I have to say I was planning on selling my car when it failed inspection, and it had 7-10 issues wrong with it, I was gonna sell it rather than put in 5 grand to fix it and not get it back for months, but someone suggested to bring it to Jetport for an estimate before I junk it, gave me an 1700 estimate to basically redo the whole front end, include brand new tires, control arms, stealing shaft, rake-pinions, pressure sensor, oil change, fix electric start, inspection, ball bearings...... I was astonished that they could do that, and ALL in one day..... I picked it up, drove great, but I was hearing the engine, so I brought it back ten days later cause I wanted to make sure they didn’t miss something, they checked it out immediately, realized the insulator ring had popped loose, fixed it for free (I wouldn’t have known if it was something else wrong, and was willing to pay) but Kyle the manager said no I’m all set.... runs better now than the day I bought it 6 years ago..... noise free, new tires, handles great...... best experience I’ve ever had with a service center..... they don’t take advantage, they trying to get your car done quickly, and they are super nice.... alsoSince they are a bar/restaurant you can drop your car off and pick it up when they are closed but the bar is open and pay at the bar, plus itemized list was very detailed, no random unexplainable fees. Just amazing. I will be going back. I have sent 2 family members there since and both had great experiences.

Ive gone to Jetport for different things for different vehicles and they dont overcharge. They are very good there

Before I write this review, bear in mind that I work in a profession where if I misdiagnose someone, there are major repercussions and possible lawsuit thrown at me.I brought my car into their shop because I believed my car wasnt shifting correctly due to my car meeting heavy resistance while accelerating. They suggested a transmission flush. I agreed and they did it. It did NOT fix the issue. Okay, lets investigate.They claimed that my distributor cap was cracked and needed a new one. Dont know why my car didnt receive a full diagnoses but okay. Whatever fixes the problem. I got charged for that. DID NOT FIX THE ISSUELastly, they decide Oh hey, we didnt do a compression test on your cylinders. Maybe we should do that. This makes me believe that they never drove my car and felt what was going on. I feel an experienced mechanic can detect cylinders that are misfiring and make a proper diagnoses. The test itself costs 30 bucks. They eventually detected that my cylinder lacks compression and Ill need a new engine.This WHOLE experience couldve been avoided if they just drove my car, made a proper diagnoses, and determined the problem. Now Im 450 bucks deep and my car is shot. I may not have a vast knowledge about cars but I do know that without a thorough diagnoses, you cannot fix any issues. Im extremely dissatisfied.

Ive been to many places around Niagara Falls and this is by far the best. Everyone there is professional and straight forward. I ask about parts and a lot of the time they will tell me that i can bring it in within X amount of months until they need to be changed, If something needs to be fixed they will show me what the problem is and the extent of the issue. There is never any bulls**t. When they tell me how long it will take they are pretty accurate on time or they take less than expected. Prices can seem a little high at times, but it is the price im willing to pay for honest mechanics.

These guys got me in and out with all new tires at a reasonable price. They were transparent and easy to work with and I am 100% satisfied one week later.

I took my Mitsubishi in for inspection, and they told me I needed a ton of work, I took it down the road to Helms Auto and got my car inspected in 20 minutes. All the work they told me I needed, none of it was necessary. I was lied to

Woke up yesterday my car wouldn’t start I had towed here yesterday morning the guys diagnosed it, changed the fuel pump, and had it back to me the same day ! Thank you for the great service !

Lets just start this off by saying this, I went in with a fuel pump problem and left out with a broken steering wheel rack. Never again will I take my truck back there.
