Wolf Pest Control did an excellent job at communicating service dates, and completion times. Very reasonably priced. Thorough with their treatments, and prompt at returning for any special needs that arose.I especially enjoyed that there were no hidden costs in any treatments.Highly recommend!!

At first, I was hesitant to leave the company I was with, to start all over again with another company I had never heard of. After speaking with the owner who personally came out and spoke to me about their product and services, I immediately signed up. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he uses and the work they provide. Customer service is second to none.I highly recommend using Wolf Pest Control for all of you needs. Yes, they may be more expensive than what you are used to, but I can assure you, its worth every penny and you will see first hand that you get what you pay for.

The people who come out are fantastic, that is the best thing, congrats to Nathan, however, the rest of the operation is not that stellar- I have chihuahuas and being low to the ground, Fire Ants are a real issue. They promised me theyd take care of fire ants and if not, would be out to do it asap- well I have them everywhere and they are saying one week to show....and now Im buying fire ant killer on top of my fees- I call their number and it rings.....rings.....rings... Nice people when you get them, if you have the right phone number...the number I called on Dorchester does not equal the number I was at??? huh...Professionalism does not appear to be their forte...stupid me- stupid me

Customer service is important in every field of business but your technicians EXPANDED customer service to the peak of perfection. Explaining step by step on the procedures and the type of chemicals that were being used and no harm to my family was HUGE in my book.I will prefer your company to other if asked.

I would certainly recommend Wolf Pest Control to others, simply because their claim, is bond. These guys made our miserable summer into a great one even spraying the wetlands behind our house for no additional charge! Wolf Pest control is absolutely awesome compared to the other company we used the year prior. The exterminators who come out are professional, courteous and frankly down to earth people. Try these guys out and you wont be disappointed!FYI, we had the following noticeable bug problems before Wolf since we have a backyard that opens to wetlands behind us:-Gnats/chiggers/No-see-ums-Fire Ants-Mosquitos-Centipedes

Ever since we moved to SC in 2011 we had been using another pest control company but were still plagued by black widow spiders, wolf spiders and wasps like crazy, not to mention if we had fire ants the other company would charge us over $100 a treatment. One day someone from Wolf Pest Control came to our door and I had noticed they had been at our neighbors. The guy explained their totally different and extremely thorough approach to the spider problem. Yes they may cost more but they do get rid of the critters. They have the nicest guys that come to your house and they will come back if I have some extra problem. The first treatment they had to remove over 12 wasp nests. I would recommend them to everyone. The are awesome and the customer service is fantastic!
