I love the prices & can usually find what Im looking for, but the store is very small & aisles are often partially blocked due to boxes of new items being shelved. Still, I usually go there at least once a week. The clerks are always friendly and helpful.

About 3 times a year I have been there × 7 years. Every time, the employees are helpful. They are always nice.

A lot of their shelves are empty. Drink machines up front for a cold pop is empty as well.

Dollar general has some foods that arent bad and they are cheaper than most grocery stores

The Dollar General is generally not very clean or well organized. The aisles were cluttered and several were blocked with boxes or equipment making them inaccessible for those requiring a mobility device or even for a cart for that matter. There werent many carts to be found and I actually had to ask for the one that was being turned in at the register. However, I needed to get a prepaid ATT phone card for another person and this store was certain to have it available. The cashier was friendly and even assisted me with putting my water into my buggy as I had an arm in a sling. So for a quick, no frills, in and out trip, this might be the place to go.

They have everything I need most of the time I go there and friendly that work there and see people u havent seen in a while

I like Dollar General. It is somewhat messy. But I always find what I want.

Trying to get some dish detergent, online hours said they closed at 10, as I approached the entrance and was told they were closed, it was only 8:45 tonight. Tomorrow is 4th of July...

This is probably the absolute worst Dollar General I have ever visited. The store was dirty and disorganized. Their overall inventory was low and the store as a whole was difficult to navigate. Ill have to be pretty damn desperate to shop here in the future.

One of my favorite places

I visit this location often. Sometimes it is good, others Very Good. Most of the time it revolves around stock issues. (Many locations the choice is empty shelf or still packed on carts in isles) As of late there have been no issues. Everything is on the shelf in good supply. That has been more and more the case lately.

Great workers if you have a problem. I just wouldnt get my 2nd favorite drink from here. They put Mountain Dew Game Fuel with kickstarters. I dont know exactly who is at fault but a kickstarter didnt fill full (on 2nd top shelf) and rest of the drinks under the shelf it was on was all sticky. And looked like the drink from the kickstarter got stuck on them.

Very pleasant staff. Had everything on my list. Lazy rude customers park right in front of the door instead of in a parking space. Shame on you. Nice shopping experience.

The Dollar General in Belvidere you dont they do not have a sign in the door says you have to come in with a mask on

Was not clean I have a Rollator and I could not get around the store because of all the restock in the way moving around there was not good I was not a good experience when I got to the cash register and the girl didnt know what she was doing it was bad

The Dollar General had what I was looking for at the time. There was one cashier and she was very slow.

Easy to get in and out and have about all you need including milk and bread and eggs

Employees there were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the store and what was sold there.Store was clean. The bathroom was also clean. They were out of the size of what actually went in store for.Was able to look around a bit. There was a number of items in the store. It seemed like an A to Z store.Whats not in this store the other store just down the road near Walmart has many things this one doesnt. An example would be the air conditioner filters basic an allergen filters are at the other but not this one.Although, there are much more dog and pet supplies at this location than the one near Walmart. There are also more cleaning supplies it seems here. It appears to be more hair products than at this location also.Sign in Dollar General near Walmart off Knox Ave is closing. When asked about this store carrying rge a/c filters there was definite answer. However, it seems one should be able to cover since now the other wont be around. Knox Ave store closes around April 2019.
