I took my son (3 years old) here two times! First time we got a lady who was very patient and kind to my son who was already crying and making a big deal out of the haircut but she did a great job cutting his hair! My son looked professional after we finished! Second time we got a younger guy cutting his hair. This time my son wasn’t crying, he was ready for this and he was very patient and he was sitting seriously like an adult in the chair. We came out with his hair terrible cut like someone who has no idea how to make a style! I’m very disappointed how my son looks right now and thank God his hair will grow back but we will never return again here!Only thing I liked is that they have ice cream which helped to make my son get his hair done!Very disappointing and I wish I didn’t go and I would have done a seriously better job!First photo is my son after the first haircut. Worse haircut ever... The barber was just rude and discriminating towards me. Nasty attitude telling me im not white or blonde hair. I ask for a skin taper fade hair cut. Not your input on my race. Dont ever go here.

I requested a bald fade from the barber Thabian; he did a wonderful job. He has a different style than I’m used to when doing bald fades/fades but same result in the end! Great price and good service.

Clean and competent barber work. Usually little or no waiting time. Reasonable price and convenient location at Norfolk Mac Arthur Mall. One of the few barber shops where they do not invade your privacy by insisting to get your name, address, phone number, ...etc. All together, its my kind of barbershop.

Worst haircut Ive ever had in my life. Ive done better with beard trimmers before when I lost my clippers. Told Chuck not to touch the top and he clipped the top left corner of my head, lined up the left side of my head and didnt line up the right side. Worst cut you will receive for a licensed barber. Absolutely trash.

Tony came right up and talked to us and was super nice right off the get go! Definitely would come here for a haircut. He said he could do the same price as a military haircut even!The place itself is super clean and decorated very nicely! Reminds me of an old time barber shop with the decorations and wall paper. They also offer drinks to buy in case your thirsty

Great place for a haircut. Have been going there over 10 years. Good prices and quick service. Nice if you work down town as it is an easy walk from lots of businesses. Some variability in the skills of the barbers so find one you like and stick with them.

Worst haircut ever. Guy says he know how to fade, and does a terrible job. Showed him a picture of what i wanted and barely looked at the picture for half a second ( not even exaggerating). He freaked out bc i moved a couple times, and yelled he knew what he was doing even tho I hadn’t said a thing to him. My hair looked nothing like the picture but told him it was fine so he wouldn’t make it worse than it was.

Way over priced

Worst hair cut Ive ever had, and I was in the Army Infantry!Asked for a short cut (I usually buzz my hair at 1/2, but my clippers broke that week).The barber (I use that term very loosely) proceeded to give me this really weird comb-over deal (I still have all my hair, no bald spot for me yet).I went home after work, bought another clipper set, and cut it myself, freehand, and better than this guy could imagine.

I have taken my son here 3 times so far. Each time has been remarkable! I have always been happy with the outcome. They are all very nice to my son. My recent experience was with Anthony. My son has so much hair that you can barely notice his beautiful face. I told Anthony what I desired and he went above and beyond. My son is 6 and he cannot stop looking at himself in the mirror. He is so incredibly happy, which in turn, makes me happy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will most certainly return!!

Terrible experience with even worse customer service. I have had bad haircuts before but have never been so incredibly disrespected by the barber in my life. When handed a mirror if you feel its appropriate for the barber to say this is as good as its going to get, it wont change no matter how long you study it this place may be for you.*1 year later and I still remember this terrible experience. Absolutely the worst you could ask for in a barbershop.*

Classic barber shop with vacuum clippers. Only complaint: no straight razor trim on the back of your neck which is not standard. Otherwise, great talent!

While theres a bit of a high turnover rate in Barbers Ive never left feeling I had a bad haircut. Theyre quick and convenient with a decent military dicount and a hot lather shave that tops it off nicely.

Someone RAN out of the shop to scream at me across the mall that I needed a haircut. How rude. I will let my hair grow down to the damn floor before I let someone with that much audacity touch my luscious locks.

Been there several times. They are fast. After you find your match with the right barber, it is an excellent place. George and Neil are my favorites. They do a great job with a beard.

Today was my first time visiting the shop, i decided to try something new, and it turned out to be the best decision Ive made. Tony, is one of the most amazing human beings to walk this earth, not only for his incredible barber skills, but because of the great life lessons and conversation we had. He went over the top to make sure I walked out of that shop with a great cut and a refreshed state of mind, which is exactly what happened. Most barbers want you in and out and door an average job at the best, Ive never recieved such a patient and welcoming experience. He is an absolute master at his craft and will absolutely make you feel good about your life and will set a sense of optimism within you to conquer your day and become successful. As long as I am alive and Tony is cutting hair, I will forever visit him to get my haircut and have a great coaching while im in his seat, Cant wait for my hair to get longer just to go visit him. Wish I could give 5 more stars.

Haircut and beard trim $28 got to the car and looked in the mirror and my beard was not symmetrical at all specifically asked the guy if he knew how to trim beards before I sat down

This place is a scam, they will charge you 42$ for them to shave you with a regular dollar store razor and a little off the top.
