I worked at Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Niagara falls as a lot Attendant/Rust Proofer. Although the job was good and the workplace was friendly, the owner from the day I started rust proofing (first time rust proofing job) they provided barely any training and no up to code safety equipment (not working there anymore because I was coughing up rust proof). after a year of rust proofing it was brought to my attention from a co worker (mechanic) that my hoist didnt have a up to date safety, which is suppose to happen every year. ventilation was never up to code, Gave me wrong filters for my mask so I was breathing in rust proof for a year. This place is a joke for workplace safety.

Brought my car in for the first time to Falls Chev. Needed an oil change and brakes looked at. Went here regarding my key fob. They told me my it had to be replaced that the battery was good. I was willing to pay for the battery to be replaced and was told it wasnt the battery I ended up buying a battery elsewhere and the fob works fine.

My experiences at Falls Chevrolet have been mixed. Ive had EXCELLENT service from Cadence in the past, going above and beyond to assist in replacing a punctured tired. However, Ive also been given incorrect information on 2 different occasions that resulted in me missing the deadline for a free oil change on my vehicle. Despite this mistake not being mine, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that if I wanted the oil change Id be on the hook for it. The service is good, but the accountability and problem solving could use work.

My name is Bob Doherty I have always been treated so well at GM dealerships. I presently drive a 2015 Buick Regal Sport AWD. The best car I have ever owned. I keyed in an incorrect address in to my GPS to visit a doctor office in Niagara Falls I could not find it. I turned into the GM dealership I was met by a receptionist. I ask if I could use the washroom and she said of course and told me were it was. Most places during this pandemic will not let use the bathroom. I told the lady I was lost and she gave me directions to were the Doctor,s office was located. I did not get the Ladys name. Thanks again for helping me out.Great service.

Purchased a used 2017 Chevy Cruze with 16000 km from this dealer, all tires showed bad cracking and splitting in the sidewalls, the drivers front tire was leaking air from the sidewall only 2 months of standard driving after purchasing this vehicle. Dealer only agreed to replace the one leaking air and not the other ones in similar condition; its only a short waiting game until they all go. The tires couldnt have gotten that rough from me driving the vehicle for only 2 months, I have no idea how this passed the safety when driving a vehicle on the highway with tires compromised/ready to be compromised from the sidewalls at any moment is clearly a safety issue.

Buying a vehicle during covid was challenging because of inventory shortages . Brian and the rest of the staff made the whole experience of buying a truck very easy and they took care of the smallest details.

My car wouldn’t start so I brought it in and was told the reason the new battery was dead was because the Onstar unit had failed and was drawing too much power. There solution was to remove the fuse to it, charge me close to $700 for it and send me on my way. Now I have no console or radio control. I asked them not to move my driver seat while working on it because I had some stuff behind it that I didn’t want getting crushed. They moved the seat. I also asked them to work with me getting them paid because at the time I did not have the full amount. They just said no and told me to come back when I had all the money. That’s, apparently, all they care about. They certain don’t care about you and me. Both the manager and owner were rude and dismissive of my concerns.

I have been do you dealing with FallsChev for the past six years. I rely on them to take care of my Cadillac SRX with all of its service needs. I find the pricing to be very comparable to Independent garages, but feel secure in the fact that I’m getting genuine GM parts from the dealerships service center.If I have any concerns, the service manager Anthony, as well as the rest of the advisers are always eager to help and are sincere and prompt.I will continue to get my service done at this dealership and hopefully purchase a new car in the future from them as well.

BEWARE OF BAD CALIPERME and my wife both bought a GMC terrain Denali 2019 she was told after 1700 kl she needed new rotors because there were 2 deep scratches in the rotors only the back and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes I said no way theres something wrong with this so I call GM customers service and they call the manager then they call me and said there was no recalls for this I then went to see the service manager he said it could be cause by the new rims they GM puts on them lol I said I believe the calipers are sticking he said no recalls and it would cost 199.00 plus taxesI work for this factory for 30 years and I will never buy a GM again I then said to them my back brake are the same and the service manager said oh there still good lol I said why is it the front rotor are great I got no reply lol

I went to the service department, although the service advisor (Jeff) was very nice but his mask was useless which was open from everywhere and he kept getting on to my face and talking... we REALLY need to take covid safety protocols Seriously! I really had to get my car fixed otherwise I am staying home since I am someone considered vulnerable...

What a great and easy place to purchase a car! I went there 2 years ago and upgraded my truck with Brian and he made the process extremely easy! Found exactly what i was looking for in no time. Well last week I decided(after the harsh winter we had and the fact my kid is getting bigger) I needed 4x4 and a crew cab for the extra room. I walked in and Brian remembered everything from 2 years ago seeing we havent spoken since the last purchase. Visited the service dept. today to have some new tires mounted and balanced on my new gloss black rims and installed on my Traverse. I was greeted promptly by Nick. Nick has always been a pleasure to deal with. He listened attentively and addressed all my concerns. I spent quite a bit of money on these rims and tires, and anyone who knows me, knows that I dont trust just anyone with my rims... or vehicle for that matter. The tire tech who mounted, balanced, and installed the rims, did an A+ job... not even a smudge. I continue to be blown away by the care and level of service I receive each time I go in. If you need your Chev, GM, Buick, Cadillac, Corvette serviced or are even just looking to upgrade your wheels and tires and dont know who to trust to mount, balance, and install, I cant recommend Falls Cheverolet enough. My wife and I spent a week in Niagara Falls back in 2018 for our honeymoon. During our stay our vehicle was broken into, the entire back window smashed out. We were directed to Falls Chevrolet by our hotel, and Nick and his team in the service department were fantastic. They quite literally saved our honeymoon. We dropped the car off early in the day and had it back by the end of the same day. We were given a ride back to the hotel after dropping the car off, and then picked up at the hotel and taken back to the dealership when the car was ready. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! I do, however, wish they’d quit calling my wife. We don’t live anywhere near Niagara and have no intention of doing further business with Falls Chevrolet.
