This place used to have great service, but things have changed since the last manager left. Even the way they answer the phone and speak to customers. I have been a loyal customer for a few years. To day I was very distressed when I showed up for my appointment to find the store closed with the open sign still lit. I called Corp Customer Service and they were closed and was asked to leave a message, which I did. My day planned on spending almost $750 here and no explanation of the closure. If someone has the ability to update the IVR message on the phone or to communicate last minute appointment cancellations, this would have been great. The parent company needs to step up with its own policy reviews and be able to handle these types of items when their stores are open on Sundays.

Jordan at Mr. Tire, Niagara Falls, saved the day today. When a drive through oil change shop told me I had an hour wait for an inspection, when they didnt have a single car in their bays and six people standing around twiddling their thumbs or smoking, one call to Jordan and my car was being inspected within 10 minutes. In addition to that he was able to get my second car in for an inspection and an oil change right afterwards. What would have taken me 3 to 4 hours including wait time at the other shop, only took a little over an hour of my time at Mr Tire today, thanks to Jordan and his co-worker. Thank you guys. Ill be back, and I recommend you to anyone that needs service on their vehicles.

Most people complain about expensive prices but overall you get what you pay for. The money is worth it and the time is not consuming. They worked on 2 different trucks of mines and I had no issues. Chris is pretty straight forward and honest. You cant beat it 👍🏽

First, they were open on memorial weekend and took me in without an appointment just before closing business, and second didnt charge me a dime and serviced my truck for free for being a veteran. I came in to Mr. Tire to get a quote on upper and lower ball joints. The quote was quite reasonable and I was looking for the catch. Dean was amazing to work with and came across very honest and sincere. He came across competent and offered me the best price for the best quality parts. I decided to give these guys a chance. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and customer service. They not only put such care into my truck, but thoroughly checked other areas of the vehicle that will need future attention. Great guys but the WORST service ever!! I had my alternator replaced in February, for all of February and March I kept calling them because my battery light kept blinking and and my car kept dying and the guys on the phone kept telling me we havent done an alternator since December Or January so it wasnt our garage maam took my husband in in March with receipt showing they did the work, they simply tested the battery said it was good and sent us on our way... After having to pay out of pocket for 2 other batteries and getting our car towed at our expense from NT Lockport and Buffalo we sent the car to another garage where they quoted me $600 because during inspection of the alternator they noticed and show me my husband and father the positive cord from the alternator through out the entire vehicle the cord was twisted and snapped at the end that entered into the alternator which couldve only happened when the alternator got fixed, now we dont have a running vehicle and Mr. tire is claiming it wasnt them even though they have done the only work to the alternator. I dont get why they cant stand by their work or at least give me my $500 in labor back so another garage can fix their mistake!!! Is it because I am a woman or mother??

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, quick, reliable, affordable service with honest mechanics that dont just lie about things you need to have done to your car to make a buck off of you. Will definitely go back time and time again if I have any more car problems.

Too often we are prone to comment on what has gone wrong or what has displeased us, moving here from California I was looking for place that offers complete services. I called around and decided to check out Mr. tire, Dean answered the phone and was very pleasant and indicated he could get me in right away for my oil change. Their Tire show room and service bays look well organized And their customer service was top-notch definitely will be back here for my tires and service needs. Definitely treated this new guy well and highly recommend.

Just Visited the location at 1715 Military Rd in Niagara Falls, NY, had the pleasure of meeting Dean and his staff. I came in for a wheel alignment, they checked over my vehicle for me to ensure all safety aspects of my vehicle were up to par as I was heading on a road trip the following day. They were very thorough and honest ! Great and fast service! Will definitely recommend this shop!

The guys at Mr. Tire in Niagara Falls, New York are the best. They treat people the way you should be treated.My son was doing my brakes and was unable the break loose any of the lug nuts. We went there and the dark haired guy with the beard told us give me 10 minutes, and Ill be more than happy to help you. He pulled it in and within 5 minutes had the lugs loose.Refused to charge us...just told us to have a nice day. You know where I will go to for my tire needs from now on?Keep up the great job guys, the company is lucky to have employees that care about helping people!!!

I came in for an oil change, but at the last minute decided I wanted new headlights and an inspection. Dean went way above and beyond for me in fitting me in and finding me lights when none were in stock anywhere. He was extremely personable and patient with my fickleness. Definitely 5 star service!

I made an appointment to get an inspection done and was taken care of right away! Dean did my inspection so fast and then afterwards was so informative and answered all of my annoying questions! Definitely will be returning!

My experiences with this mechanic shop is amazing. They really do treat me with respect and take care of me in the best way possible. The staff explains things as best as they can to me (I have little knowledge of car stuff) and helps me understand what needs to be done to the car. They have one of the MOST welcoming people on staff and friendliest. Kyle the store manager always takes care of me and what I ask to be done. I only trust Kyle and the Mr. Tire staff that can touch my car other then a dealership.

Friendly quick service.

The staff was nice at first but then I had to come back three different times because the first two appointments they didn’t have the part in. Both times they let me drive all the way there (and paid two tolls in the meantime) and then informed me about not having it. I asked if there was a way to confirm the part would be available before I came in and he told me “he has things to do” so he couldn’t call and confirm first. On my third visit, I asked if I could keep my car there overnight and they were blatantly rude to me and responded with “I suppose that would be okay” as if I was an inconvenience to them. The price was good and that’s the only reason I stayed. Never going back.

Have always come here for oil change and repairs and it has usually been a good experience. Came in today after scheduling an appointment online and long story short, the man at the desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward me over a minor miscommunication. Our interaction ended with him saying he could not do the repair, which is not a problem and I never gave him a problem. I was nothing but polite to him but he felt the need to talk down to me, and it made me feel unwelcome. I went to another mechanic right after and he took the few minutes to kindly explain to me why he also couldn’t do the repair and gave me some advice on who to go to, could’ve been as simple as that. I never gave this man an attitude or any real reason to speak to me the way he did. That experience was so unpleasant that I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. Some employees really lack customer service skills, so be aware of who’s “helping” you I guess, because I didn’t get much from them.

The service is great all around. From the management to the mechanic. Been going there since 2008. Also Elvis works there lol. There an guy there thats an Elvis Presley impersonator.

Second time coming to this Mr Tire in the last month for tires on our other vehicle. Both times it has been great customer service. The current manager is Kyle and hes very friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting both times for tires for both of our vehicles he gives EVERY customer a smile and is friendly and outgoing. With an older lady that came in with a flat tire he even gave her a coupon for a free flat repair and she was so happy. With the prices and service definitely happy to come here.

Made an appt for NYS Inspection, received confirmation and then when I went there, told Inspector was off. Had no problem wasting my time to get there and make arrangements. Would not recommend, could obviously care less about customer.

Long time customer but the last time i was here they were out of my oil so they switched it to synthetic not telling me that every time i get an oil change it’s gonna cost me twice as much. Also had to wait outside because lobby was full of people not wearing mask including workers, i would recommend getting your vehicles serviced else where.

Yesterday I went to get an inspection and an oil change Without them even talking to me they did a synthetic oil change so right there is a huge charge and then on top of that tells me my car won’t pass inspection without replacing a part underneath I sat there 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to get the part for them to charge me $520 and change it was just unbelievable I’m still dumbfounded I won’t be back and I’ve gone here several times never an issue

Kyle is very gifted in his behavior, patience and sense of humor. Knows how to help the customer while saving them money and at the same time gaining profit for the corporation. Well mannered and skilled professional.

We have mostly only gotten oil changes here so my review reflects only that.1. I always get an appointment within 2 days.2. The guy at the counter (assuming hes the manager) has been nice to every customer Ive seen him deal with.3. The job was started on time (my appt time) and was finished 20 minutes later.

Visited for the first time today needing a tire repaired and mounted also an oil change. The tech Kyle that greeted me was very professional and friendly. (As were the other techs Lee and Nate) . He was super helpful and also told me the price upfront so there was no surprises at pick up . Honestly if hes not the manager he should be!!!! This place was amazing!! They was very nice and helpful with me. They made an appointment and have it to where people can walk in and get taken care of as well. The gentleman named Kyle, is the one that explained things to me and looked in the computer to get me the cheapest price for the part I needed and had it delivered right then and there, his mechanics took the old muffler off and put the new one on and was out of there within an hour. Gave me really great price and before they do anything to your vehicle they give you a free quote and go over what needs to be done, before doing anything, and like mine, they try to save whatever they can in your vehicle, so your not paying for unnecessary work and theyre reasonable and cheap, as can be for working on vehicles, lol. They even let me call around to see if I could get it worked in anywhere else for cheaper and they was my best bet, the cheapest. He even gave me the price that he buys the part for and not what they make customers pay for if they went to the store itself. I plan in bringing my vehicle back there anytime I need work done and recommend this place to everybody. Also side note, they have a sitting area inside with a big tv with lots of channels and give you the remote to watch whatever you want and have coffee machine n water cooler with cups and clean bathroom. Great place, reasonable prices, great customer service!!

I needed to get my tires replaced and decided that since mr tire has always treated me right, Id go and see how much itd run me. I headed down and got a decent price from Kyle, a very charismatic young man who talked to me like an old friend. He was joyful, smiling and didnt mince to many words. He helped me and told me exactly what I needed and even even reccomended oil change, which I took him up on. The service was quick and affordable, I will always come back to this store. In glad to see they have such wonderful and fast staff.

Some great people here. I needed a new tire, quick, so I could continue my road trip. They didnt have my exact tire in stock, and the warehouse couldnt ship one for another two days, but they tracked one down from nearby and had it brought over in a few hours.

I scheduled my appointment online, got a confirmed email within hours. I waited until the last minute and I was still able get a quick appointment. When I arrived it was a quick process to get my information in the system. I was all set in 25 minutes. The best part was no upselling of products, no guilting me into buying the better oil or convincing me that there were 20 other things that needed to be addressed on the spot. I came for a single service and got just that. I will be back for sure!

Don’t go here at all. Customer service is terrible company is terrible over all. They charged me for new tires and put 2 different ones on causing one to leak. They use old and used parts in your vehicle and the management can’t manage for a thing. If you know what’s best for you and your vehicle you’ll go somewhere else. I called corporate they didn’t care one bit after I told them I wanted to get my proper work don’t at another location.
