They left multiple bubbles in my nails...i was supposed to have a design on middle finger that was never added...my thumb nails are two completely different shapes

There was a specific tech there that did a wonderful job, younger guy. He was fantastic & did amazing. My friend didnt have quite the same experience as me. I think it completely depends on who works on you at this place. Her nails were sloppy.

Guy absolutely didn’t care at all! Was throwing stuff around and kicking stuff out of the way! Paid no attention to the cut on my toe and just kept working right over it! Also paid no attention to when I jerked from something hurting just kept on going! Will never ever come back or recommend! Worst place I’ve ever been to!

Went and got pedicures with my hub... did a poor job on both our feet nothing was removed on either of our feet both are still Callist he kept getting distracted by the TV too the point where he would do nothing when he scrubbed the top of my foot with a brush as he was looking at the TV he actually hurt me by scrubbing to much leaving it red not paying attention he painted my toes he messed up on my big toe so now its all jagged looking got our brow waxed for a clean up she did mine surper thin in total spent 130$ for poor Service

Went to Pro Nails wanting to get a set of acrylics done. First thing I noticed was the place was not very clean.. It was a longer wait, which I was fine with, but once they started doing my nails, more and more people started to come in. I could tell she was rushing to get my nails done, and she got the acrylic solution/powder around my fingers, which ended up burning and irritating them even after I washed my hands. I didn’t notice how uneven and clumpy they were until after I left, and it was every single nail, not just a few. Also not happy with the paint and design I got, the paint was uneven and did not dry properly even after I spent 15 minutes at the nail dryer because of how quickly she put the second coat of paint on. I have never left a bad review for any business or product, but after spending over $55 for nails that I am absolutely unhappy with, I don’t want someone to go through the same thing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just went to have my girlfriends acrylics done today (9/12/2020) and they did a terrible job of it. Chunks missing, poor painting job, hardly attached, acryliced her skin, didnt do the nails the way she asked and tried to cover up mistakes by painting her skin. Broke one just five minutes after we left still in the car. Rushed job with no effort. PLEASE SAVE YOUR NAILS AND DONT GO HERE!!!!

I asked for a pedicure and manicure with shallac. I ended not getting my pedicure after I saw how bad my shallac was. worse manicure ever. never again Ill come here. I do a better job at home

The initial lady tried to PEEL off my current dip, OUCH! Then left me in the chair with remover on while she went to do a pedicure, 15 minutes later another lady came but seemed inconvenienced. While using the machine to finish taking off my dip she kept burning me!! She was so rude about it. Tina, could have at least said sorry or looked me in the eye! Im from out of town but would never recommend this place. To top it off they charged us for a full manicure . No way ok.

Went to get a pedicure with my mom yesterday (7/26/2020). The man that did my mom’s pedicure was very rough and did not scrub her feet at all even though they wanted her to pay for that. My mom told the lady at the desk that the man did not scrub her feet, the man proceeded to yell very loudly and angrily for a good five minutes and I assume it was not nice things about my mom. My mom calls today to talk to a manager and she tells the lady on the phone what happened, no response. Will not being coming here again as the man working there made us very uncomfortable. Please please put this place out of business, always rushed and not good service.

Went to get a fill today and was charged more for a fill then I paid for the original set. Also, the ladies that did my fill left me with 3 bloody fingers! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

I’m not one at all to vent about service, but after my experience today Im still disappointed. Went today to get a deluxe pedicure, like I’ve had done In the past, usually massage, with more massage with some kind of soaps, then hot stones and towels.Today I had a very bad massage with lotion, then my toes got painted.. and that was it. The paint on my toes is smudged and also there is polish on my skin around nails.. so just looks sloppy. I wanted to have a relaxing experience and I didn’t get that at all here today.Also I guess I didn’t know the deluxe pedicure only consisted of the two things, so maybe things have changed? I’d just be sure to ask before getting a pedicure if you choose to come here. Maybe there was a miss understanding, with the person who did my pedicure.. I’d be happy to try again, if something could be done for the experience I had.Thank you

Unlike many of the reviews listed, I had a good experience here. The employees were nice but quiet, but I respect that. They were able to fit us in when every other nail salon in the town could not. The pedicure was very basic, though (no scrub or hot towel, and I wasnt asked if I wanted a design), so my only complaint would be the price for that. However, I do live out of town and do not come here on a regular basis.

She was very quick but my nails are jagged in places.

Going to have to have my nails redone, which shouldn’t happen for $50. Wish I could post photos. The old dip polish is all over my hands and wasn’t cleaned up. I have hangnails all over the place as a result from not filing . The new dip is also all over my nail beds and covers more of the skin around my nails than my nail itself 😔

I was there for quite a while to get my nails done. They did not disinfect their tools in between individuals and one male employee was sleeping in one of the pedicure stations. The employees were polite and nice but I need a clean place to get my nails done.

I have gotten acrylics done twice now. The first time was completely ok. I went in a second time for a fill. Again, they were very polite to me. However, I left with the acrylic not filed down correctly and acrylic literally on my finger. I still give them three stars because I went in two days later with my receipt and they fixed it free of charge. They were not rude and they were very willing to fix it.

Went there for a while... Then I realized how sloppy, rude and over-priced they were! I wont even get into detail. Take my word for it and make an appointment at Lee. Way better quality and atmosphere altogether!

I LOVE this place! I have been coming here for 18 years and have always been satisfied . They take thier time, are very helpful when wanting a special style, whether classic or fun!

Not very impressed. As a licensed cosmo. I could have did to my own nails as to what they did on mine but. Since i had a wedding i cant do them myself. Very sloppy rushed and very unsanitary. Its all about the money i get that. But its about making customers come back as well.

I come here regularly and always receive exceptional service even when they’re busy. I always use “my” lady, she’s the best!!

The place was not very clean the workers seemed so crabby and in a hurry to get us out seen one of the workers use a brush that was used on another persons feet to clean the pedicure tub my friends and I have nail polish all over our hands and feet and the sides of our nails and the all the way back to the cuticle was missing polish it was a horrible experience and definitely will not be going back

The tech was more concerned about what was on the TV behind me and her conversation with her coworkers than doing what she was being paid to do. I really couldnt get out of there fast enough. Only has 1 star because I cant give zero stars.

Horrible service, extremely unprofessional, and a very dirty facility!! I went in to get a fill for acrylics, I sat down at a station that had someones fingernails all over it and nail file dust everywhere, she didnt even wipe down the table or put down a towel, then the lady proceeded to remove my acrylics. She took a nail tip and started to ram it under the acrylic against my real nails and rip it off. She was ripping my nails off my nail bed and I started to bleed all over her station. I told her to stop and pulled my hands away telling her she was hurting me and I was bleeding, she insisted that she needed to finish. I didnt allow her to finish, and I stood up to leave, the manager then came to me and said I needed to pay for my service, I said excuse me your employee made me bleed and tore my nails off the nail bed. She would not let me leave until I paid them $10 for literally ripping off my nails which caused me to bleed. I highly recommend that you do not go to Pro-Nails!

Went with two other friends and two of us got shellac and the other got white tips of the acrylics. Its been three days and my shellac is already chipped completely off and I dont do any hard work with my hands. The lady that did both of our shellacs didnt cover our nails completely either. She rushed us and didnt care. Anywhere I go they will always ask if I like it so far and they take their time. I also thought the price was ridiculous for the white tips. Everywhere Ive gone they only charge $25 and my friend paid $38. She didnt get anything special either. I will not be returning to this place at all.

Aweful! The last two times I have gone they have not done what I asked for. I simply asked for a fill of my acrylic nails.... the first time she said shellac.. I had never done it so I did... it was peeling off in a couple day and eventually turned a yellowish brown. When I went today I asked for a pedicure and fill. My pedicure was ok nothing special, when I went to get my nails done I asked for acrylic explaining the shellac last time turned brown, when she was getting closer to done she said again, shellac? I said no I said I wanted acrylic white tips, she said it was too late, then just painted on my tips. I paid.... $75 for mind you an ok pedi and what painted tips? I left and it smudged I went back in and said it smudged. They then made me pay to put SHELLAC on so it was a clear coat when I wanted acrylic tips!?!? $100 for a fill and pedi?!? Never again will I be back.

They really snapped on my nails they did a perfect job, couldnt have asked for a better set of nails.

TERRIBLE service. I waited 2 hours to get my nails filled. Rude service and they do not give you what you want and way over priced. I will never give them my money again. If youre looking for a place to get nails done or pedicures I highly recommend not going to Pro Nails.

Took an hour to just get polish on my nails, no shellac, just paint. The morning after one of them chipped and by day 2, 6 nails are chipped. Rushed work, not worth the money

I did not have a good experience here. My feet soaked in the cold water for two hours before anyone came to start my pedicure. When they did come, their work was very rushed and just not very good. By the time I was done, I looked at my feet and was not happy with the messy, unprofessional results. I paid way too much for bad service.
