Great people! New to the area so always leary bout new auto repair but they definitely provide great service! Met all my needs, so highly recommended!

They are always so nice, explain everything, go above and beyond, and do a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for work. John really helped me out when I had damage from another place as fast as he could and went above and beyond to make sure I could get reimbursed from them. It made me a lifelong customer and he still does everything possible to make sure you’re taken care of!

Have been dealing with John and before him his father Leo for almost 50 yrs, since I got my drivers license. Always excellent service and repairs. He truly is an honest mechanic.

I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received . I tried to fix my ladies car on my own and ended up screwing up the power steering . I called almost every mechanic in the area. Everyone was busy and unwilling to get me in. But not Bundys, they were busy but he said he could still help me out . Got me right in, and completed the issue. The power steering is now actually better than it was before. The service was also very affordable . Do yourself a favor and give this shop your business. Good honest mechanics are hard to come by .

Bundys is always professional to deal with, communicates and explains anything that needs to be done, even sending photos! Vehicle has always been done when they say it will be done and their prices are always the best! We wont take our vehicles anywhere else, our grown son wont either!!

Went to thus businetucss with a problem with my drivers side aautomat window not working. The guy worked on it for aboutan hour and did not fix it. He then charged me 76 dollars for his efforts. Will not be returning.

I went in expecting a transmission repair but through Johns due diligence and thorough research, it turns out it wasnt the transmission after all! He came in under the quote and always called and walked me through the repair before he worked on my vehicle. Great prices and honest values! I came in for an inspection knowing that my car would not pass due to a check engine light. John diagnosed the problem, clearly communicated what needed to be fixed and what it would cost. He took care of the issue quickly and with professionalism. I was pleased to be able to pick up my car right away and we were able to pass inspection. He is honest and trustworthy. As a female, having work done on my car is always a worry because Ive been sold things in the past at other places that I didnt need but that is NOT the case here. John is honest, does the work that is needed and doesnt try to sell unnecessary things to us unknowing women. Highly recommend!!

I had My Car inspected at Bundys. They charged me for things that were part of the inspection separately after it failed. When I asked why. They were very rude and said because they can do that. I wouldnt take a scooter there to have fixed. I tell people to never go there. Rip off and very rude.

We have several cars in our household that required service in the last six months. John was able to get them in, diagnose, and repair quickly and reasonably. Glad I found an honest & reliable repair shop.

My family has been going to Bundy’s for over 40 years. The Bundy team services all of our vehicle’s needs (oil changes, new tires, brake repairs, etc.). We basically do not go anywhere else for service to our vehicles except the dealership when recall work is necessary. My daughter moved out near Batavia and still arranges her schedule to bring her vehicle to Bundy’s when service is needed. I would highly recommend Bundy’s...as noted above, good quality, value, very professional and on time!!!

Their slogan is where honesty and quality come together and this pretty much sums up my experience with Bundys. My car is about 12.5 years old and I have always taken it to Bundys because I trust what they tell me to be what my car actually needs. In fact, I currently live about an hour away and I still work it out to visit my parents or other friends and take my car here because it is worth it to for the quality work and the honesty I receive. I had my 2014 Jeep Patriot towed here when it wouldnt start and left me stranded at work. They diagnosed the problem guickly, sent me pictures of the problem fixed it, and had my Jeep back to me the next day. All at a very reasonable price. Im very happy with them.

John is very honest and straightforward the entire time from the time that i called him to tell him my repair needs, the diagnostic process, the what ifs, etc. He is very good at what he is doing especially electrical issues.

We have been using Bundys for over 25 years. During that time we have never had a problem with a repair nor have they ever recommended an unnecessary repair. It is an excellent example of a hih quality, honestly run business.

This is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met! He found a mistake in the billing after we already paid the original bill. I never questioned the original bill or anything he just looked it over and noticed a mistake.On top of that we were about 500 miles from home and needed about $1000.00 worth of work to our van. He got me in and finished the job the same day. he told me all my options up front never trying to upsell me on things that were not necessary. His secretary even came to my hotel to pick me up after the work was done. I only wish his practice was home in my hometown. Thanks John!
