Took my 2 year old son to get his first haircut here. They were phenomenal! The stylists name was Camo, she was patient, friendly, and gave my son the haircut I asked for. The price was very reasonable, and the atmosphere is very charming. We will be taking our son back there, and continue to support our local businesses!

With haircuts its not about the place you go as much as the stylist who cuts you. Mine was great

Took my granddaughter to Mane Man on Lindsey and Berry this past Saturday, didnt notice the sloppy work until later, how could the stylist cut so uneven? A nice lady at In Style at Penneys is cleaning up Mane Mans novice work right now.

I’ve been going here for years, the salon is always clean and have friendly staff. I go to amber for the past 8 years. Also Mandy is Great to Even if you decide to lashes or hair.

Cut for my son- we both asked for only about a quarter to at most half of an inch to be cut from the top, and repeatedly mentioned to “keep it as long as possible, but clean it up”. Instead she kept cutting more and more to try and even it out, and he got well over a full inch cut off. It looks nothing like what was expected when we walked in. It’s still not evenly cut on one side. Terrible job. Great Clips or Sport Clips can do just as poorly.

It was the fastest haircut I ever had and thats not a good thing. Went in for a cut left with a fa e full of hair and down my shirt. I had to bow over and brush the hair off my face then went to my car and got the rest off my knock and ears. Luckily I had a spare tshirt or I would be itching all day. Seems more concerned about getting thru than doing a complete job. Quality over Speed will get them more custo.ers.

I normally go to this particular barber, and normally get a pretty good haircut, unfortunately today although my hair looks great, my neck is trashed along with half my beard. The lady ended up cutting my neck several times and now I have a 2 sets of raw/ rashed skin on my neck. While doing my sideburns unfortunately she cut off a portion of my beard and left it uneven, although it wasnt even supposed to be touched. Normally a 4 star place. Today ill give 2 because the hair looks great. But ill never sit though that again.

I love to support local business, and I ve always been very happy with these guys, but this time my guy got a girl that didnt seem to care, and didnt listen to what he wanted. Also they raised their prices, so we paid more for a not great hair cut.

LaDonna cut my hair and she was very friendly but did not listen to my request at all. I went in with my hair wavy/curly as it is naturally and stated I wanted about an inch off. I specifically said I wanted to start with my hair longer and see if I wanted to shorter after the inch was gone. Its easy to go shorter but after its cut off its gone... Needless to say she cut off 3-4 inches and when I went home to straighten my hair that night it was completely uneven. So not only did I get a much shorter haircut than I had planned but its completely uneven 1 place in the front and 2 in the back.

Great prices for a good haircut. My son enjoyed his cut and shampoo a lot. Staff was great and friendly. Overall was a great experience.

After calling to book an appointment with Shawn, he told me hes doing walk-ins only on Friday, so a couple hours later I arrive for a haircut. Theres a gentleman in Shawns chair getting a haircut and Im the only person waiting. 45 minutes later, Shawn finishes with the man hes working on but as I stand up, a young man walks through the door and sits down in Shawns chair for a beard trim. Shawn tells me itll take 6 minutes, and after 20 minutes I walked out. I was looking for a barber closer to my home and Shawn came as a recommendation from a friend, but my search continues.

The lady who answers the calls was very rude & I havent been wowed by this salon except twice out of the numerous times Ive been here, the other Mane Man locations are worlds apart from this 1 as far as customer service. I have a 9am appointment, fingers crossed theres better quality in person🤞

On my way to texas i found this place after failed attempts in edmond, okc and moore. Im glad i couldnt get a quick cut at the other places i tried. Ashley did a great job on my head cowlicks and all lol its worth the drive from where i live in edmond to get my haircut here.

Let me preface this by saying that I got a good quality haircut here that looks good. Unfortunately, it is absolutely nothing like what I wanted. I was going from really, really long hair to much shorter. I described what I had before I let my hair grow out to the lady, I had a picture (it was a previous picture of me, not a celebrity. I know they arent miracle workers.) And I feel like I didnt get listened to. As a result, I now have hair thats shorter than I have ever had before, and its not what I wanted. Good staff, good service, bad listening and understanding before they chop it off.

My husband got his haircut here, showed the lady a picture of what he wanted, and the lady couldn’t stop talking to my husband about politics long enough to give him a decent haircut. It was absolutely horrible! You’re better off going to the one on Porter- Krista was a miracle worker and was somehow able to fix it. Save yourself the time and money!

So friendly!!!! The lady that cut my hair did an absolutely amazing job. It has been over 3 years since my hair was cut (she got off probably 16 or so) and she gave me a really cute style that she said would look best with my face shape. I love the cut!

This place is the best! Amber is a master at her craft and is always continuing her education to keep up with current styles and techniques. Ill be a client of hers always. 3 hour drive or not.

If you are a man wanting a clean cut, do not go here! I repeat, do not go here! I wish I could take a picture and show you the past 3 consecutive cuts from the mane man. I gave them several chances, and they NEVER followed through. This is a salon, not a barbershop!

Used this business many times and had a terrible experience today. One hairdresser went ridiculously fast and made fun of me for asking for a different girl when she couldn’t perform. Work business experience in years. This employee should be fired and the owner, Jerry, shouldn’t allow this level of terrible employee behavior. Disappointed in the business but will return for Mallory (excellent).

I gave her clear instructions on how to cut my hair and she completely threw it out the window and ruined it. To say the least of you are assigned to her, request someone else. Never had anything bad to say until her today.

The hair stylists are hit and miss. After a recent miss, I’m never coming back. My sideburns were very uneven and my haircut looked pretty bad overall. The stylist completely disregarded what I asked her to do with my hair. At the end of my haircut, I had to ask her to make my sideburns even and she had a lot of trouble getting them close to even. If you want a simple haircut, go here, otherwise find somewhere better.

Ive been getting my hair done at mane man for over a year now. Amy is my go to woman, she is very talented. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

I have received a lot of great hair cuts here, however in the last month or so a new girl has given two horrible cuts. She has issues blending a fade and leaves if VERY choppy. Wont be back in fear of sitting in her chair again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My teenage daughter went in here for an ombre, and came out with grayish silverish hair. She wanted blonde. The stylist said she overtoned it, but that it was better to overtone than to undertone, and that it would wash out in a couple of days/ washes. It has been 4 washes, and its still gray! Now its falling out in big clumps/strands.We went in for a consultation, and they made an appointment for the next day. When were got there, the lady that made the appointment had a different lady do it. Apparently, she didnt tell the lady that did my daughters hair that we were even coming.Then, while in the chairs, the people getting their hair done were just left in the chair while the ENTIRE staff went to get a picture taken with a celebrity. Then our stylist kept texting and calling her mom WHILE bleaching my daughters hair.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!This is AWFUL! DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!I called the manager, and was told bring her back in and well see if we can fix it. If not, well give you your money back. Are you kidding me? My daughters hair is FALLING OUT, and you want her to come back?Im NOT letting them touch her hair again!!!!!My family gets all of their hair cut here, but wont anymore!!!!!

The Mane Man provided me with one of the most frustrating haircut experiences Ive ever had. My stylist was probably the most absent-minded Ive had anywhere. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut and I gave her a rough idea of what I was looking for. But at no point after that brief interaction did she stop to ask if I liked how it was looking or suggest that I feel my hair to see if the length was right. Perhaps the worst thing she did was completely trim my sideburns (making them thinner!) without asking me. Not messing with someones sideburns without asking is one of the most basic guidelines to follow when cutting someones hair. I had thought all stylists were aware of it, but I guess not at The Mane Man.

On their website they tell me they close at 6 I come at 4.They tell me their close while theyre still giving others haitcuts I dont get that.

These people obviously don’t know what a wait entails. A wait is any time I have to sit in the store not getting my haircut. I called telling them the time I would be there asking if they had a wait and they told me no. I walk in to them cutting hair for 20 mins. Horrible location and even worse employees
