I’ve been coming here for about a year now, they remember you, very professional and always cheerful making you feel valuable. Never trying to make you spend more than what you originally asked for, service and quality is amazing! I highly recommend and if I could give it 10 stars definitely would. If you call for appointment they are ready when you arrive, walk ins as expected be prepared to wait a few, after all what nail shop doesn’t have a wait. You won’t regret waiting! Highly recommend

Horrible! This is our second time there! The prices they spot is not what they charge you. They don’t do what you ask them too, and they are not clean . They use the same tools over abs over whiteout sanitising after customers, also my nails look horrible, snd I just did them I paid 200 plus tips and they over charge everything !! I’m more concerned about the sanitation of this place! And they also don’t listen to what you want! Each time I go in I get shocked with the over pricing !! Never again!!!

My sister, mom, daughter and I go to this place. Its an hour away from where we live but its worth the drive. There was a bad review on here that I wrote but it was for a different place near my house, that must of be a glitch because I have nothing negative to say about this place except they do an excellent job and customerserviceis great! I recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just had a great experience and I am in love with my nails! Service was prompt and very quick without compromising the quality. I showed Vinh a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it and exceeded my expectations. Im very picky with nails but he got the shape length and thickness perfect without me having to tell him much. THAT is talent. Super happy!

Had an appointment and was taken on time as well as great customer service. Even my eight year old son loved the Mani oedi and massage on feet and hands. Pricing was really reasonable and staff Wass nice and helpful.

Just came here and there are only a few workers so the wait is long without an appointment. I did french tip nails and the toes were good but the hands were pretty sloppy. Would come back for the toes but not hands.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. No soak time, had to ask the lady to clip my nails, she used the nail cutter to push my cuticles back (painful) & barely scrubbed the bottom of my foot. Rating is negative 5

Vinh has been doing my nails for over two years and i always get so many compliments on my nails. I love this salon. its a hidden little gem in Norco with great customer service and high quality work. I can go over three weeks without getting a fill and these nails STAY ON. Vinh and Vanh are doing great with reasonable prices and nice clean place. I recommend Vivi to everyone.

Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. They don’t listen, use dirty equipment and no lotions. Had to stop manicure because of the “rub burn” she was causing for lack of using lotion. They are rude and get mad if you question anything. Never again!

Very rude people and I asked if my nail length would be extra they said no then when I paid for it they charged me extra also I went w my mom and sister and the girl started my sisters nails then left her for a customer that barley walked we had to wait an extra hour just because she left so bad service! never coming here again

This place is not the business. I went to go get my nails done about 3 days ago and they look like they are about 2 weeks old the acrylic has air bubbles i asked the man there to make them look like a natural nail ans he did them super thick i asked him to thin them down he said he couldnt. And i asked for a pink undertone and he did not want to the owner (i believe) had to tell him to do it he did one coat which did not do anything to the nail still looked the same and when i asked for a 2nd coat he said no the girl that did my pedicure broke my big toe nail then tries putting glue on it. Sorry folks it was just a horrible experience these people dont know how to please their customers. And hey get mad when you ask for a specific thing.

Ive been coming here since they opened. This last experience the man was so rough he made my thumb bleed from working so hard. I cringed getting them Done...not happy at all.
