Ive been going to John for more than 25 years with my cars and he is the absolute best mechanic and auto shop owner around! He always takes time to thoroughly explain whatever needs to be done and hell also explain why something doesnt need to be done. I wish he was open on Saturdays again because its a 30 minute drive from my home to his shop but when I can make the time, I always take my cars to him.

Brought my car in to have it looked at after a noise that cost me$1500 at Firestone 1 week ago was still there. John and Derrick figured it out in less than 25 minutes it was my alternator. Very reasonable, amazing work, and I cant say enough good things about John! I brought my 2000 rust box Ford ranger to him for an exhaust. His quote was far lower than anywhere I called. He seen the condition of the vehicle and did his best to make my exhaust safe and done proper, without breaking the bank as the truck was in rough shape. The next vehicle I brought to him was in terrible condition. 2008 Jeep Patriot. After looking at it he was extremely honest and said the vehicle was not worth fixing. As much as hed of loved to do it, it would basically be robbery considering all that was wrong. I will absolutely only use premier auto Care in the future and will refer anyone right to them! Overall Im am extremely happy with this shop and their honesty.

I had a great experience at Premier Car Care today and last year for my annual NYS Inspection. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their trade. John, the owner, is very considerate and caring of each customer. He explains the work to be performed and quotes a very fair price. I definitely trust that work on my car will be completed without any hidden fees and at affordable prices. I feel comfortable knowing the work will be completed as per Johns quote and repaired correctly. I can count on that.

On my way to the drs I dropped my muffler. I went to John and he took care of it right away. Thank god because I was dragging my muffler. I have been here many times with different cars. They always take care of you.

I would not suggest using their online service scheduler. I arranged two dates that I would like service and no one got back to me. I called and was only given one day that they could service my car, which didnt fit my schedule. No other options were given to me. I called elsewhere and they got me in right away and I spent $250 that I would have preferred to spend at Premier.
