I purchased a termite bond with them a couple years back. I got a free year of quarterly treatments. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was great! Then, when my termite bond came up for renewal and I had a few questions that I wanted to get answers on. I called. And called. And called. I emailed. I emailed again. I DMd on social. I called different times of the day, different days, I left voice messages, lots of messages, one of which I pretended like I was a new inquiry just to see if they would call me back... NOTHING, NADA! No reply EVER. Needless to say, my termite bond, which was NOT cheap btw, expired. I spent a large chunk of change just for ONE YEAR of a termite bond when I could have renewed it for much, much less rather than starting over and paying the huge amount due for a first year termite bond. Talk about devastating! And, disappointing. I get that you all are busy, but to never, EVER call your clients back EVER?! I cant help but feel like I was taken advantage of. I gave them a MILLION chances to return my inquiries and they never did. How they run a business like that, I just dont understand.

Nothing impressive. I have had a hard time getting a receptionist, most times. Booking times are like the cable guy. If you know what I mean. Last of all, I was not impressed with the staff sent out to do my yearly inspection of my home.

The service is fine, but it is literally impossible to get in touch with anybody to make an appointment. We have had them for three years now, and every time it is taking at least a week of me calling until I finally get in touch with someone. I’ll leave a voicemail but never get called back. Other times I’ll try calling multiple times throughout the day. But once again I continuously get the voicemail.

This is the best company! Joe was extremely helpful and informative. Brian and crew did a wonderful crawlspace encapsulation. I couldnt imagine a better company to deal with. I am so happy with the work and service.

They were great! On time,very knowledgeable in treating my property . Very respectful and professional.I highly recommend them knowing everything will be handled in correct manner. Truthful and caring.Thanks to them I can rest knowing my property is safe from harm by pests and termites.

My husband informed the office that we still have a pest problem. They were supposed to come back out today to check the traps. No one has contacted us. This is very upsetting especially since we informed the office earlier in the week that the problem hasnt been rectifie and they stated to tell the exterminator when he came back out today.

Very nice and on time. We have used this company for more than 4 years. We have no complaints.
