Love this place! won’t go anywhere else. Tuu is my go to nail tech and does everything she can to ensure I’m satisfied with my service. She does awesome pedicures and always makes sure my lines are to my likings before proceeding and that is super important to me. I would recommend this place.

Honestly she did a really good job on my nails, besides the fact I wanted stiletto, and gems. my nail broke the next day. so I went back, and she gave me 1 wrong colored nail. Very very upset.

I love the options I have and they listen to my suggestions. I can create my own look.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment, they were immediately extremely rude. they kept glancing at me and giving me disgusting looks because of the design I asked for and saying it wasn’t polish after the looks n all. It was genuinely just a simple designer all in white polish on my solid color. I couldn’t believe how bad my nails came out. They gave me French tips. I’m so sad and sad I decided to still pay. On me, but please choose another place for your sake :(

Went in an hour before they closed. I showed them a reference photo and they said they “Couldn’t do that” as it would “take too much time.” I understood because of the time so I agreed to just do a full set French manicure. My nails turned out very boxy, and the whole time the person that did my nails kept making comments about them. Not at all what I wanted, have to go get them fixed at another salon now.

I had The sweetest time getting my nails done with Ai Vy. You could tell she just really cares about the quality of her artwork on the nails, and also me as her customer! My nails I got today are the best nails I’ve ever had in my life!! Thank you so much Ai Vy! You are amazing!!!

I had my nails done last Sunday and they did a horrible job and they are already breaking

I went in to get a fill, and had 4/10.. yes FOUR of my fingers bleed?! I’ve never had this problem, but she kept filing my cuticles down too far, and I’d yank away and say OUCH and she kept going farther. I’ve gotten acrylic nails for almost a year now (at different salons) and never have had my fingers bleed. Plus, none of the shapes of my nails match eachother. It was cheap, but not worth the literal pain.

I had a appointment at 11 am and they asked me to come back later in the day, because they had to help some other people that were walk ins. I will not be going back, also they need more help

This salon is very nice. You should call to make an appointment for sure though. They have minimal staff but they do an amazing job! Very thorough and great attention to detail. It takes a bit longer here so of youre in a hurry plan to have a manicure and pedicure take over an hour or more but the results will be worth the wait. They really do a great job here! Highly recommend going here if you want your nails to be pampered 🥰

Staff was friendly but they didnt do the best job on the hand painting or replacing one nail. It was too big for my nail bed

Tou, shes the greatest

My first time here. Zero complaints coming from a very pregnant lady. Went in on my due date because I was feeling bleh that I was still pregnant haha. I called and they told me to come in within 30 minutes. Got there and got sat immediately in pedicure chair. Quiet, relaxing and CLEAN..!! I fell asleep during my pedicure done by Thu. Feet look and feel 100% better and my toe nails look perfect. I think I just replaced my old nail place with Fancy Nails!

Good place if you know what you want. Thu is always great when I show her my picture and ideas!

The person i got seemed very rushed & left me with 2 very crooked nails. The nails were not even length with the other hand either. Was not told it eas going to be extra to fix 2 broken nails. Paid $36 for a bad nail job. The lady i felt was also talking about me in a different language to her co-worker. This makes customers feel uncomfortable, iv talked to other people who have been here also & they felt the same way..I think she knew she messed up on my nails and was trying to shoo me out the door after she took my money. I wont be coming back to this one.

Experience was good however, took forever and she sanded me on a corn that made me bleed and was twice the size of the corn.

Technician Said maybe 5 words to me but talked to her coworker the whole time. Then she cut my finger deep and responded with stop being a baby. And wouldn’t let me leave. Nails turned out very poor and different shapes. Not going back.

I am not one to usually post negative reviews. I went here for a pedicure and I was satisfied with the temp of the water and how the pedicure went, however i have been other places that were better quality and offered more options, the paint on my toes was very spotty, skin around my toes was painted, it was quickly done, they never came back to show me how to turn the foot dryer on to finish drying my toes I had to figure it out myself, they never double checked to make sure they were dry and if I liked it I had to double check my toes myself, over all I wasnt happy with the service at all. I knew they had bad reviews so thats why I went with only a pedicure in case it didnt turn out I have my toes covered due to winter. Lesson learned.

Got there at 11 am. (Open) only to wait almost a hour to get my toes done. Very understaffed. Barley talked to me about what I wanted. Very rough on my feet. Dont waste time or money here.

Satisfied with the quality of their work

The first time I went, it was great! I had a picture and she did the colors exactly as I wanted, although the shape wasn’t what I asked for. (I could have had her change it, but I went with it) :) The second time I went back, I had a different lady and she could not do the glitter nail I asked for. I think they were low on nail polish. The nails were uneven and they had little bumps on them. I got chrome on two of my nails and it wore down after a few days. I probably won’t be going back.

They made my initial visit pleasant and worry free. Very friendly. Good pricing, cheaper then I had expected. Ill be back.

Gave one star because it wouldnt let me give zero. Very disappointed, went in for a pink and white nail...explained exactly what I wanted, but he did what he wanted anyways. It was like he want listening and then told me he couldnt do it any different. I have had my nails done for years with no problems but for some reason he didnt seem to be able to do a nail. He kept asking why I wanted it short and not long. The pink nail bed is so long you can see my natural nail underneath before the white starts. The only good part was he gave me an 8.00 discount because of how disappointed I was.

The lady was very unprofessional was watching the tv while in the middle of my nails made me bleed four times and never apologized and I got chrome on two nails only that they charged me $10 for even though they messed up and refused to fix it when I asked multiple times their work space was dirty as well as their unsanitary tools and acrylic powder left me at the table more than eight times in the middle of doing my nails would not recommend this place unless you want an infection overpriced nails for the poor quality poor customer service and distracted staff

I have had wonderful experiences at Fancy Nails and have been going there for the last few years. I actually travel from a nearby community just to come and get my nails done here. The technicians take a lot of time with me and everyone is very friendly. I never feel like anyone is talking about me...even if they are not speaking English. I typically have a pedi with a gel polish put on and it lasts for months. I also have gel nails put on with a gel polish and it usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. I would recommend Fancy Nails!

I just have to laugh and shake my head...what a waste of time and money. I dont paint my nails but I thought it would be a nice treat to get a manicure just the same, just no polish. I basically paid for her to trim my nails, she did such a horrible job at the cuticles...cant even tell she did them, the filing and buffing are just as horrible. No lotion, nothing. Does no good to call or complain...never again will I go here.

Rude, did ask any questions on what I wanted. Instead just gave me glue on nails and gave me an oval shape when I wanted a certain style. Got mad at me because I zoned out and their tools cut my fingers. A lot of money for bad quality.

I went in without an appointment to see if I could get my nails filled in and trimmed. The staff were busy and told me to come back later. If they told me when I didnt understand and stood there while the staff conversed in a foreign language with each other while totally ignoring their customers. After awhile she acknowledged me again telling me to come back later. I asked her When?? She replied One hour and immediately went back to her conversation with the other staff in a foreign language. I thought this was very rude. Honestly it would have been just as rude if they had been speaking English.
