Sounded like a muffler problem so I brought it here to have a look. They said, it was a pipe Part #58481, which I looked up online afterward.They repaired it, and my car was fine. the bill was 485.23.6 days later, same noise so I got out the bill and saw they charged me $205 for the part #58481. After doing a two second search on google, you can get that exact part (pipe) for 54.00. They also charged me 135.00 for labour. They spent 15 minutes repairing it.They could have charged me 250.00 or so, as this job cost took minutes. Instead they charged me nearly $500 and my car isnt even fixed. BEWARE. A serious ripoff and its shameful what they did. I would not even take it back there to get fixed because I dont trust these cockroaches as far as I can throw them. You have been warned.---------------------------------------------------------In response to the owners response, he DID NOT describe the repairs, nor did he get my approval. Thats an outright lie. More importantly, pay attention to the negative reviews. Anyone can get anyone to write something positive...but in all the negative reviews, dude has an excuse EVERY TIME. Instead of saying sorry and to let us make it right, hes blaming the customer. I was ripped off to a high degree, which I would not have even known about if it was repaired but it was not. Incidentally, dude is right in that its a 2003 Ford Focus but it only has 127,000 km on it and It runs like a charm. It was simple fix (I since took it elsewhere and had it done right). Beware.

My experience with Mike and his team in a word... Exceptional! My wife, sister and I were visiting the area from Michigan for our yearly trip to the area. We tow a 6500Lb trailer with a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so brakes are very important. As we were parking the RV we all noticed a significant grinding coming from the rear of the vehicle. When we unhooked and needed to run some errands we found that the grinding noise had not gone away. We Found Value Muffler via the web and parked ourselves at their front door early the next morning. Mike and his team when out of their way to ensure that the job was completed that day (Friday) so we did not have to extend our trip home. They got us a ride to the car rental location and treated us like friends. Would I recommend Value Muffler, Absolutely!

I brought my car here to have the brakes done before my lease was up. They looked at my Acura, and gave me a quote. I called the dealer and a couple of other places and they had a very fair price. The dealer was very expensive as were a couple of other shops. I was able to find a bit of a better price somewhere else but the up front honesty and the promise of a quick turn around time led me to use Value Muffler Brake Centre. Everything went very smoothly and when I returned my car to the dealer 6 weeks later I had ZERO issues with regards to the brake service. Its hard to find honest automotive repair shops and I believe that this is one. Ive only been in the falls for 2 years and Im glad that I found this place.

Value Muffler is best in automotive repair in Niagara Falls and I have personally experienced them. My car was not working properly but no one could make out what was wrong with it. However, Value Muffler got the things corrected and assured that any further problem they will be working with me to fix the car.

Females beware! I went to value muffler for an oil change, and mentioned a small noise at drivers side wheel that happened infrequently when I turned. He told me that I needed new struts, an alignment, and that my left coil spring was broken. Quoting me $1200+. In an attempt to save some money, I thought Id get a second quote. I took my car to a different mechanic with my Dad this time, and this mechanic was confused - as there is nothing wrong with my car! Nothing wrong at all! So tell all your friends - AVOID value muffler!

LADYS BEWARE . the owner should be ashamed. My wife took her car there last year for muffler service. She left with the engine light on. Was told not to worry about it. I guess until etest time. Now that its etest time it had to be fixed. Mike quoted 230 dollars even though we feel he caused it. I went and bought the part myself for 39 dollars and active green and ross put it in for 40 dollars. So in total i paid 79 dollars for it to be fixed properly. Was told by active green and ross that the purge valve was cracked due to something hitting it. Emagine its rate beside the muffler. SHAME ON YOU MIKE

I had a alignment done on my Mercedes Benz at the shop they didnt put my Lugnuts back on which caused my CV boot to rip when my car was shaking by the time it was discovered I had two Lugnuts left on my driver front tire I could have died because of the shop I would not recommend using this shop.

Had resonator and front pipe replaced they charged for 2hours labor, job was done in less than 1 hour didnt feel that was right.If job took 2 hours I would not mind paying for 2 but I should have been charged accordingly.
