Do NOT go to this place. Terrible service and I developed a severe infection after a week! For your own safety and health do not go here. You will regret it. I don’t know when I’ll be able to have my nails manicured again after the damage that was done. I am truly appalled at what happened to me and I just wanted to warn others.

Complete ignorance !! We walked in for a girl day and CHOSE to wear our masks. The store was empty of clients, employees only. The proprietor let us know we could take our masks off if we wanted. We acknowledged and said we would keep them on. After that we were told that we had to come back at 6:00 pm, SEVEN HOURS LATER, if we wanted to wear masks…WHAT?!?That’s fine. Your business. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Been going since they opened in 2000. I wont go anywhere else because I always end up going back to this place. Best if you go in person to check for prices. They are very clean and professional. The owner is very nice. I never had any bad incidents weather it was with my mom or by myself or with friends.

They will not serve you unless you take mask off. Automatically added %12tip to the charge. Before any service is done. Ive gone here for years, but I will not go back. If they want to MAKE you take off mask when we are in a pandemic is absolutely disgusting. NO ONE WORE MASKS.

Upon arriving Henry greeted me and they got me seated for a soak off and gel polish change. While filing my nails down I was cut TWICE. after the 3rd near cut with the file I requested a new nail tech and she was much nicer and and less reckless than Henry. She painted my nails nicely and sent me on my way but I later realized I was bleeding on two separate hands! After paying 65$ for a take off and gel polish I more than likely won’t be returning. Also they lack their gel polish swatches so I had to individually open them one by one to see what color I would like next.. just overall, I would go somewhere else and save myself the stress.

I have gone here for three years. Just last weekend I was told I cant not wear my mask, I informed the owner that Im fully vaccinated but Im immuno compromised. She told me theres a policy where I can not wear my mask in the shop whatsoever. I offered my vaccination card but she just kept smiling and laughing and saying I can not wear my mask.

I requested a pedicure and was seated in the waiting area. They had several customers receiving pedicures and they were all seated next to each other, no distance between customers and COVID is very much still active. Im like okay no big deal I have my mask on, however I noticed after each pedicure they only rinsed the tub no disinfecteing it just rinsed with water. When it was my time to get in the chair for my pedicure I asked could she disinfect the tub after I just watched her rinse it with water from the last person. She said no. I asked her again thinking she didnt understand my question as this is common practice for hygienic reasons and she said no. I left immediately and will not return.

After going so many years there.. I was asked to leave because I refused to take off my mask. So disappointed

Always amazing service. Every time I go in they go above and beyond. My nails look good from when I get them done till I get my next fill, they last. Great customer service and they always got something interesting on the TV.

I just went there this morning. First customer in. Young lady did my nails, eyebrows, and pedicure. It was nice, relaxing, and 140 approval raiting! Not rushed. Great job, and well worth it! It was only $90 for all 3 services plus tip! By taking her time, I mean I got there about 910 and left after 11! Newly remodeled it looked as well. And brand new pedi chairs!

I absolutely love this place! They are super clean and everyone is so professional. Its a very relaxed environment and they definitely go above and beyond to pamper you! Each time I come in here they are doing something new. Never had a bad experience.

Sorry I did not read their reviews first. I was told by Vanessa to think before giving my review because Im a teacher and she could go to my school. However, I choose to share for others good. We went for couples manicures and pedicures. I said I wanted gel nails. She said it was $20 extra. He paid $160 plus gave a $65.00 tip. Some of my toenail polish came off within the hour. When I called to see if I could come back and get the gel nail polish on my toes, she said it would be extra. I really feel $225 should cover that.

Hot stone pedicure is amazing!

Not impressed. I used to come here as a teenager but hadn’t gone back since. Decided to give it a try since I got off work early and had some free time before I picked up my son. My $30 dollar pedicure lasted about 15 min. My foot massage was a whole 1 min long and she didn’t even rub my feet just my legs! The cuticle trimming took about a minute also. For $30 I’d rather go to Lotus Day spa where they actually care about making their customers feel relaxed and comfortable. I usually go to lotus but they’re usually busy and you need an appointment most of the time. From now on I’m just gonna make my appointments and go spend my money there. If your in a rush and need something quick then this is the place to go. But if you want to wind down and relax go somewhere else. But really where else do you go to get a pedicure and the basic doesn’t include a massage?!

They are nasty and over priced the manager is rude and disrespectful she called the police when I questioned a $150 over charge

Very rude, unprofessional and has an attitude! Racially profiles!! I thought it was just me at first, but I watched her let several white customers come in and pay after services, black customers she makes them pay prior to service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give it a zero star but that not an option. If you plan on getting your eye brows done dont waste your money. I literally gave them $15 for her to destroy my face. And wasnt even sorry about she caught a whole attitude when I told her she took off entirely to much. Then preceeded to open the door for me to leave the shop. Please do not give this business your money. The boss I assume was exceedingly rude when I asked about pricing for my daughter who has 7 fingers (a sensitive matter for a child). To make matters worse for my daughter, she grabbed her hand and asked, Where you get these?. I told her and she said, You go back there then!. Oh my freaking God! This business just earn themselves a lawsuit.

RECOMMEND. Came for a gel pedicure. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean and the chairs are very good quality. The service was excellent and I will likely return. I took off one star bc the gel pedicure was a little pricier than what I normally see.

Utterly disappointed. The day before yesterday I went in order to do my eyelashes. Yesterday night as I was trying to take off a tiny piece of white cotton stuck to the lash, a whole bunch, probably 3 clusters glued together came off. I called the salon today in order to ask for a refund and was blatantly refused. I wasted a whole 40$ for lashes that lasted a mere day only. I will never in my life go there again and can tell future clients if you want to waste a hard earned 40 $, they sure are experts in doing that.

Ive only been once. Kathy did my nails. She did a good job far as my gel nails. My design with Jews not so much. I also got my lashes done. This is one of the reasons for the 1 star... my lashes came off the very next day. I paid $35. I usually go to la nails but my nail and lash tech was on vacation. This place is VERY overpriced for their work. Gel nails are $20/color which is ridiculous! I shouldve read the reviews prior to going here. For lashes and one decorative nail I paid 85 thats not including the tip. I go to la nails and get the same work preformed for half the price. And not to mention my lashes last almost 2 mos. Beware of this place!

So today me and my daughter went her to wax out my mustache everything was ok until when they waxed it out it was painful and they rip all of my upper skin at was bleeding a bit and it was really red. I would not recommend you to wax yourself.

New in the area. Thought the shop looked nice, stopped in for a pedicure. Spa pedicure Does not come with the massage part of a pedicure you have to pay $10 extra. Really?Got the callous removal and the lady barely removed anything. Had to ask for more an the nail tech was rude about it. I’m paying for it!!!Nail tech broke my toenail and when I asked for them to repair it they told me that too would be an extra $10 ok so YOU broke my nail I pay to repair it? Nope won’t be going back here. Very confrontational when I spoke up about her breaking my nail. Wanted to leave before the pedicure was over when she broke my nail and wouldn’t fix it she instituted I pay full price for an unfinished pedicure that I wasn’t happy with.I explained to her that if she charged me I would not return. I LOVE this nail shop. Been here and there over the years but not ever really satisfied. Couldnt get the same person from week to week. The nail tech, Ms V, has done my nails everytime I have been to this shop. She takes her time and has NEVER hurt me & that is a big plus for me. Will never go any place else as long as she stays with this shop. She is A #1 with me.

Had a broken toenail and they made it look like it was never broken. My family and i got pedicures with designs and they were beautiful and very good at the eyebrow waxing my mother got. The hot stone spa pedicure was absolutely amazing. We will definitely go back.

My nails are horrible! They also made me pay first...my nails were wet 2.5 hrs later and I woke up in the middle of the night with my blanket stuck to them!! They also werent helpful or friendly! I actually went to nails ect. This morning and had them fix the polish and file out the stuff she got into the acrylic. That cost me an additional 17.00 so it was an expensive lesson! Hopefully this review can save you some money and time.

This is horrible customer service. The lady was so rude. She wanted to charge before service and I said to her what if I change my mind she said you can change your mind! Bye.. I was amazed how rude she was.

Today was my second time going in and I will never return. They are capable of doing decent designs but they are totally and completely inconsistent with pricing and will scam you if you give them the chance. I went right before Easter and got a fill and a design on all 10 of my fingers and spent $60. Today I went in to get a fill and a design on One finger and it was going to be $42 which I was OK with that I decided that I wanted to do a design on two fingers and the price jumped from $42-$60 I asked her why it was such a big jump for one more finger and she says because they charge for design not per finger so I say OK so if I got all 10 fingers it would be the same price she says no because we charge per finger I said well that was just totally contradicting. I let them do the Phil and the regular polish and I wanna go back I feel that there is other nail salons in the area that do just as good work that are far more honest.

So I wanted a regular pedicure, gel polish removal with a regular manicure, not gel, just regular, and eyebrows waxed, the lady prints a slip saying it’s $70. First off, that’s very pricey for Norfolk, and then she says you have to pay up front before you get your nails done. I’m sorry what....I have never in my life paid for nails, hair, anything up front...it could turn out looking awful and I’ve already paid you...no mam. I got up and left. This place will not last.

Spent 250 in the past 2 visits. Used to love this place but the last 2 visits my nails messed up with In 3 days. I get all the bells and whistle and the highest quality stuff they have available theres no reason my nails should be ruined in 2-3 days. Last time I told them about the polish peeling off my toes after 3 days and they didnt even offer a discount. I will not return and do not recommend.

HORRIBLE service!! I got my nails done 2 days ago and 2 of them already popped off. Not broke, like completely popped off and theyre not even long at all. I have an air pocket on another nail at the bottom where its about to pop off as well being it wasnt put on correctly. I called and asked about it and she told me send her a picture of them because if they completely popped off of their fault and theyll fix them. I sent her a picture of how the full nail completely popped off and it being her fault completely went out the window. High prices for HORRIBLE service. DO NOT recommend.

Though the environment is nice and relaxing, they are overpriced for the quality of their work. They also try to up-sale you while you are there, trying to slip in extra things you didn’t ask for. They come off as rude sometimes. I wouldn’t recommend.

Please do not waste your money or time here. I never write reviews but this place is horrible! They do not make you feel comfortable to be there at all. It’s always like the employees there are talking about you, we may not speak the sane language but we know... They also racially profile their black customers.They made me pay for the service before i even got my nails done... I watched other people walk in and pay after the service was completed. The place however is very clean with nice decor but definitely way over priced. Never going back again.. if you dont want to wait in line to get your nails done you can go there because theres never a wait because they never have alot of customers.

If you have money to blow for a mediocre nail job, this is the place to go. I was charged $80 for a fill, that I could have gotten anywhere else for half the price. You would think with that price the nail job was at least good, well it wasnt. The application was not professionally done, I have streaks of the nail polish on every nail. Please, listen to all the bad reviews for this business because they are correct. Severely over priced. Go somewhere else and save your money.

Amazing! I stumbled upon this salon because my “go-to” (now my plan b) nail salon was booked. This place is def a gem! Their designs are top notch and reasonably priced. They are perfectionists, so don’t be in a rush when you get there. They can do everything ladies, matte, foil designs, Halloween, 3D, literally EVERYTHING!!!Bomb nails aren’t cheap and cheap nails aren’t Bomb! This is definitely my “go-to” spot now lol*** keep in mind that if you’re trying to get nails designs that aren’t just “one or two lines down the middle” it’s going to cost you. Especially if you’re doing rhinestones and designs you find off Pinterest. You’re paying for labor also, it takes a lot of time to make the design perfect***

This is the last freaking straw. I used to come to this place all the time. But now, Im sick and tired of it. The older woman there that always wears her smock too tight has THE WORST attitude ever. Like shes doing us, the customers, a favor, although we are the ones paying her for her services. Today I needed to get a fill and one repair because one of my nails fell off. She asked me to sit at her station, but I said Id like to wait for another tech. She got an attitude and said well it wont be for another hour. So i decided to sit at her station instead. So i told her that I also needed my nails to be shorter. So she files my broken nail and glues on the fake one. Then, she gets NAIL CLIPPERS and cuts my acrylic nails!!! Way too short and super uneven to the point if she went back and filed them to smooth the edges, THERE WOULD BE NO NAIL LEFT!!!. So i looked at my nails in awe, and she got an attitude. To clear the air I said that most techs usually file or drill them down. She got ANOTHER ATTITUDE and said well you can just wait for someone else to do them then. Then she gets up and walks away telling me to sit in the waiting area. 2 minutes later she comes back and says well the other tech won t be able to do your nails because its 7 and we close at 8. Im like, okay??? Thinking Im about to walk out the salon with half of my nails cracked up with one half way missing. And thats exactly what she was saying. And told me I could come back the next day. Needless to say, i told her about how every time I go to her store, she has the worst attitude. On a good note, the new tech in the very back on the far right is the best NAIL tech. The only reason they get 1 star.

I spent $172 at this place, I had my nails and feet done, and my brows and lashes. They charged me $20 for two finger with nail art, I only want two rhinestones. Also, they charge extra for removing caluses and ingrowns. I paid $32 for my lashes, they fell off the next day!! I went back to try to get them repaired, and the owner told me I would have to pay $25. She had no sympathy that the work provided in her shop was not good work. She offer no free repair or to give me my money back. She smiled in my face instead. This place will never get my money again. And to think, I tipped $20 to her and my nail tech before I left pisses me off!!

This was the worst service ever!! Don’t waste your time nor money. My friend and I went there on Saturday. First of all, my friend got a pedicure and the lady told her to dip her own feet in the wax five times. I was getting a nail color change and they tried to charge me $40 just to change the color!! They sat there and talked about us and I know this because the woman she was talking to kept making eye contact with me. Talk about us all they want to but don’t rip us off. You also have to pay for your service before you even receive the service . The manager was to busy yelling and talking over any of her workers that were actually worth something and doing their job correct . Poor management. Manager is to worried about who she’s gonna be in bed with that night . Never going again !

Went in for a manicure and pedicure, was asked to pay first which is very strange. They did the manicure first which again is weird normally they do the pedicure first, the nail tech cut my cuticles making it bleed and proceed to still put clear coat polish over it. broke one if my nails while filing it and a day later it’s already chipping. Basically it looks like i painted my own nails. For the pedicure, well she didn’t wait for my mani to dry so when she put my purse next to me she hit my nails and had to redo them. Also, I got to pick a scent for the pedi, i choose lemon. She used lavender and I really hate lavender and didn’t pick it for that reason. They mainly just massage your legs not your feet. So for the price $75(includes tip) vs the quality not worth it.

This used to be my favorite spot to get my nails done. When I first came here they had a VIP membership where you would get deals monthly, they did this for as long as I’ve been coming here which has been over 6 yrs. I went on deployment and came back this year to them not doing it anymore. They also hiked the prices up by $10, in which I didn’t mind. I come in today and they hiked the prices up again $10 more. I’m def going to have to find me a new spot to get my nails done, there is no reason why prices should keep going up. Especially monthly when I get the same thing every time I come here

Had to change my review (from 5 stars to 1) after my most recent visit there. The customer service has demonished TREMENDOUSLY. They used to be a nice shop. The main lady there today was rude! She cut me off before I could finish my question and assumed i wasnt/couldnt pay for myself. I wont be giving them an opportunity to regain 5 stars!

You need to be careful on what nail tech you get. Never get the male. Not just cause hes a man, but everytime I get him, when he files my big toe, he files it to a point that it feels like a rug burn. I was in pain for about 3 days. I tried again and enjoyed the hot stone massage. Very nice recommend (beware, its $40). But this place never makes me wait, I wish they were more talkative to the customers. They offer goodies around the holidays though. Today when I went (May 2018), one nail tech was doing my friends nails. Her phone began to ring and answered. She kept getting up and had some sort of sickness. But I had got the soak and scrub pedi and a gel mani. I wish they labeled about everything they charge extra for.

I get my nails and eyebrows done here every 2 weeks and the work done has always been suffecient. The staff is very friendly and a soothing environment to relax.

Nice spa environment, but I specifically asked for gel nails and unfortunately this spa doesnt offer them. however they have signs indicating that the have gel, uv gel nails, when asked for gel acrylic nails I was told they only offer gel polish over regular acrylic. staff was friendly although there was only 1 person that looked like she was over 18.the young lady that did my nails would apply nail and move nail, never the less its been 3 days since I got my nails done n my pinky nail has come off. >(

It wasnt the first horrible experience at this nail salon. Actually this my third. First of all, she had me pre pay which is very strange. Do not waste your money here. I went in today for a nail fill and toe paint to match with my own nail polish which I purchased and brought in. I asked for a duplicate French style which I came in with and I didnt like the way they did it so the owner said I needed to pay an additional $10.00 to repaint after I said I was not happy with the original French paint job. I have receipts showing I spent a ridiculous $70.00 plus tip of $9.00 tip for an acrylic fill and toe paint (no pedicure). This woman does not belong in business. HORRIBLE!!!!😡

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This is my second time coming here. They open at 9 am and the first time I came I was outside waiting till 9:15ish for someone to come open. The second time I went they had horrible customer service. They had me waiting over an hour and a half. I was there before a few people and I was the last one seated and once I did get seated the same lady that was starting on my nails was working on two others peoples nails at the same time. After having me wait that long it was closing time she told me I couldn’t get my pedi even though me and a group of friends had been there since 5:50pm (they close at 8:30pm) After agreeing to give me a pedi she told me she would do it but wouldn’t let dry my nails because it was “too late” sure enough she didn’t let me dry my nails. Did a sloppy job on my nails. The lady forgot to paint the other half of my thumb. My fingers were all cracked around, I don’t recommend to anyone! Last time I will ever spend my money here.

The lady that did my nails said they were loose and coming off.. So she started taking them off and it felt like she was ripping my nails off... Then she had to soak them to get the nails off. So she lied about my nails being loose will not for back there!!!!

Original review, 5 stars new review: I love this nail salon because they take their time, I dont feel like they are rushing my mani pedi to get to the next customer/dollar sign. The service I have recieved there has been great. This is my go to nail salon on E Littlecreek and Ive tried the majority of them on this road.New thoughts: Everyime I have come in now, the prices change and always go up. I asked the owner/manager and she said, I had to pay for the soak off of the gel polish even though the 2 or 3 times before I had to have the polish soaked off before and then reapplied. They had all of the signs with the prices taken down and no service menues in the shop. I pretty annoyed, but my manicure still looks great.

Love coming to this salon to get my designs done by GiGi or Vanessa! I can show them a picture and they will do it exactly the way I want it 💅🏼 HOT STONES are my favorite !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Walked in and asked if they had time for a quick fill, no paint required and was told yes, just give them a minute. There was only 1 other customer in the store and both workers on staff were working on her. (Manager was one of the 2) After patiently waiting for 10 minutes another customer walked in as I was getting seated by the manager. She seats me, sees the other person walking in and then she asks me if I could wait another 15 minutes so she can wait on the lady who just walked in! I told her I couldnt because I had an appt and reminded her I had already waited 10 minutes and asked if the lady who just walked in was a appt client. She told me she was NOT and if I didnt want to wait I could find somewhere else to get my nails done. After reading through the reviews I see I am NOT the only one this manager has done this to! Thinking they need a new manager. I did find anotherSalon, Thi NAILS,go there, amazing people and amazing nails!!!

Ive been going here for 6 years, and have occasionally tried other places around town, but NailPro is by far the best place to get pampered.

I called before i came about eyelash extension and eyebrow waxing. when i arrived, it took them 5 mins to recognize i was there. I was told we dont do cheap eyelashes as i picked them out which was offensive because i came to spend my money. my eyebrows were poorly done and when i asked about them she said thats how your eyebrows go.. no maam ive never had that issue any other place getting them done. my eyelashes were cut super short and she even cut some of my natural lash. i havent had them even 24 hours and theyre already falling off. strange because i followed the instructions given to me. will not go back or reccomend.

Over price. The lady tells me to dip my hand in the parafin well at the end I was not just charged for my full set but the parafin which I never ask for but told to do. I live 2 mins away and still go a bit further away. I thought that was a slick move thwy did but lost a potential retuning customer but honestly the nail work was not worth it.

First time here.. Last time here.. Very rude pedicure man Henry who doesnt speak any English and doesnt know what he is doing.. The women are rude except for the one who did my eyebrows.. The owner chick charged me an extra $5 for a drill file when that usually comes with a $35 pedicure at my normal place. I will continue to take my business to Deluxe Nail Spa in Va Beach. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL!!!!! They dont appreciate it anyway and try to rob you with extra charges.

I always come here to get my nails done! Ive never had a complaint, everyones friendly and helpful :)
