Savannah was amazing! I’ve never had someone as amazing as her. Didn’t even feel the stick. She was very personable and gave me perfect instructions for my labs and urine catch.

No negatives. The staff is very nice, I never wait for long periods of time, and Ive never had a bad stick. They get me in and out pretty quickly.

They have always done very well drawing blood for my young children, which is no easy task. The staff has been kind, patient, and helpful. Also, the new facility is very nice.

Dont use this lab! THE only reason there is ONE star is because NO stars wont allow me to post this !!! So subtract six stars to get my actual rating.They didnt get my blood work results to my cardiologist prior to my appointment, even though I had it drawn almost a week prior. When I used the location on Porter last year, it worked perfectly. This location was more convenient, but Ill never use this lab again. My doctors appointment was a waste of time and money, without having my lab results.

I brought my therapy dog with me who is certified while my fiance was getting his blood work drawn .the tech came and told me unless she was a service dog she couldnt be here . She was very very rude and the other little man who was waiting even said something. She could have been nicer. I am in the medical field as well . I understand when patients need their therapy,service,or ESA,person. Just try to be more understanding. She wasn waiting in the waiting room not around the lab.

Unbelievable. Spent over two hours here with a two year old who needed an allergy blood test. Left with both arms stuck and NO blood drawn. No offer for a refund, no offer for other options, simply a sorry we did the best we could Parents, please note! There is no competency here for children. (and I might add, another nurse and I held her perfectly still while the 2nd nurse fished for a vein in both arms.)

DLO’s sometimes get a bad rap. This place is clean, efficient, and friendly. In and out in 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me. Nurses were knowledgeable and no complaints from me!

Quick and efficient. No appointment needed. Technician was nice and friendly.Hours listed on website are incorrect. This clinic is closed noon to 1pm each day for lunch.Voicemail system is not professional. Sounds like a cheap answering machine used by someone at home. It needs to at least identify the business and state the hours. All this one says is, Hello. Please leave a message after the beep.

I went in on a Saturday at 11am (they closed at 12pm) to get blood work. They were super nice and the whole process took maybe 10 minutes. They were great!

Location is perfect, with easy parking and access. Staff was professional. They got the samples without any problems. It was quick and easy.

I love this place! They are the best at drawing blood.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I took my 5mo old in for blood work and they dug the needle in both his arms for what felt like forever & wasn’t able to draw any blood. They advised me to come back another day & to make sure he is hydrated! He just had a bottle less than an hour ago. The problem was that they had no clue what they were doing. My poor son was screaming, literally screaming, in pain while they shoved the needle around in his arm!! Stay away from this place.

This DLO is very bad on the communication. It took over an hour for them to inform us that there was an out standing bill due to an insurance issue. Then wanted us to wait another day to come back to take the test we had come in for. The staff here has no appropriate customer service to serve people they are very rude. I do not recommend this DLO location

Sitting here now at 3:30 pm there is one person here doing check-ins and drawing blood and everything else. Why is she here alone? There is a full lobby waiting for assistance. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Poor girl!

Slowest lab ever, came in for a pre-employment urinalysis and waited an hour and a half with just four people ahead of me.

They do not answer their phone (at least not the one listed)
