I took my car to Berman Infiniti in Niles to get a recall taken care of. They were great as far as picking my car up and dropping it off when it was finished since they were not able to get me a loaner, but at the end they gave me a $2,400.00 list of maintenance and repairs that I needed. I had just had an oil change and inspection 2 months earlier and none of these items were on the radar of the technician that serviced my car. So I took my car somewhere else a month later to see what needed to be addressed. I got a call saying the key for the tire locks was missing and I needed to call the last place that serviced the car to see if they had it. I called and explained that I had been in a month ago and my tire lock key was missing as well as the lock for one of the tires. I was put on a brief hold and then sent to voicemail. I left a message and my call was not returned. Meanwhile, the technician was not able to begin the work on my car without the key. So the manager where my car was being serviced tried to call for me and was also put on hold and never connected to a technician. Absolutely the worst service ever! I would not trust this dealership for anything!

So many other dealerships in the chicago area to buy a vehicle, Go somewhere else. When I stopped in I got “I have another appointment coming in so we have to do this quick.” I was rushed on the test drive, then rushed when I signed the agreement on my car. They over charged me on the title and interest. When I got my tags I had a refund, but since the dealership wrote the check the money would go back to them and then the dealership should reimburse you the refund money was what I was told. I have contacted my sales man, the office manger and continue to get the run around. I got my tags in March and no one has any answers if or when I will get my money refunded from the over charge of tags and sales tax. I am NOT impressed and very disappointed with their customer service. I won’t be back to buy another vehicle from them.

Came in and was asked to hold on for a few minutes, my salesman didn’t come to me again for another 30 minutes only to tell me that the car we were speaking about wasn’t there. I feel like I was just seen as another number in there. Wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for hospitality and appreciation when spending your hard earned money for a new car. I gave them one star cause they offered me water and coffee.

Bought a certified Pre owned 2017 qx60 vehicle here 6 months ago and it has been in the shop for 25% of the time I have had it. I have had to bring it back multiple times for the same issues and every time it’s like pulling teeth to get results. A two days service job turns into 11 days. I don’t feel like I am told the truth when it is in The shop about the work being done and that their certified technicians are terrible at their jobs. I don’t think it went through the 168 point inspection at all but instead they just flip vehicles as they are traded in. I found multiple issues that should have been taken care of listed on the CPO checklist that were not done prior to sale. I will be opening a case with the BBB against them under false advertisement. Do not trust their CPO certification or their staff.

Lee Zarras from the service department could not have been nicer or more professional. I had my car looked at by three different shops that could not diagnose the problem. Lee had it diagnosed in 3 hours and repaired within 36 hours (part needed to be ordered). I was offered a loaner car multiple times as Lee felt the 36 hours was too long to wait for my car. I was thrilled that they found the problem and fixed it. Not to mention, Lee looked into the issue and found it was covered by warranty, thus it cost me nothing. Now THAT is service. I will not be taking my car anywhere but to Lee Zarras in the future. Incredibly friendly and professional. Thank you Lee

These guys tried the oldest trick in the book on a veteran car buyer such as myself: The ole switcheroo. They had me drive an hour out of my way just to pull the rug out right from under my feet. After telling me the car I wanted to buy was available, they called and told me as I was moments away from the establishment that it was no longer available. They instead suggested two much more expensive and newer cars. I am disgusted with the way they acted like sleazy greaseball car salesmen and not I, nor anyone I know will EVER set foot in this despicable greasetrap establishment ever again! And trust me, thats gonna hurt their sales. Me and my friends/family have DEEP pockets!

I visited Berman Infiniti of Niles for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I waited for two hours. Upon leaving, i noticed they placed a 5,000 mile oil due sticker in my windshield when the owners manual states 10,000 miles. Once i returned home i noticed my tires were not rotated. I returned to the dealership the following day. I had to provide proof that they weren’t rotated which i was capable of doing so with a picture. Why would i get my tires rotated twice in 2 days..that defeats the purpose. They also gave me a car wash which i did not want because my car was ceramic coated the day before. My service advisor at the time was Lee. After waiting another hour for a tire rotation, Austin who is the service manager did not even apologize for the service that was provided to me. I know I’m not the only one this happened to. I have zero trust in Berman Infiniti of Niles.

We were attracted to the dealership by an advertised price on a 2018 Mazda6 for my son. This was his first car buying experience and we were extremely disappointed with our Sales Associate, Olga. While writing up the sale, the dealer added an additional $850 worth of costs to the advertised price. They said this was for an inspection and repairs they needed to do to the car. We explained that we were not going to pay their cost for vehicle care and were prepared to leave. They immediately said they could cut that down to $450, and we again explained that was not the advertised price, at which time Olga went to talk with her manager, Jordan, to see if the entire cost could be waived. After this, the rest of our time at the dealership was not pleasant. Olga was short, rude, and even disrespectful - she made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her throughout the rest of the sale.One of the tires had a hole and slow leak and the dealer reluctantly agreed to replace the tire. We left the car for a day, and when we returned to pick it up, we almost were not able to do so. It apprears that while trying to encourage our son to be independent, finance and purchase the car on his own, there were some underlying insurance implications. While we had the vehicle added to our insurance policy, the dealer failed to inform us that if my name was not on the title that the insurance would be a problem,. It appears that this dealership has no interest in helping their customers understand the variety of considerations involved in purchasing a car. After figuring out that we needed to have our names on the title, I called the dealership and was basically blamed for their inability to inform me of this issue. Is this the first time this dealership sold a car to a college student?My car buying experience through this dealership was terrible.

The only issue for me was the price of the used car which was good except nobody told us up front if we wanted the special finance we would need to add an extra thousand dollars to the price of the car. I did not see anything advertised on the internet stating this, I am like really thats the old bait and switch come on guys.

Then they take there time and keep you there for 3 hrs for nothing. I was tired of the pushy sales tactics. Advice: anytime a salesperson says my manager wants to talk just get up and leave.

A parking garage lost my electronic key fob in the car and, despite an hour of combing what I thought was every inch of the interior, I couldnt find it. I wasnt keen on the idea of anyone who could get into the car being able to drive it away, so I took it to the Berman service department, presumably for key replacement and reprogramming. While I was there, seven different service people, one after another, volunteered to help in the search until one found it. Seven! No replacement, no reprogramming, no charge. Thank you, Service Department, for going above and beyond!

Standard car place. Bought a used car here, I expressed concerns about the tires being a little low, they said they checked the tires right before we left the lot and they said they looked great. 1 mile from the place the low tire pressure alarm goes off, call them and they are closed, so we decide to just keep an eye on it. Have to fill it up 3 times that first week because now it is clear there is a leak despite them doing their 165 point inspection and it sitting on their lot for over a month. Call them back and they say its not their problem despite the fact that it happened within 5 min after purchase and I specifically clarified that the tires were checked before we drive off the lot. Didnt surprise me that they would lie to my face to make the sale, just disappointed that they lie so easily. Thankfully it is only a small issue and I got it fixed somewhere else

I dont often give one star but I do regret buying from Berman BUT I LOVE MY INFINITI. I will be buying another one, a Q60S and trading this in for a 2020 Durango, Im just not buying them from Berman. My story is as follows: I knew what car I was buying when I entered the premises, I was not sold nor was my salesman pushy or rude (despite me coming in looking like a bum) in any way he was a great guy. The problem i think was that he was a Nissan salesman and did not know much about the Infiniti lineup or its features, in fact he told me some things that were flat out incorrect about the car and warranty. Despite this, and given the situation of my car being totally out of commission I trudged through. The biggest and most upsetting part of the ordeal was not with the salesman but F&I. Now this guy was terrible. He took all day, and sold me bum warranties on my Tires and Rims (from a 3rd party branded as an Infiniti warranty BEWARE!) and misrepresented the warranty verbally and DID NOT give me page 2 and 3 of the warranty. To compound the problem he gave me a bunk interest rate that obviously I have my bank refinancing to something reasonable. To top it all off, he spelled my name wrong and now there is an Alias on my credit report. Jeez! I have reported this dealership to the city and insurance bureau for consumer fraud, not that they wont fight it, but it is INCUMBENT upon the seller to have highly qualified and trained professionals that do their homework on the products that they are selling to their clients, especially transactions above 40 thousand. Lastly the dealership itself. Berman dealerships are not Infiniti quality dealerships. People dont spend the extra cash just for the car, its for the experience. Berman is a 63rd and western quality level dealership authorized to sell high end products. Next car I buy will be from Clarendon Hills, Orland Park (theyre rude but at least they run a clean dealership), or Motorwerks. The sad part is, I paid the same, if not more than other Infiniti customers and received less of a product. Again I absolutely love my car but not how I got it.

I had what has to be the worst experience in service with David Taroyan here today. On top of that, he made it even worse by making a discriminatory comment towards me that surprised everyone in the service drive, as customers and employees were around! And hes supposed to be the Service Manager?! I have never dealt with such overt disrespect, lack of customer service in addition to how he treated the porters working there in front of clients. David even told me if I didnt leave, he would call security on me! I had to laugh at that one.The only saving grace was Julian Tiplea, the Service Director. After speaking with him, he is the only reason I am not bringing this further than it is right now.Update: thank you to Julian and Steve Camp for reaching out to obtain all the information about the situation and wanting to resolve this quickly. All in all, I cannot in good faith let one bad apple spoil the bunch. My previous service at Berman with multiple Nissan and Infiniti vehicles have always been great. I hope that whatever remedy is necessary to correct this situation is taken care of and that as Steve stated, they ensure there is no room for this type of behavior anywhere in their organization.

This is just my experience. The berman employees are really good and friendly. No doubt in that. I am happy with the car but not at all happy with the way these showrooms are dealing with the customers through their staffs. First time I am leasing a new car form a showroom, I never expected that I will buy on a very first visit without exploring the other options from other showrooms. They never let me get out of the showroom until I agreed for a deal and now the next day I realized that just because I was so guilty I had to agree for the deal!? What?! I really do not know if my deal is a good one or not. It is their job to convince the customers whether the deal is good or bad, end of the day you are going to face the loss. So my suggestion to you if you are a first time buyer is: be strong with your expectation and get clarify all your doubts. At any point if you are not satisfied with the deal, just walk away from the showroom and explore other options. Do not feel guilty for doing so because they will brainwash and make you agree for a deal. That’s not their mistake but the company who is setting target or deciding the bonus for them based on this. It’s typical with every businesss. So be prepared for it and until you are happy with the deal, do not agree for a deal.

Excellent experience I pulled in without an appointment they took me right in and told me I had some repairs needed done with my steering rack due to ps fluid leakage they gave me a loaner right away and had my car ready for me the next day! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for such a great experience!

I cant thank the service department enough for helping me out! David at Infiniti service assisted me in getting my trunk to work again properly on my JX 35! It was a very tedious process the first time around, and I couldnt thank him enough for the level of customer service I received! A week later, it wasnt working properly again, and I made another appointment, arranged for a shuttle to drive me back home, but once again, David took a look at it, and promptly got service to look at it as soon as I pulled up. To my surprise, it was only the power button that I must have hit myself that was causing the problem! I was on my way home in less than 10 minutes!!! Thank you, David and the rest of the service team!!!

As an inexperienced car buyer, there were times throughout my experience the salespeople could have made a quick sale and moved on to the next customer. Instead, they provided truly great service and care! In my initial email to Jordan Tidhar, I listed a few questions and expressed that I was likely to purchase the car. He could have easily pushed for a quick, blind-purchase over the internet, but he stated he thought it would be best if I came in to see the car for myself. When I came in to see the car, Julian Cruz was my salesperson. I was hesitant about test-driving the car, but Julian insisted that I at least drive it around the parking lot. In both of these instances, they cared about what was in my best interest rather than making an easy sale. You cannot fake this level of service and commitment to the customer which I why I highly recommend Berman Infiniti of Niles to anyone in the market for a car!
