First time at this salon. I had a UV Gel for nails and gel pedicure. The place is clean and staff were polite. Their were only two personnel there at time of my service. Wendy (I think thats what she said her name was) did my pedicure. She was very thorough and TOOK her time. It wasnt very busy when I went so maybe thats why. Lol. Anywho, loved the service and would definitely return for future service.

Very nice and clean place. Staff is very friendly and I booked an appointment for my daughter and for of her cousins to have a princess day and they have a room dedicated just for little party groups.

I called the day of asking if there was any availability for a regular pedicure. I was told yes and I could come in at 1230p for an appointment. I came in at 1230 for my appointment and was told they could not take me because other people came in..... I asked what about my appointment that I had? I was told again other people came in and I could come on later..... What is the point of calling and making an appointment????? Absolutely disgusted. Terrible service. Completely unprofessional. I will never return

I was a little hesitant to try this salon because of some of the reviews, but Im so glad I gave it a chance! All of the staff was super friendly, and they were accommodating when I had to push my original appointment time back a few hours. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure (I forgot to get her name) was so gentle and really took her time -- I originally went in just for a pedicure but loved her work so much that I decided to get my nails done as well. The salon is incredibly clean and I felt super comfortable with their COVID precautions. Pricing was reasonable, $30 for a regular pedicure and $10 for a manicure. I asked to put my tip on the card but was asked if I had cash on me. Luckily, I had enough on me but will make sure to stop for cash when I return in the future. Overall, a great first experience!

I called and asked if they did ombré nails and she said yes. However she had no clue what she was doing it was completely wrong. The girl doing my nails kept laughing cause I was questioning her work which was awful. I ended up going to a different place the next day to have them completely redid. I would not waste my time or money here ever again. Go to lush they are so much better

I called the day before asking for a pedi at 12 for the following day and they said yes. I came in and said I had an appointment and they didnt even start doing my nails till 12:20/12:30. Then when I went to pay I wanted to use card but she basically made me pay in cash. She also said as I was leaving that I need to call and make an appointment next time and I told her I did call yesterday for the appointment. It was clean in there but my nails and experience were not outstanding.

The lady at the first desk made it seem as if she could do ballerina/coffin shape with no problem and she cannot. When I told her to fix my nail because one was clearly longer than the rest, she caught an attitude. Now my gel is chipping after a couple of days! I never care about the price of my nails. If you are charging for shape and length, do it right!! My nails look nothing like the pic I showed. I’ll continue to drive 30mins away to my salon.

I needed my nails done for engagement pictures. I called and was able to get them done right after work. Everything was super clean and all the workers wore masks

Rude staff! one of the ladies came storming over to me because I didn’t understand what the other lady was saying....she started raising her voice and shaking my hand saying “how long how long “ with an attitude. Then the one who was doing my nails was filing too hard now I have a cut on two fingers, I put pictures up if you wanted to see.

Friendly and sweet staff with clean environment and lovely smells. Great prices and nice deal for first timers which I was when me and my friend came in. A++++ services!!!👌🏽❤️ Highly recommend.

I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. I asked could I be taken early and would have respected if they could not take me. The issue and why I rated them a 1 star is the lack of customer service when I asked about being taken early. The women sitting closet to the door looked at me like I was crazy and was extremely rude in her response. It was unnecessary and Ill never go back.

I just switched to this shop and im glad I did..loving my pedi n mani..if you ladies or even gents live close by its definitely worth it. Thank you Amy..cya in two weeks..Peace Lina.

They have openings. Very professional. Took their time love the acrylic nail set!

They need to work on people skills. But they did a good job on my nails. Lll go again because its so close to my house. Its gone be rude people and bad customer service very wear you go, witcha gonna do.
