This place would be a great setting for an episode of Scooby doo. It seems haunted. It has a salty grounds keeper. It was apparently grandfathered in once actual building codes were invented. And no one suspects a thing.It also makes a fairly passable volleyball court for elementary school girls. And apparently they play basketball here from time to time.

It was a good place and it was in good shape except I saw some ants under my seat
