For 5 years I have been working out with Michael Seals at Strong Shop. As an older woman (over 65) the benefits of this training has been amazing. Earlier this year I had a hard, stiff armed fall resulting in small fractures just below my elbow but did not need a cast. Doctor said that was very unusual for someone of my age and the type of fall. Strong arms saved the day.

Great facility. Excellent trainers. Very convenient getting in and out of where they are located.

The gym is open and operating. I think the person that said this was closed was mistaken.
