Ive been calling the phone number on the website all day and cant get an answer. It clearly states that they are open but no one answering the phone. Get all the way there and they are just sitting on their behinds listening to the phone ring and completely ignoring it. Getting by on doing the bare minimum is no way for a business to operate!!

Short blonde manager is a joke. I went in there a few weeks, the manger offered to help me with balloons but said she was going on a smoke break and she would be back. Which i was fine with, except she never returned. After awhile the girl who was stocking the shelves had to stop what she was doing to help me. Then I went there again yesterday, the manager wouldnt offer help to any of the customers or the other employee working. She did nothing but walk around on her phone while the other employee tended to all the customers. I dont understand how shes even an employee, much less a manager.

When I went on Labor Day, the store was missing 70-80% of its merchandise. Im sure its because of COVID but I cant give it more than 3 stars when its that empty but Party City is stocked.

Been there several times, unless you want a balloon, you are better off going to Party City. This place is always very neat, clean, but very bare of products. However, the employees are always nice & ask if I need help. Unfortunately, they never have what Im looking for, like today, simple valentines gifts for kids at school.

Good selection! I went there to find balloons for balloon animals and they had them for a really reasonable price!

We got balloons for our sons birthday recently. They were great at ordering balloons in for us and had it all ready to pick up on the day. The aisles seemed a little bare.

Store is very unorganized and staff is very unfriendly. The manager seems like a lazy person who lacks not only customer service but manners in general. After asking staff to speak with her she seemed to not care about helping me or that her staff was rude. Will definitely never go back unless they are under new management. Also she seemed really annoyed about me wanting balloons, like really that is apart you your job! Also heard her talking among her staff about how annoyed she was and that my child was a brat. Totally DISGUSTED!

Went in today looking for Hawaiian theme wear for a church event. I walked in the store and she never looked up. Nothing..... I looked around and didnt see anything I needed and finally asked her if she had any Hawiian theme party item. She told me there were a few things on an end cap but thats it. I knew I shouldve gone the competitive store but I thought I would give it a try. Not again.....

Horrible experience. Staff was incredibly rude. Staff was unhelpful despite the fact I was obviously handicapped. They were just unprofessional and instead of saving face and literally blowing up 4 balloons free of charge to make reparations, they refused, therefore making my handicapped self stop at dollar general to finish blowing up the balloons.

Wish it was larger with more selection so I wouldnt have to drive to Augusta. Some items are over priced and can be found at Dollar Tree. Great place to grab helium balloons
