The price was very reasonable. Another company wanted twice the amount. I highly recommend Dodson Pest Control! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I suspected there was a critter inside my walls or attic. Quontrello, or Q as he is known, came and inspected the inside and outside of the house, as well as the attic. He was both professional and friendly. Dodson staff are always very pleasant and skilled in what they do. Dodson also handles my termite bond. I recommend them to anyone needing pest control of any kind.

From the start of me calling in with a panic, we were helped right away. The inspector(Quontrello) phoned just to talk with us and then showed up in between other jobs just to look at the issue and help us figure things out. He was so calm which helped to calm us. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything to us in great detail and told us what we needed to do to move forward. We of course didnt waste any time. Before he came to do the job, he even answered anytime I messaged with questions and helped me along the way. He never seemed disturbed or annoyed...only eager to help. He then came to do the job and expressed in detail what he found and what needed to be done in the future. I had called some other pest control companies who seemed to just pass me off, before this one who helped from the start. I cant thank Quontrello & Dodson enough honestly. We had a huge expensive problem and now we couldnt be happier.

I work for a property management company in Charleston, SC and these guys do an amazing job. Bryan G is head of our property for pest control and he is fantastic. He and his team member Carlton do preventative maintenance for us monthly and since we started with them, theyve fixed any past issues we have had. They do preventative inspections monthly and those inspections have eliminated our worries of future issues. Highly recommend working with these guys.

Bought a house with a termite inspection and warranty from this company. Call company one month after purchase, salesman came out, but never called back. Called again this month now they say the warranty is void. Call Lindsey the manager said they would re-instate but still nothing. Call corporate offices and still nothing. Stay away they are not trustworthy.

Not sure if this is the location my apartment yards for their joke level service but all they do is every other month come in spray guess professional raid in three locations then leave. Place is still overrun with roaches. Came in last time commented about the bug infestation and all only spayed their usual three places and left. Place is a dump so sure the management of the apartment only pays for their cheapest level of service but any company that offers a level this low if I get my own house wool never get a call from me
