Absolutely terrible experience. And don’t even try to call client services. Lady on the phone hung up on me because I was trying to get blood work sent to the doctor and she was mad thwt I was trying to get it sent over again. Lady at the front desk did not know what she was doing either. Will never be back

This place is super easy for a trucker to get to and they are super friendly and fast. I loved it! :)

Don’t come here if you can avoid it. They said that you must sit in their lobby and wait an hour before taking your test (no reason was given). If you leave they will not allow you to come back and take it later. There were a bunch of people sitting in the lobby without masks and nothing was done about it, despite that being against the city’s current regulations.

If I could I would give negative stars. This is the second time they have screwed up my husbands blood work. We will NEVER be back. The orders were written out plain enough even I knew what the doctor wanted. I dont care that we will have to pay extra to go to a out of network lab. It will be worth it.

This place is awesome. The staff is wonderful. Very professional.

They will call you from random numbers and harass you all the way into the evening with phone calls id you owe them anything. THIS HARASSMENT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
