Bought my 2021 Dodge Durango from Hendrick. I had the best buying experience of my life with Laurel Lowe. We stopped at a half dozen dealerships. We stopped in to look at Hendrick and out came the cutest, most honest and down to earth humans named Laurel. She wasnt pushy or aggressive. She took the time to listen to what i wanted and what i was looking for. The dealership didnt have it in stock. She didnt push me to settle or try to get me to buy something i would have surely had buyers remorse. She was patient and kind and she found my vehicle. It wasnt easy and it took some time but she found just what i was looking for . She has been following up with me for weeks as i am entirely technically challenged. She made sure everything was right and i was happy and taken care of long after the sale. If you want someone that cares more about you being happy than they do about making the sale go to Hendrick and ask for Laurel. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was the last dealership of like 7 I had been to this day. I really wasn’t in the market for a Jeep but I’m so glad I bought it! I have had it for about a week and other than it drinking gas 😩 ( I’m used to my Altima lol) and that automatic stop, I LOVE IT!!! Napo Alvardo was my sales consultant and he was amazing!! I asked to see the inside. We test drove it. And I bought it! It did take a little longer to sign everything but Carson A. stepped in and help since the other guy was still with customers. I needed to have three of the original tires replaced and it seems like only the dealership had them is stock. I called on Friday to see if I can how early I can get an appointment, but Desnnis said if I brought it they would squeeze me in. I took my vehicle around 4:30pm and Friday so they can get to it on Saturday and by Friday at 6:00pm my car was ready. Of course I could not pick it up at that time because the shop was closing so I picked it up and the price was better than the other shops I had called around. It was a good thing the other shops did not have any in stock. Thank you Rick Hendricks for your timely work and Dennis for making everything happen.

Always have had great service, but this time was not up to par. Scheduled service over a week out, for oil change and to determine why my Sirius was no longer connecting - after my battery was changed out at home. Kept my car for three days, while I was off work, in the middle of a week. Had to pick up on Thursday afternoon since I worked the next day. They did not have enough technicians to look at my radio problem and DIDN’T EVEN TAKE IT INTO THE SHOP TO CHANGE THE OIL. I was told they were short handed. I have not returned. I WILL return, because I have bought an oil change package, but I cannot be without my car for over three days just to get an oil change and then, not even have my car touched. Would have had different expectations if I had just walked in and I expected services to be rendered.

Very professional when dropping off my truck for a tire change.Updated review: from 5 star to 1 star. I had new tires installed on my Ram Rebel. Customer service was great but the quality of work was poor. Even though they said they balanced the tires they did not. Either they lied or the mechanic needs to be retrained. Had my truck back in to realign the tires. They said it was unbalanced and it was fixed. Now it feels like I am driving over tiny speed bumps at every speed. I no longer trust the work here and will find a mechanic that knows what they are doing. Beware if you have alignments done here.

After they replaced my replaced my tire telling me my old one was not repairable I called the tire manufacturer and went to Gerald tire and they were able to repair it when I asked the dealership to take their tire back they they said it would be damaged during the removal process so I would still have to pay for it.

I have had challenges at another location with a service issue on my Jeep for a long time, which has been frustrating at best. Most importantly, he was kind and helpful the entire time. I live on Johns Island, but will happily make the trek - with traffic - to the North Charleston location in the future for any service/maintenance on my Jeep because of Dennis service! I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and while moving my daughter into college my truck had mechanical issues. Of course this was over the weekend when the Service Department was closed. Not knowing this dealership, I was very nervous leaving my truck for major repairs. They have a convenient drop box with envelopes for your keys and a place to provide your service request. This turned out to be the best experience! James kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. They provided me with a complete checkup of my truck, identifying things that needed attention that I didn’t ask them to review. A thorough, complete, and fair examination. And there was no pressure to get it all done. Their willingness to work with me, instead of pressuring me was amazing. How many dealerships do you know that want to partner with you and they knew I was an out of town customer that had the high potential to NOT be a repeat customer. I’m not saying it makes sense to drive 10 hours round trip for an oil change, but as long as my daughter is in the area and when I visit, I will plan to get my vehicles worked on here and nowhere else! The time estimate for when the work would be complete was beat by two days. Since when does that happen at a dealership service center? They obviously have a strong working relationship with the parts house, because my part was on back order! My daughter now has wheels again, thanks to the extremely professional team in this service department! They definitely have earned my business and trust! And if I can rely on them, being out of state, you can too! Good old fashioned customer service! Thanks James and team!!!

I had an issue with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and took it in for my first oil change. The issue was thought to have been resolved but it wasn’t. I had to make an appt with the main service area and had Roland as my agent. It was requested as a β€œdrop off” and I was told it could be around 12 that they may find out what was wrong. At 3, I still had not heard anything. I called at about 3:30-4. Roland was able to give me an update and that parts were needed to be ordered. The Jeep should be done toward end of week. I did not hear anything on Friday or Saturday so I called. Again Roland was forth coming explaining that the parts did not arrive until Friday and they were unable to get to the Jeep until Monday. Again no update on Monday or Tuesday, so I called Tuesday and the work had not been completed or even started. I asked about a loaner car and was told they did not have any. I tried to contact the Service manager, Aaron and was told he was in a meeting. Roland continued to be up front and honest with me about my Jeep but my confidence was lost in the service department when the service manager never called to speak to me about the issues. Until I contacted someone on the online chat, Aaron was not able to solve the issues and had poor customer service. This is my first Jeep and I am very disappointed in the dealership and feel like there should be more education on customer service. My Jeep repairs were not complete until 3 on Friday 7/23. Roland was the most helpful and honest about the service and issues out of his control. The rest of service department seemed unable to handle the repairs and have any customer service.

If zero stars was an option I would give it to this place. Experience was absolutely terrible. From them not being able to find my car for an entire day to β€œlosing” the keys these guys could not be more clueless. Aaron who was the manager β€œhelping” me out was a complete train reck. He basically lied to my face saying that he looked for the car and it wasn’t on the lot, then said that he found it right where I told him it was later that day. We then asked if it was still able to get serviced he said I don’t know your advisor will reach out really soon. No one called for 3 hrs so I called them again and they still couldn’t give me a straight answer. Then they couldn’t find the keys so we drove all the away out there for them to inform us that they just found the keys and that one of the associates had them the entire time. Wow. I don’t think customer service and the service department could have been any worse.

Just thought Id share my experience for the folks out there looking for a RAM truck or a Jeep...or in my case both. Back early fall 2020 I was in the market for a Power Wagon. As they had one adverised in stock, I called ahead and scheduled a viewing. When I arrived a couple of hours later for my scheduled appointment, the sales person met me outside. I asked where the truck was, he said I dont know. Long story short, after walking through the lot, he went inside to ask. As he walks out, here comes the truck...just sold to someone else (without an appointment). I asked when others were coming in, told we dont know...no one even bother to ask if I would like to order one. I left there, and the following week ordered one from another local dealer who offered to order as an option...gave me a great discount as well (came in 4 months later). So now Im looking for a Jeep Rubicon for my wife. I again contacted Hendrick in North Charleston by phone. A sales manager answered the call, forwarded me to a sales guy. I asked if they would consider offering a small discount if I ordered a new Jeep (as another dealer had made that offer...Petersons), told I dont know, but the guy who answered the phone is a sales manager, let me have your number and call you back. That call was several days ago, so save your time, go to another dealer. Very unfortunate.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan. I was told the vehicle met a multipoint inspection and that the vehicle would not have any smoke or pet odors.There were several issues that would have been revealed if the dealership had in fact performed the proper inspection. Its a week later the truck still smells like smoke. The service manager Andrew was of no help, abrasive and this was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life.I still do not have my nissan titan back. I took it to the service department because the AC didnt work when I bought the vehicle. Nissan fixed the AC and now the passenger side floorboard had some kind of fluid leaking into the carpet. Worst customer service and car buying experience ever.

My experience here was wonderful. I don’t have the best credit score but they were still able to get me into a car as well as get my bf a car too. They were very informative especially about credit. 9 Jun 2021, my wife went in to this place to sell out Chrysler Town and Country. A beautiful van, sky blue, beige, leather interior, super clean, no damage, runs great, interior is perfect and just over 100k. 1 accident, a limo driver cut the wheel too soon backing out of a parking spot. We needed a small paint job. 1 accident and 100k does not hurt value. KBB gives it a value of 10k to 14k, our van is more around the 14K range for a fair dealership. This dealership is far from fair as they tried to rip my wife off with an unjustified offer of 3,500. This is a joke and an insult. They tried all the tricks. Well if you sell privately you can get 6k for it:. Hahaha. We already had an offer from another dealership for 8k but I asked my wife to check with Hendrick in North Charleston as they have been good to us in the past. Loyalty means nothing to the greedy. They thought they could get over on her, but my wife is strong, especially with negotiations. Hendricks knows they could get 14 to 16k for Chrysler Town and Countrys. They were looking for a huge payday from the wrong lady. She walked out and as she tried to grab the offer and walk out with it but the salesman quickly snatched it up. Wonder why. If I wasnt overseas for my country Id be in there today giving them a piece of my mind. Their actions are symbolic of auto salesman today and why we cant trust them. Hendricks showed today that their salesman cant be trusted. For new cars, go somewhere else. Their service department is still awesome though.

Brought the truck in Thursday afternoon for a 7:30 AM appointment Friday, I called Friday afternoon to see when they were thinking it would be done and they had not started working on it yet. After talking with three different service advisors and an hour later I was told it was finally being worked on and was promised I would have the truck back Saturday. Got a text Saturday around noon saying that the tech was being pulled off the job because they could not finish it. At this point NOTHING had been done to the truck, was lied to about the truck being worked on Friday.

This dealer has or had a service called fast lane where you can drop in and get your oil changed anytime during operating hours. I live an hour and 1/2 from this dealer. I got there after 2 pm and was told that 2 weeks ago the they decided that appointments needed to be made in order to do the oil change after 2 pm . I have a service package for oil changes that I bought when I purchased my car from there. Initially I was turned away die to their new policy. I parked my car went into dealer to ask for the balance back on the remainder of my oil change package. They promptly then said it was ok to do the oil change after I asked for money in return. No one but the service department knew about this service policy change. So the 3 stars are for the poor communication the Service manager who decided on the policy change and not communicating with the rest of the Hendricks staff or customers. Driving from Houston Texas to sons baseball Tournament in Myrtle Beach. Pick up breaks down in Charleston. After contacting Ashley at Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler, she was able to diagnose and fix my vehicle the same day and get us on our way. She was an absolute life saver for myself and my family and took the time to communicate during the entire process. We had a tire damaged on our Dodge Longhorn on a Saturday morning in downtown Charleston. After getting the spare on, this dealership was willing to work with us even though they had no available appointments. We left the tire by 1:15; less than 2 hours they worked us in--- they replaced it with a matching tire, and called us to return to have it installed taking only 15 minutes of our time.Thanks to Jennie and Marissa and the service department for helping us while traveling. We were so thankful they were open until 5 pm on a Saturday. As we were traveling with a travel trailer the next day. We didnt get to tour much that day, but were so grateful to have a tire mounted that we could trust! We highly recommend this dealership for their flexibility and professionalism.
