The BEC Plex is a spacious venue, but the owners are really picky and they didn’t accommodate according to the contract. We told them we were having live music and the day of the event they wouldn’t let the live music set up and they said that the facility didn’t have the right hook up for live music they tried to blame us for telling them on short notice when our contract clearly stated we were having live music since the beginning. They changed many things on our contract getting closer to our event making it impossible to say no. Even throughout our event they were there the whole time and wouldn’t get off our backs about little things. Everything was an issue to them. Don’t recommend if you making a large event. The venues air conditioning isn’t suited for large amounts of people. Ceilings needs repairing.No se los recomendó, aunque elespacio es grande. los dueños son muy delicados. Nada les parece bien. Durante nuestro evento estuvieron ahí todo el día quejándose de todo lo que hacíamos. Sus Conexiones para música en vivo no son adecuadas para un grupo grande. Nos tocó que rentar una planta para que tocaran ahí. Nos quiso culpar a nosotros por avisar de la música en vivo último momento cuando le habíamos dicho desde el principio que íbamos a tener música en vivo. Su aire acondicionado no es adecuado para grupos grandes. El techo necesita reemplazarse.

Its an amazing place! Very spacious, the staff and owners are more than helpful. My events always go as planned, and their rates are extremely affordable for the size. Id recommend anyone in the CSRA to have their events or parties there.

Pretty. Lots of rooms and space. The ceiling needs replacing and brighter lights
