Ive been coming for years and come here for multiple reasons. B12 shots, labs, drug tests and TB tests for work and I have never had any issues. They are few and far between but its sad to see the negative reviews. So here is a positive one. Keep up the good work.

SO RUDE. I went to this place to get my labs drawn before starting my new job. I came at a later time but still before closing. The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude to me before I hardly said anything to her. Her attitude was poor and she acted like I was inconveniencing her for even coming in the building. God forbid if I asked a question. She would roll her eyes and answer my question with attitude. Safe to say I will never be returning to this place and will be letting others know about how rude the front desk lady is. I didn’t get her name, but if you go, she won’t be hard to spot. Just beware of poor attitude and horrible customer service upon arrival.

During this unprecedented Arctic storm, I called ahead at 8:45 and was told they plan to open between 9:30-10:00. At 9:38, they arrived and opened the door.

RUDE STAFF:I work for a local law firm and recently referred a client here for a drug test. The clerk was hateful because the client showed up during business hours, and not at her preferred time. When I called to get an update on the clients hair follicle test (because its been 3 days), the same clerk was extremely rude and decided to express how annoyed she was with the client showing up at 3:50 on Friday for his test (they dont close till 5 pm) and how annoyed she was with us calling to check on the status of it even though we were told it would be ready by Wednesday. I will NEVER recommend another person to this facility and I would give it NO STARS if it was an option.All I can say is find another facility because dealing with this hateful staff isnt worth your time.

I come here to get my labwork done. Nickole is always friendly and is good at what she does. Ive been afraid of needles and blood draws in the past but she has made every experience pleasant.

Lady who took my hair sample was incredibly rude!

Annie did a wonderful job when I visited the Norman, Oklahoma clinic today. She was very courteous and completed the drug test efficiently. I was in and out the door in no time. Thank you for doing a great job Annie.Eric

Went at 3:30 and they were closed, even though online it says open till 5pm. Drove all the way to Norman for nothing...disappointing. What are the actual hours?? No sign on door.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Called to confirm hours and they said they were planning on closing early and acted like I was inconveniencing them for coming in TWO HOURS before they were scheduled to close. They said “if you want to come in be my guest. We might still be here.” Excuse me???

Annie was awesome. Got me in fast and out even faster. She’s is incredibly good at her job.

Easy to find but the business quality is not there. Unorganized and if you have a testing deadline to meet go early as you can. The place was not very clean the floor was dirty. The bathroom toilet was clogged full of urine and paper. A very strong scented candle was plugged into the outlet.

I went in for a B12 shot. The ladies who did them before were great. The girl who is there now is HORRIBLE! She does not know what she is doing. It has been about three weeks ago I went in and she injected it into my sciatic nerve. I cried out in pain when she put it in but she still kept going. I told her she injected it in the wrong place and she argued about it. She then said “I’ll move it over next time.” There is no way I’ll let her get near me again. That was the fourth time she gave me an injection, and it got worse each time. I went to my doctor and showed her where the injection was done. She confirmed it should not have been injected there due to the sciatic and other nerves located there. I now have pain in that area that runs down my leg and will require some kind of treatment. I contacted the manager at the number listed and never heard back.

Went in for a drug test. Bathroom was clean and Annie was professional in making the process quick and easy.

Prior to the end of June there was a girl in there that was wonderful at giving me my monthly B12 shot. I have been told she is not longer there. The last 2 months when I went the experience was not so pleasant. I think the girl may need some additional training. The first time when she gave me my shot she gave it up close to my shoulder where there is not a lot of tissue and my arm hurt for days. This last time which was this week, she did the same thing but it was worse. It was really close if not on a surgery scar and it hurt when she gave it to me and it hurt when she was done. My whole arm was aching and it bled much more than it had ever bled before. I dont think she put it in the right spot and she didnt squeeze much of the tissue when she gave it. I was going to the store after that and when I got there I took the bandaid off since it had finally stopped bleeding. There was a lump about the size of quarter where she had given me the shot. I thought maybe the medicine had pooled there for some reason, I realized later after I had been rubbing it to get it to go down that it has been blood pooling there since I now have a very sore bruise. I will be finding someplace else to get my shot.

Great place. Nice atmosphere, friendly. Slightly higher price than the cheapest online I googled but well worth it. Ask for Danielle.

Im a business owner and Danielle was AMAZING at explaining the process and how to setup our account. We use them for all new hire screening and any random screenings we need for our company! So glad to have found them!!

Place smells of urine, really strong. They probably need another person working instead of just 1.

I needed a tb skin test for a new job. At 9 am the trash in the lobby was overflowing. Went into the exam room and it was covered in dust and scraps of paper all over the floor. In a medical setting youd expect some cleanliness.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Their weight loss program is the least expensive one that I have found in the area, and it is definitely worth more than they charge! I would definitely recommend this place!

Originally when I went, the staff I dealt today was tremendously off putting. She acted like I was an inconvenience. She was on a personal call in the back when I got there and acted like I had interrupted her. There was no one in the lobby. I had called earlier at 215(ish) bc I needed some records and was told she would look for it when I got there. I was specific when I told her what I needed. I wasnt told until after I had driven here that there were no records of what I was looking for. I just feel like the situation could have been handled differently and more efficiently for all parties involved. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

Rude and dont do there jobs. These people are a joke the other one down and across the street are alot better polite, know exactly what they are doing and take pride in it.

I have to get a tuberculosis test done twice per year. This is always my go to place, they are good as well as extremely friendly.
