Shani cut my hair she was good but I would suggest to sanitize clippers I had a reaction but she did what I asked

Went In July. Poor time management skills and customer service skills. Called to make appointment and was told I didn’t need to and to come at 12. Went there at that time and was told to wait 20 more minutes and he out r name on wait list. Came back and still had to wait (almost hour later to be seen). Lady told me my daughter hair was going to be uneven while cutting her hair. I’m sorry it’s your job to cut kids hair and you should know that type of clientele. If you couldn’t handle a little bit of a wiggly child don’t take that client. You do this for a living and you should never say they to your client. I should have left right then and not paid. Also was suppose to get the military discount and she said she applied it but I looked at the receipt and she did not. Also while the male was doing my other daughters hair she requested he cut it shorter than he did and he complained. I’m sorry we are paying you to do a service not the other way around. Awful experience!!!

Wish they put on their website or called/emailed to inform customers that their card reader wasnt working. Wasnt a big deal but I had an appointment, got there on time, and had to leave to get cash from the nearest atm once I walked in and was informed the card reader wasnt working. A minor inconvenience overall though and wouldnt deter me from going back. Went in for a trim. My stylist was polite, professional, clean, and knew what she was doing. She was quiet yet attentive to my concerns and made sure to keep me in the loop as she went so nothing happened that I didnt want to happen (like cutting off more than my desired amount) Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend!

I would normally rate my Supercuts 5-Stars. However, after making a reservation & arriving on time today, the stylist told me to wait for her to cut two waiting customers first. What, then, is the purpose of making an appointment? I hope this doesnt happen again. Theres a Haircuttery a few blocks away.

I went in earlier today and A woman named Janice took the time to give me the best cut and color I have ever had. My hair was dead and looking very rough and she gave me exactly what I wanted to get it back to a healthier look and feel. 10/10 she was very patient and took everything I said in to consideration and did not judge me for the damage my hair already had. I will definitely be back also the price was very good

Salon is not social distancing. Placing customers in chairs right next to each other for services when the rest of the salon is open. Granted it’s a chain and standard services, but nothing comes with a smile or anything resembling pleasant customer service. In terms of quality of services, good enough for basic cuts and was not disappointed.Salon was clean and on time/timely.

The gentleman who cut my hair did an excellent job.

Sometimes you need a simple hair wash and blow dry. I love that they provide that. I can bring my boys to get haircuts as well.

23$ for a fade?? Thats a joke. Its not a fade and it is uneven. The cutters lack experience and dont do a good job at all. Will not be returning.

Simply put: if you need a bowl cut, they could probably do it. Otherwise, dont bother. They simply cannot cut hair here and do not take their time when doing so.

I have an unusual work schedule, so when I come in for a cut it’s usually unplanned and so I get whomever is first available. Due to this, I have received cuts from Brianna, Caitlyn, and Shirley, and fortunately for me, all three of them listened and gave me EXACTLY the kind of cut and style I wanted. I’m a male, by the way, so I received a men’s cut, and every single time I’ve gone in my expectations have always been exceeded. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they’re as nice, polite, and professional as can be. Given the excellent services I’ve received, I also have to say that the prices are very good and I’d highly recommend any of the three I’ve received cuts from because they will no doubt do a fantastic job.

I have really liked the haircuts I had here. Each time I was able to walk-in without an appointment and was serviced within 10 minutes. I did bring my kids once months ago and the stylist did not fade either of the haircuts as requested. My son ended up with a bowl cut. We have not seen that stylist since so I doubt she works there anymore. I like that you dont have to pay for a wash whether or not you get one like some places.

Ive been twice, and it was the same person both times. She is kind, fast, and personable. I have had to wait both times (in the evening after work), but only for 3-5 minutes. I also get coupons in the mail, so I end up getting haircut for about 1/2 price. No complaints here.

I really enjoy Supercuts. Janice who cuts my hair is super nice as well as the rest of the girls. The place is always clean and when they try to sell you product, they dont jam it down your throat to buy it and I appreciate that, they suggest product. Always a great experience.

Helpful and attentive staff, though they do seem to be a bit under-staffed for the volume of customers. I usually have a good bit of a wait if I walk in. The store is just down the street from food and coffee, though, and the stylists are more than willing to take your name down while you run up the street.The salon is usually very tidy, though I admit I am used to stylists sweeping up after every haircut. I was impressed by the experience level. Despite living in a military city, I often have difficulty finding a decent military haircut. The stylists here had no trouble at all. Also, I highly recommend adding a wash to your haircut. Its very relaxing.

The place is clean and well managed, but the female who did my friends hair wasnt very experienced. He wanted a young looking style and she suggested a comb-over. 🤦 Ended up giving him a formal, almost militant style instead.Hair Cuttery in JANAF will be our only hair place.

Been going here for my haircut for the past 3+ years. This is definitely the best hair salon in Ghent, good value for price. The stylists are always friendly and whether you go in right when they open or right before closing they have a smile on their face and do a great job (contrast with Hair Cuttery on 21st where the stylists are haphazard).Supercuts also also has a happy hour Tuesday mornings which I frequent. Shout out to Brianna and Katie who work here and are by far the most amazing!

There were a lot of bad reviews for this place. However, I decided that the convenience of the location to my house overruled those. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the experience. It was probably the fastest haircut Ive ever had but it was still great. My cut is pretty simple but I would go back nonetheless.

I have been going there for almost a year and yeah its not a 4 star pamper salon. But for the money you get a good hair cut, (never had a bad cut) at a reasonable price. If your just an average guy looking for good clean cut. This is your spot. Not only do I always get a decent haircut but I have had 4 different people cut it and still came out fine. At least for men, ignore the bad reviews.

The personnel at this business appear to be poorly educated, have low skills at haircuts and have poor customer service. Don’t get your haircut there just because you are trying to save some money. It’s not worth the price.

TERRIBLE!!Put one star because there was not a zero star option. Asked for just a little off the top and the lady cut off all my hair. Where did they find these people prison? I would have a better haircut if I closed my eyes in the shower and started cutting myself. Just an awful experience.

Yeah. This place is terrible. I just got a haircut here and it just may be the worst haircut Ive received in recent memory. The lady who cut my hair didnt introduce herself and wasnt wearing a name tag so I dont know who she was, but all I wanted was a simple fade. Well she proceeded to beat my head with the clipper for about two and a half minutes, then spun me around and said something like short enough? before declaring she was done. I think she touched my had a total of two times with her free hand to steady what she was doing, and she completely missed a spot of hair at the crown of my head. She didnt use a comb once and the fade is both virtually nonexistent and totally garbage. And my head may or may not be bruised from the clipper beating. Please dont go here.

Decent haircuts at a good location with convenient hours

The reviews seem to be all over the place, but Ive been to this salon about six times, and Ive had neither a bad haircut nor bad service. Tuesdays are Senior discount days, which makes the reasonable price a super price.

Went to get a hair cut on sept 16 2017 around 5 oclock. No customers in store. The only staff in was a older woman, who was rude. Ruff shampooing my hair. When she cut my hair she didnt even check the front of my hair for split ends. I was asked did i want any other services but when id asked about potentially dying my hair or doing something besides a cut she said oh they can do that for you tomorrow but i cant today .. They were closing for and hour and a half maybe longer..and NO customers in store. This visit was very impersonal and rush rush me out the door. Without even cutting my layers. I was very dissappointed when i got home and saw the front of my hair where my layers werent checked for dead ends!!! ON TOP OF EVERYTHING SHE CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR LONGER HAIR...... Sorry to see a place like that run by one rude individual that turns away service and doesnt cut a womans hair correctly ...when noone is looking on a saturday!!!!! Where was the manager.. Sure hope she wasnt the manager !Nov 2 2017.. Senior district leader reached out to me, had the manager Jessica recut my hair . BEAUTIFUL JOB, HAPPY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

If i could give no stars i would. horrible service. walked out in the middle of my haircut. she did a very UNEVEN job. tried layering it and it was ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN
