The young man who gave me my pedicure made 2 of my toes bleed. Was rough, non - apologetic, hurt the skin around the nails! I liked going there, not sure if I am dissatisfied! ☹

Made an appointment for 2 at 530 and it was 645 before they got to us. The acrylic was alright. Way to bulky and he made both of our fingers bleed. Half way though the set I noticed he had sores on his hand that were uncovered. Then for what ever reason instead of finishing he lets his son pain our nails. And it turned out HORRIBLE. way to thick of layers didn’t even bother getting remotely close to the cuticle I had very noticeable flaws once the polish was on. The next day the gel was already starting to come off on places. Not worth the 1h40 drive nor the $60

She slapped my hand when she was doing my nails because it wasnt in the right position for her to paint it.

Visitng Nebraska from CA needed my acrylic overcoat filled on my real nails that are really long. I was a walk in and John the owner took care me did a very thorough job I was very happy!

I called and the got me in right away! The guy who did mine was very sweet and we had good conversations while he was doing my nails. He did a great job as well. I will definitely be going back to get them done again!!

Cut my finger made me bleed a little. Didn’t try at all. There was hair and he just covered it up. I walked out and rubbed my finger against the nail and it chipped. Was not worth my money. Made me very upset.

Ive been coming in for so long that I think everyone has got comfortable.No one takes their time with me anymore and my acrylics havent been as good as they used to be. Disappointed and thinking about a new nail tech.

Quick trip to Norfolk and last minute appt for my sister and myself. We were iffy about the atmosphere, but ended up being very pleased all around. I got gel polish and she had a fill and polish. We arrived 15 minutes early, they started promptly. Between the man and women working they did our nails in a timely manner, and we were both happy with our nails. They had one other customer they both tended to all while doing our nails. No issues, great service.

They were just awful! Made it a painful experience! The guy grinded so hard in my nails it burned, and on my skin!!! They did not follow COVID rules and regulations!!!

Went in for pedicures with two friends. Our tech did a great job. We knew wed have to wait since there were 3 of us, but it still didnt take an unreasonable amount of time. However, they lose an additional star since they charged me $30 for a basic, no frills pedicure.

I made an appointment but I dont know why. I had to wait 45 minutes. She spent about 15 seconds getting the dead skin off the bottoms of my feet. She does a good job other than that. I would rather drive to Sioux City next time.

I made an appt for a pedicure for myself and step daughter before coming in. We waited over a half hr . Feet in cold water from waiting so long. After the 1/2 wait 2 of the three workers started on new customers (one of which walked in after us) it was clear we had even a longer wait. There is a reason why people make appointments. If you cant commit to the time dont book customers. Never go back again!

They did a very good job on my nails and were very pleasant and personable, even at the end of the day. I will definitely be going back any time I need my nails done.

Horrible, they dont do good pedicures or manicures. She only ran a sponge across the heel of my foot and said it was soft! I guess if your feet are soft they wont do proper pedicures! I also went in for a refill on my nails, day 2 after leaving my nail fell off. Very poor service. Will NEVER go back!!

FANTASTIC! this place is great, the price is fair, and they do acrylic nails. the only negative thing i could say, is that it did take forever because they bounce between clients, so it took 2hrs to get my new set of acrylics done,. the gentleman who did mine took his time, but that is something you want! because they look amazing ! i have been to two places here in town, both made me feel rushed to get out. and the one in the mall, had given me toenail fungus from not having sterilized tools. i will be going to Lees nails from here on out!

You get your monies worth, the owners are great people, and make you feel at home.

I soaked longer than the actual pumicing, cuticle cutting, and painting took. When she was pumicing my heels, she continuously kept scratching my ankles, so now, I have scratch marks all over and portions of my skin feel raw. The calluses are still there because little time was spent on them. She didnt even work on the outside parts of my feet. I felt like she couldnt get me put of there fast enough.This was an extremely disappointing experience.
