Grandchildren moved from Danville and have not had their haircuts in a while. I emailed online and got a quik response from the owner and the Barber assigned. Jojo was the Barber and he introduced himself and scheduled my boys right away. Got them to the Barbershop and with excellent reputor and customer service! Thank you Jojo! Got a cut today 12/28/19 as a walk in. I have alopecia and the staff was great. They put me in a back room where Zack cut the hell out my head!!!!!!!!!!! I was able to walk out without anything hiding my hair! Him and Rich made me feel comfortable and had me laughing the whole time! I recommend Zack or Rich to anyone needing a cut. They are hands down the best!

Cleanest Barbershop with Great Barbers!!!I have been going to this shop for about 1.5 years and I am still impressed. I let JB (one of the barbers ) cut my hair and as I female it is hard to find a barber who knows how to cut my hair and keep it feminine. He is very accommodating and takes his time with all of my haircuts. U never leave his chair disappointed.The shop is very professional, welcoming all ages from the seasoned folks to the very young children. I have been satisfied thus far!

I’ve been living in the Norfolk area for over a year and JB has been my go to since day 1 and he has never disappoint. I now live in Hampton and i still drive all the way to Norfolk for a haircut. The crew in there are amazing and i recommend anyone to go in there and see it for yourself. Amazing barbers. 5 star for sure!!!!

Just moved to Norfolk from LA. Been to tons of great barbershops with good barbers and this one is definitely in my top 5. Hands down best barbershop in Norfolk and VA. Walked in and most barbers were booked but Doe had enough time to slide me in real quick within 10 mins and he now has a new faithful customer. Gave me the freshest fade for a reasonable price, DID NOT MESS UP AT ALL, and gave me a crispy edge up. Taper on point. Facial hair on point. EVERYTHING ON POINT. He also showed mad love and great hospitality. I recommend anyone. Other barbers are legit too but the owner Doe is def the man to see. Stand up guy. Much respect to him, his barbers, and overall establishment.

Man oh man! Yo DOE is that guy! This was my first experience at this shop and my first with DOE. I’m really particular about my barbers. Doe was professional and prompt. I liked how detailed he was to his craft. He left no stone unturned. I was watching him do my son’s edge up and I could tell he’s the guy. The edge up looks like he was doing geometry with the angles and points! Again that’s attention to detail with his craft. I got a very specific drop fade, with a side hook part, and a razor cut on my beard 🧔🏾. Everything was perfect and the cut looked even better the next day. I suggest any and everyone book my guy DOE. He’s earned my business for the foreseeable future!

A friend recommended me because I needed to find a better barber and these guys are fantastic! They’re all very friendly and they can fix you up nicely! It doesn’t matter if you’re black or white or any other ethnicity, if you tell them what you want they can make it happen.

The barber shop is the most adequate, reasonable, and respective shop I know. I start going there when I was having issues with head condition. The owner Jermel McLean better known as Doe to the shop took me right in. Him and his other barbering staff are a great group of people and family oriented.

I went here today with my 3 year old; his usual barber wasn’t available and my back up stood me up. I explained I was desperate to get a haircut for my son as we had a funeral to attend. Took a solid 50 minutes to get a high fade and a trim on top. When I finally see my cut at the end (dont trust a barber that doesnt face you toward the mirror at least a time or 2 while cutting) Im left with no fade, just skin, right up to the top of my head, and the dude charges me $25, even though the sign on the front of the building says military cuts $10, with shave, $15. Not recommended.

The light skin guy with the red shirt. Is the worst. He did not know how to cut the swirl in the back of head, that left a bald spot. My hairline and and mustache is cut up from the clippers. And they over charged me for simple cut which was 25 and I still tipped 5 dollars. I don’t recommend anybody with wave length hair to this shop. You will be disappointed

I personally go to Joe as my barber, but there are plenty of qualified barbers there. Music is clean and cuts dont take forever. They keep the shop spotless to include their public restroom and they also have snacks for those who like to come in groups and have to wait.

I went because of the previous reviews - but I wont be back.1) To loud rap music (i am sure I am just to old for this). I almost left before I even got a haircut. Wish I had2) 20 min military hair cut took the guy 45 mins3) Haircut was ok but did not do as requested - after 45 mins I am not re-explaining and staying even longer.4) As I was leaving I realized the guy overcharged me in regards to the posted price on the window. I didnt have the time or patience after #1 & 2 to go back in and argue with the guy.5) Answering cell phones with no excess me a min i find just rude.
