MUST SEE KEVIN! Hands down the best! We were walking all the different dealerships on the strip. We did not go intending on any specific brand. A truck caught my husband’s eye and Kevin was our guy. Turns out what we thought we should do financially with car purchases was foolish and Kevin let us know and helped us find the correct scenario for our family’s needs. Not only did we buy one Brand New truck that wasn’t even on the lot yet but we bought 2 vehicles and he is hunting for a car for our daughter now. While we were working with Kevin so many of his clients were coming through to either finish up, pickup or thank him. He was not pushy! We were quite concerned that there would be a problem matching the paint, as the paint is a metallic gray/blue. That paint job on the door matches the rest of the vehicle perfectly! We are very happy! Thank you. We would always take our Chevy to a Chevy dealership for bodywork and never a typical collision shop.
Miracle worker. Spent the week with the grim reality of not getting a new car after spending five hours at one dealership only to be left disappointed. Was about to go to another dealership till I spotted Crews and figured why not...My sales person Makayla greeted me in casual way, not bombarded me like others. Let me talk about what I wanted and in probably a hour and a half the deal was made and I was rolling out a happy customer. She was fast, respectable, didnt try to throw things at me that didnt fit my situation, and explained everything as it was happening (crunching numbers). Best experience I have EVER had. This is the best Chevy dealership I’ve interacted with. The staff is resourceful and their roles are well defined. The only downside is the high cost of labor but it does come with quality work. Everyone is helpful and friendly which makes the interaction an overall easy and well satisfied experience.

Couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience to be honest. Our sales person was Aarika she was personable, funny, and very attentive to our wants when looking for the right fit. The sales team was aggressive with their first offer which is pretty rare to find with a car dealership but I appreciated the no-BS sort of dealing. We were able to come to terms very quickly and really enjoyed the whole experience.

I found a car that I was looking for online at this dealership. Within an hour or two, I was a proud new owner of it. Aarika, Mark and Michelle made this an extremely easy purchase. The service itself was 5 stars, its after the service when I was supposed to get a call that Im giving zero stars. You all also need a better system of keeping up with your shuttle drivers. The 3 times I requested a shuttle, only 1 instance they could tell me where the shuttle was. The other 2 times, I was told they didnt know where it was and didnt know how long before it would return. If I didnt call to check on my vehicle, I would probably still be waiting. I had another appointment after and the 1.5 hrs (at the latest) that I was told it would take for the service was FAR surpassed. I need you all to tighten up and call customers when their vehicles are ready!

Was there to pick up a part ordered.Entered service office where agents sit.One male was on phone,one lady was eating lunch at her desk,the other female agent saw me enter, made eye contact,then went to her coworker and started a casual conversation..I waited a while than decided to go into the other area. A gentleman was keying information in system..I said hello and that I would wait until he was done to get directions to parts department..he stopped his work and gave me clear, polite directions. The 2 gentlemen in parts area immediately acknowledged and attended to needs.They were very friendly and professional.
Had a slow leak in the rear tire, only 2300 miles on the car. Guess I picked up a nail so it was plugged and its holding air. I really enjoyed interacting with Juanita. Shes a pleasure to work with.
Friendly service advisor. I think his name was Steve Peterson.I was told by someone else on the phone that it would take about 3 hours to address the recalls so I arrived prepared to wait on it. However, upon arrival, I was informed that it would take several hours so I had to be shuttled home. Other than that misinformation, the service was fine.

Sales experience great. Service not so much. Ordered over $1000 in accessories, made an appointment. Was told to allow 2 hours. 4 hours later still not done. So lesson learned. My money will go to another dealership from now on.
Several poor experiences with their Service department. Mostly about scheduling and communication. They struggle to meet schedule expectations and then dont communicate when things dont go as planned. I like to take my vehicle to a certified Chevy shop, but Crews has been consistently difficult to work with. Will need to start looking for other options.
My main issue with Crews Chevrolet is that the employees are not wearing masks. The week my car was serviced my county saw a 200% increase in COVID-19 infections. Fortunately I’m vaccinated so my risk of dying from the disease is low, but I can still get the disease which means I can’t work and will lose my income. This then threatens my ability to stay financially solvent. So, it feels like Crews Chevrolet couldn’t care less about keeping my business in the future just as long as they get their money today.I’ve complained about this before and the service representative promised me that the employees are REQUIRED to wear masks. However when I arrived I had to ask the man helping me to wear his mask over his nose. He was the only employee wearing a mask in that part of the building and he wasn’t even wearing it correctly.

After the week I’ve had, I will never recommend Crews Chevrolet to anyone. Their sales team is awesome, but their service department leaves MUCH to be desired.Long story:7/10 I drove over something in the road that I never saw and it tore a 2” gash in my tire and ripped up the fender liner in my wheel well. (Shout out to Ted at Davis Towing for helping my tire and making me laugh when I was stressed out). I called 7/10 and spoke to the parts/service department and was *promised* a tire was ordered and would be there 7/13. I get a call at 8:56am that day to say my tire was there and I could set an appointment to get it changed. I get there at my 1pm time and am told at 1:15 they don’t actually have my tire after all. After 1h30m of getting the run around and waiting and being in tears (lots going on right now) I am told the receptions in the service dept asked the wrong person and they do in fact have my tire. 4:00 rolls around and it’s finally ready. Because of the run around and me being so upset and dumbfounded at how I was treated, the big boss man from the commercials very nicely paid for my tire, so I figured I’d give them another shot because everyone (including businesses) have bad days. They let me know upon asking the fender liner is a TOTAL of $104, and I asked several times. They said it would be ordered 7/13 and be there 7/14, and a 10am appt was set up for today 7/15 to get that replaced. I arrive at 10am today and am told it won’t be finished until 12:30-1:00. I’m approached at 11:30 and told my part *just* got there this morning when I arrived (whatever happened to already having it ready), and yes the part was $104, but the labor was an additional $194. I asked the gentleman why I wasn’t told about the extra on Tuesday when it was ordered and I asked for the TOTAL cost. No answer. Don’t get me wrong, sales staff was awesome when we bought our truck, but the 3 hour run around each day, was ridiculous, along with the price switch today. I’ll buy another vehicle there, but their service department will never again get my business. I’ll stick to Norton & Richardson for body work and Christian Brothers for mechanical work.
I was able to walk in for an oil change, ask about a tire alignment concern, which was checked out, and be in and out within 45 minutes. Michael was very helpful!

Ive worked in the auto business over 20 years and was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle yesterday, I went in to Crews Chevy and met with Crystal, a very friendly and informative salesperson there.... Crystal took the time to listen to my needs and and showed me all options that were available, not once did I feel pressured into something and she also took more time than likely necessary to explain this old guy how all the buttons and technology worked. Crews Chevrolet really does a great job at training their salespeople and I felt that they sincerely were there to help... If youre in the marked for a reliable ride at a fair price, then by all means, head to Crews Chevy and ask for Crystal...
The advisor did not go the extra mile to listen to my concerns. I had a oil change but my car ended up with no oil leading to possible damage to my car. I waited 2 hours while my advisor stood around laughing and playing on his phone just for him to claim he doesnt know what happened to my oil and they couldnt find a oil leak. At this point I dont trust this dealership with my car!

The service member that contacted me initially about dropping off my vehicle was very helpful. The ability for me to drop my vehicle off and pick my vehicle up on my own schedule was easy. My 2011 Chevy Tahoe has a broken dash where there are cracks all the way around the front near the driver side and passenger side. If the airbag deployed in an accident with this condition the occupants of the vehicle could be hurt or even killed by the debris from the dash. This is a problem Chevrolet knows about an a problem I brought up as a concern to cruise Chevrolet on this visit. I was asked to sign a waiver before the safety recall could be performed in the off chance that the technician further damage to the dash. The fact that Chevrolet has refused to repair The dash that’s cracked and all of their vehicles tells me that Chevrolet is not truly worried about the safety of their occupants but yet money is the driving factor in all of the repairs. If this same thought process is applied to the safety recall how do I know that the airbag was even installed correctly and will work when is needed. This will be the last Chevrolet we will own.
I had a 7:30am service appointment and my car was taken back promptly at the scheduled time. Service was performed and I was notified about an hour later that my car was already for pick up. Jon Schueller and the service team are always so nice and helpful!!
I made an appt for an oil change & a tire sensor light to be replaced/fixed. Mike was ready when we showed up at our reserved time. We left our truck with him. About a couple of hours later, he called to let us know our truck was ready. No surprises when ready to pay bill. We will return here for future service, as needed

Went in because car was over heating and ac stopped working spent 650 dollars and waisted five hours of my life to get my car back still with no ac and for it to start smoking and selling of burnt rubber the next day. Left all their trash in my car and then did a so called complametary car wash that only peeled up stickers on the inside of my car. Was told I needed a resister but I had to buy the whole set up because they have to replace it all together which I know isnt true. When I got the car back it had a really rough idle to the point of shaking my phone out of the phone holder. Didnt have any work done to my steering wheel yet my horn was apparently taken off since its now put on cricked to one side and uneven. Have an appointment Friday to supposedly let them fix it again since they dont do afternoon appointments and I spend my one day off in their shop
Had appointment set for a week. Show up on time they tell me it will take 5 hours for 1 hour job. They tell me no loaner vehicles for customers. I left. Service calls 2 days later for feedback. They book me again a week later and tell me this would not happen again. Sure and behold crews calls late this afternoon not even 12 hours before appointment and tells me they are short staff and can’t get me in.Been going to them for long time but this is it for me. They will never see our business again.

This was my very first service appointment in SC and with Crews. The only reason I did not rate a 10 was because I had to wait a long time for the shuttle. Steve did an excellent job explaining the service and communicated well. The car was returned to me on time. There were an excess amount of phone calls about the service appointment and I would consider that OVER-communicating.
Ansley Bailey took care of me and my car as always. She’s so friendly and thorough every time I come to Crews. She’s one of the good ones, honest and dependable.

I went to Chevy to fix two problems I was experiencing with my 2011 Chevy Traverse. One problem was fixed which was the back tailights. The other problem was not fixed. Chevy said they fixed it but two days later the same message reappeared in my dash board message window, Traction Control turned off, service Stabilitrack. Chevy told me this message kept coming because the steering wheel control sensor was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I paid good money for it to be replaced and two days later the same message regarding Traction Control and Stabilitack reappeared in my dash message window.

Absolutely loved our experience with Crews Chevrolet. We tend to dread car shopping because generally car salesmen always seem pushy and overbearing. Not the case here! KC was our salesman and he was great. He truly listened to our needs and wants and helped to find us the perfect vehicle, that was inside of our budget. He never tried to sell us something that we couldnt afford. Even though it took a little longer inside to get to the paperwork, he kept checking back with us, bringing us drinks, and even chatting with our 9 year old daughter who was getting very bored. It was the first dealership we went to, first car we test drove and we were sold! We would definitely reccomend Crews Chevrolet and KC! Thanks again!!!

Bought a new Chevy Silverado 1500 Custom yesterday, 25th August 2020. Crews Chevy was outstanding for giving me an excellent price on my 2017 Toyota Tundra and truly went out of the way to ensure me, as an Army Veteran of 20yrs, was given a true ‘Red Carpet’ treatment and every rebate and bonus was presented to me drastically reducing the price of the vehicle. Way to go, Crews! My Sales Associate Ian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and truly went out of his way to make the entire purchasing experience a real pleasure and effortless.Driving home from the dealership after the purchase last night, I noticed a definite tilt to the steering wheel and misalignment. I got home and called Ian and he promptly requested I bring the vehicle back the next day to ensure it was taken care of as a new vehicle purchaser.Today I stopped by Crews Chevrolet and Ian was there and promptly took me to service to get the problem resolved. I was handed over to the service department and told by the Warranty employee that I would have to wait 500 miles for ‘the vehicle to settle’ and ‘see if the problem corrects itself during that time’. I was told this was Corporate Policy and never heard such nonsense! A misalignment will not realign on its own, no matter how much you drive it...actually it would get worse. At this time, CHRIS RAYMOND, the Recon Manager overheard the heated conversation and pulled me aside. Chris was absolutely AMAZING! He tried contacting his managers who were out to lunch at the time but couldnt reach them. Chris then made a Manager decision on the spot to put the customer FIRST AND FOREMOST for total customer satisfaction. Chris was understanding, sympathetic and completely understood my frustrations and refused to allow any frustration and/or discontent with my overall purchasing experience at Crews Chevrolet. Chris created a Customer Satisfaction ticket to ensure this Old Veteran was taken care of, and it was of the utmost importance Chris said “that Crews Chevrolet takes care of customers with 100% satisfaction”. Chris went into the bays and requested PATRICK NORTON halt his service project immediately to align my new truck! Even though requested to...I still want to SINCERELY THANK Patrick for the ‘on the fly mission change’ to put my misaligned new truck first before anything else! THANK YOU, PATRICK! You are a strong asset to Crews Chevrolet and hope to see him as Shop Foreman in time. Patrick went ABOVE AND BEYOND to intricately explain every angle, joint, drive line and degree showing the misalignment. I am 51...NEVER had a mechanic provide such an in depth explanation. Making decisions like that without absolute 100% authorization is a tough thing to do. It didn’t matter to Chris. The customer is everything or Chevrolet wouldn’t exist. He is correct. My 2021 Silverado Trail Boss had an A/C issue. The Crews Chevrolet service team was able to correct it in a timely manner. All is well. I will return for future service.
I started by calling several times, spoke with service, then parts ( to get pricing), then transferred to service to get voicemail, then called again to service to ask how much to put 3 or 4 little plastics clips on and was told $20 to $30. I then drove over a hour to the dealership to be told that my car would not be seen without a appointment, which was never mentioned the 4 times I spoke with someone earlier on the phone before coming. The service advisor I spoke with was rude. I called the facility back and spoke with scheduling who, sent a URGENT email to the service manager to try and work me in, because I had a piece hanging under the car that could get torn off. I walked back inside and requested (from the same rude advisor) to speak with the service manager, and he acted like it was a burden to find him, nearly bumping me going out the door to find him. The service manager comes over and tells me the same thing, telling me he can make me a appointment (me, now knowing their scheduling is 2 weeks out). I asked him, so if someone has a major problem, they cant just bring their car into this shop? He then told me NO, not without a appointment. They were not willing to even try to help me out, at all. I was very disappointed and will not be bringing my Chevy, just purchased yesterday, to this dealership ever again.
They always take good care of us and having GM credits toward the service was great as well.

Originally brought my truck in to have a wheel bearing and lower tie-rod end replaced. Was told that a front end alignment was done. The vehicle pulled to the left. Brought it back to get he alignment checked and an oil change.Alignment was off and it is better now. However, when I got back in the truck my seat was all the way back and my radio had been changed to another station and when I checked the Oil % read out it had not been reset. Makes me wonder if the oil change was even done. I feel like my seat should have never been moved and the radio should have just been turned off. Also I had items in the back seat that were strewn around. First of all why would a driver need to move my seat? Second-why would they need to change my radio? How far do they need to drive to check the alignment? Third-how were they driving that the items in my back seat were thrown around?I took the time to fill this out and to be honest I really dont think I will hear anything from anyone about it.
Everyone was excellent! This was my first visit to service and the service rep was fantastic.
The lady that helped me throughout the process was amazing...however, I was disappointed because when they diagnosed my issue and gave me the solution and pricing (which I agreed to do) They told me that it would most likely fix my problem and therefore didn’t offer me pricing in case it did not fix my problem. Low and behold he did not fix my problem with my vehicle then they dropped a bombshell on me about how much more it would cost to get the part and fix it,, Which I could not afford after spending the money based on their recommendations, Which I could not afford after spending the money based on the recommendation. In the end I think they felt bad so they discounted my price $40. In the end although I did leave disappointed, I did like the dealership and the customer service lady and they gave me a good car wash.
Bought a truck the 1st week in June...I was referred by two of my co-workers, who said that they had a pretty good buying experience. Not so much for me ☹.Had intentions of going back and purchasing a 21/22 Camaro, but I will never do business with Chevrolet again ! Customer Service 👎.
They sold me a car with the mold in it and tried to cover it up by cleaning the car out and giving me the car back and turning out that the car still suffers with mold and they’re giving me a hard time with getting my car clean or even helping me out with my children and putting me in something new knowing that they put me in this car that was full of mold

I brought my vehicle in on 5/27/21 due to the check engine light coming on & off periodically. I paid a little more than $1600.00 for that service and all recommended services from the dealership. I got my vehicle back on 5/28/21 & on 5/29/21 the vehicle was not drivable; the vehicle is rattling, shaking, & black smoke is coming from the tailpipe. It is in worse condition than when I brought it in
Took my 21 Silverado in for a master brake cylinder r/r. Leave my truck at 10am come back to pick it up. No explanation or anything from the service personnel just my keys and see you later. 10pm total brake failure. TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE. Horrible service that jeopardize life.
This is the third vehicle weve purchased from Crews Chevrolet. Frank Jordan was very helpful in finding the truck that I wanted and getting it here quickly. I would like to see GM offer upgrades like all around cameras, front collision alert and breaking or adaptive cruise control in more of your vehicles. Many safety things that should become standard. Otherwise great truck.

Ive been to Crews Chevrolet on more than one occation, and they have shown me to be very helpful. The staff has always been very respectful. I just have one issue which has not been resolved. Ive been waiting for some documents from this dealer which explains the work at hand. Ive yet to seen those documents which I was promised that they would be emailed to me. I will say that one full day hasnt passed since the promise of those documents have been made, so Im still waiting. Im a patient person, and I hope that the documents are sent soon, as they are very important to me. Other than this Crews Chevrolet has shown me to be a very good experience, and they seem to be very customer friendly. They also appear to be very professional. One of the only other situations that I have with them is that the work on my vehicle currently is a little pricey. Other than this I have nothing to complain about. Very professional!

Very awesome first visit to site to browse trucks, but second visit did not go well when coming back to potentially purchase. When looking at truck, the actual mileage was almost double (10k more) than what the sticker/ website listing had posted. Sales staff was rude when looking at other options after discovering the true mileage, and overall a bad experience.
I just moved to the area and my son Cameron who works in the service department recommended them. Roland worked with me and I bought a 2020 Chevy Trax. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service was outstanding! They truly care about their customers and no pressure tatics. I only gave this three stars because of how great Darrell was when purchasing our vehicle. He was super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased. Recently I have been dealing with the financial department, due to a tag issue and they have been nothing but nasty to me. Very passive aggressive and rude on the phone and in an email. The one I have dealt with recently is named Alyssa. Hopefully you don’t have to encounter her if you purchase a vehicle from here! Other than that, my husband and I were pleased with how everything went. Make sure you ask for Darrell if you are looking for a vehicle.
Went in with no appointment and they got me right in . I had the check engine light on and they fix it. Great service and great people.

My experience in the service department for my last oil change was a disaster. I typically use the Quick Service side of the service department, but I had a few minor items I wanted to have looked at so I scheduled a regular service appointment. I asked for 3 items to be fixed or looked into, but was given guesses instead of actual answers or solutions. I took my vehicle to the dealer to have a certified expert technician answer my questions. Instead, the service advisor guessed her way through it and none of the items were addressed to completion, except the oil change, which took 3 hours to complete. If I hadnt gone up to the counter on two occasions to ask what was taking so long, it probably would have taken 4 hours. Not once did I receive an apology or an unsolicited update. By the end, I was the only person in the waiting room so I have no idea what was taking so long. For one of the other items I asked about, I was told a part had to be ordered to fix a notification that kept popping up on my dashboard. Since leaving the dealership, I havent experienced that issue one single time and it used to happen every time I put the car in Park. This leads me to believe the technician fixed it without even knowing it. Add to that, no one has called me to schedule the return visit for that part to be installed even though they said itd be 1-2 days. Its now been over a week and no call, no follow up. Im very disappointed since Ive had great experiences at Crews up until this one.
I made an appointment to get my rear window replaced a week ahead of time. Mind you, I called to make this appointment. I show up on Saturday the 10th, only to find out that that service must be done during the week. I wasted a Saturday morning coming to the dealership. Very disappointed!
