I had the most wonderful experience renting party equipment from Jump CSRA, including a bouncy house, tables, chairs and tents. I made a couple of changes with the amount of tables and chairs up until the day before my party and they were extremely flexible and quick to respond to my emails. AWESOME customer service!! We originally went through another bounce house rental but they called an hour before the party and said they couldn’t make it. I rented the Princess Castle bouncy house on 12/19/20, and it was a hit at my daughters 5th birthday party. It was the kids favorite part of the party!Jeremy from Jump CSRA was such a pleasure and a professional. They showed up on time and set everything up within 30 minutes. And the same for take down. The bouncy house was clean and didn’t smell like some of the bouncy houses smell ( moldy).I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be renting from him again. We rented the castle bounce house for my son’s 5th birthday party and had a wonderful experience! My son said “this is the best day of my life” when the bounce house arrived.😂. All of the kids at the party loved it and played on it for hours! We will definitely be renting from them again in the future and would definitely recommend them!!

Jump CSRA inflatables are always a good idea, not only for kids, but also adults! They’re very professional, excellent with communicating updates, and efficient in their putting up and taking down of the inflatables! I would also recommend the sno-cone machine; it was a huge hit! Jump CSRA made my daughters birthday party a blast! Jeremy came early to set up and it was a very quick process. The slide looked brand new and held up to all of the kids sliding all day! We will definitely use Jump CSRA again for my oldest daughters birthday!

Rented a water slide and a Princess bounce house for my Grand Daughters 5th birthday. All of the kids had a wonderful time and I am confident will SLEEP very well tonight. The equipment was in excellent condition and the Driver/deliverer Jeff and his son Jeff were awesome. Very quick setup, safety of the children was top of mind and when they came to pick everything up they were professional, quick and enjoyable. This company deserve a 5-star rating however I will say that the Princess bounce house, that also has a stairs and slide incorporated (which is cool) needs to have a mesh covering over the bottom half of the slide. This is a design flaw. The reason is that the material sits in direct sunlight and gets very hot to the touch. I covered it with a small tarp and we were good to go but I believe the manufacturer could have designed it a little better. We will use again next year.....What is it with kids today, at dinner our grand baby girl said next year I want an Apple iPhone for my birthday.....WTHeck.... 6 years old. When we were in a panic because another company did not show up, Jumpcsra worked with us through phone and text to try and give us what we wanted even though it was last minute and they were also setting up other houses.
