Just moved out here and was looking for a new barber. Chris cut my hair and will definitely be my new go to barber for the future. He did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. Friendly service and made my day with a clean cut. 10/10 would recommend !!

Went here for the first time today. A friend of mine who was stationed here for 3 years said it was the best place in town. Im new to the area and took his word for it.When I went for the cut, I told the barber I wanted a medium fade and a quarter of an inch off top. Simple instructions I give to every barber where ever I go. Something not even the guys at the NEX mess up. My barber proceeded to shave my head, jar head style. He then asked me didnt you want a 5?. No, I wanted a medium fade with a quarter of an inch off top, as stated in the beginning. Simple instructions and he still messed it up. I then had to sit there for 45 minutes when I honestly just wanted to get up and walk out. My hair isnt even faded. It looks absolutely terrible.I wouldnt be so bad expect for the fact that my barber clearly knew what he was doing. He was professional and experienced so I honestly have no idea how he messed it up. How on earth do you mess up a medium fade in a military town? How do you give me a buzz cut when I clearly stated I wanted 1/4 an inch off only? How? It seemed this dude thought he knew better than the customer and just did what he wanted, which pissed me off. Now Im stuck with a bad haircut that will take a month to grow back, from a place I had high expectations. 1/5.

It is my first time and last time ill ever get a haircut here. I went to Custom Kutz III, and sat at the last barber chair farthest from the entrance. I asked for a low fade just a low fade and nothing else. During the whole time he was cutting my hair, I could tell he didnt know what the hell he was doing. 45 minutes later, he brushed my hair off and applied alcohol. Without even looking in the mirror, I could feel it was going to be a terrible hair cut. I got up and turned to look into the mirror, and without a doubt it was terrible. He said, sorry i took too long, I got a little bit lost. Was this even the haircut you wanted? I told him no. I grabbed my wallet to pay him, even though it was a terrible cut. And he said youre good, you dont have to pay. The barber himself probably knew he did a bad job. What was suppose to be a low fade came out to be a high fade, and the fade was blended poorly. Not sure what gave him the idea to make my hair look like a box, on top of that, one side was uneven. I wish I knew the barbers name, and if I could I would give no stars at all.
