rough when filing and buffing nails. Would not come back again.

My nails barely lasted a week. After a few days my rhinestones fell off. Less than 2 weeks later and two nails are off. My gel nails got chipped and look crusty dusty. Never again. This just proves thst pricier nails arent necessarily better. My nails when done at walmart lasted longer than this.Not only did my nails not last but whoever did my nails were extremely rough. He cut me to the point i started to bleed on my left pointer finger. And even then he continued to viciously file at it.Im never hoing to this place again. They are over priced and they gave me very poor service.

First time client, got great service first time around and decided to go back......bad idea! they don’t honor appointments, not so good of a job second time around and they are a bit pricey! I thought they were special but they aren’t... sorry.
