I go to my favorite barber Ian and he does an amazing job every time. Although, the young, rude receptionist lady in the entrance made me bump my review down a star. The business is good & there are some nice ones in the front but this one lady had an attitude & barely helped us.

Barbers in Lejeune were much better. Apparently they dont understand the difference between low/medium and high fades. Also a trim off the top equals taking it all off to them.

I mean you get what you pay for. Its the next barbershop. Some barbers are better then others, but its always so busy here. The receptionist lady was kinda rude too.

Clean and socially responsible. Quality haircut that is cheaper than any barbershop and hair salon in town. I personally recommend JOSH to be your stylist. He is highly skilled in both scissors and clippers. He always takes his time to give me an excellent haircut at every single visit.

Twice I have clearly asked separate barbers for a 1 fade and Half inch off the top. Both times I get a clean fade and then they mow the top down leaving less than an inch of hair. I show up with nearly 4 inch of hair for reference.

Ive been coming to the salon for my own hair, for a few years. Theyre really easy to book with and call with reminders- which I love. Just mind the military events because the salon does book up for styling before the Birthday Balls, Khaki Balls, etc. Ive always had amazing cuts/styles and coloring from my girl. Its definitely a great self-treat!The barber side is great for man cuts; quick, efficient, and affordable.The girls at the front counter are great! Very personable, helpful, and cheery.

My husband always goes for a cheap and quick cut nothing fancy but somehow it always comes out bad.

They only have 1 barber for the first hour so be warned! They open at 0700, are close to base, and have the best prices on haircuts in town. If you need a haircut this place is a solid choice, just dont go on the weekend, they are crazy crowded on weekends.

Quite possibly the worst barber in Norfolk. Every haircut my son and husband have gotten in the last year has been uneven and not even close to what has been discussed. Last time I went I showed the manager and he said, next time you come, Ill cut it for free. Appreciate the thought but we wont ever be going back. I would rather pay more for a nice haircut.

I was hesitant to bring my son back here since the last time he had his hair cut the lady cut his neck and ears. My son is only 20 months old. She acted like it was no big deal. He has a scar now where she cut him. I avoided her and had Omar cut his hair and he did such an awesome job on his hair. We will only use him at this shop from now on.

Went in and told them I wanted a size 1 taper fade on the sides and I wanted to leave 3 inches on the top and I barely have about an inch and a half. I don’t understand why every nex has to hire people that literally don’t care what you say you want from them and will just give you the routine regs haircut.

First time today I visited the Salon and Spa to get a haircut and I absolutely love it🤗 Lynnea is super nice and super sweet, she cut my hair the way that I wanted and she made sure I left with the hair I wanted. Definitely recommend this place and Lynnea to cut and style, she is awesome😊

Essentially there’s about 1 or 2 barbers here that actually know what they’re doing. The other ones might as well have picked up clippers for the first time.

I gave it 3 stars because the barbers are not my particular favorites but they are ok. The one that I loved cutting my hair left and the other that Im comfortable with will be leaving so, yeah. Now keep in mind that I like my line to be on point and sharp and my hair cut a specific way so understand that that I hold the barbers to a different standard than others. My hair is black and course so it requires more skill to properly upkeep. I dont know if its the barbers capabilities or the tools that they are using but my line after a cut here is normally mediocre and my hair cut is okish.

Long waits, hit or miss results. Just a trim can easily turn into cut off most of your hair and prices have skyrocketed over the years.

I called yesterday to see if theyou were open so I could get my daughters hair cut. They said they were open until 9 pm. I get there at 7:15 pm and they tell me they closed at 7. I left and came back today, they were booked. I heard them talking and one of the stylists only had one person booked but couldnt take another. Then the lady said see, I told you to make an appointment yesterday. Very rude. I thought Id give them a try but I will no longer go there. Ever.

They do an alright job cutting hair, but the problem is that it takes forever. The haircut I got here lasted 25 minutes where as normally my haircuts are anywhere from 5-10 minutes. And they can also mess up if you ask for a medium or low and they give you a high fade.

Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had. When I went up to the chair the barber did not pick out my hair to make sure everything was even, instead she tried using a comb and that did absolutely nothing. Now my hair has uneven spots. I just waisted $11.
